I like the food and the service plus the entertainment on the Telvision

Nice food, wonderful entertainment.

Old fashioned seat, no usb to charge my phone, battery went ;off and couldn't make a call to my family to assure them of a half way safe trip while stopping over for almost 6 hours in Ataturk Intl. Airport, Turkey.

Average flight to get you where you want to go. That's it.

Drinks trolley too slow, considering passengers on most European flights are paying for their drinks. Quick drinks trolley with the food trolley coming along behind would be much better, and a lot more happy passengers, One and a half hours,approx., from take-off when the food and drinks trolley, from the front, reached Row 10. Not good Willie!

You should board by seat numbers on European flights. Aisles too narrow on 320's (and equivalent), with passengers putting quite large carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers and slowing everything down plus discomfort to passengers already seated. Otherwise a very pleasant an enjoyable flight. when the doors closed.

Boarding is always a bit confusing as I stand around unsure of when to board. The crew is very courteous and professional and even on a short flight the food is great, especially the chocolate.

The entertainment was not great but it was a very short flight.

Your lack of verification of someone at your gate compelling my wife to pay in cash instead of accepting the reservation. Uouj could snd should. Have call security And your gate and investigated my claim. You had 3 hours to do so.

The service provided by the airline crew was magnificent. I enjoyed the entire flight from my departure point to the arrival point. Turkish Airline is my to go airline herein henceforth. I will implore prospective travelers to give the airline a shot (try). I can unequivocally attest that the decision to do so will not be regretted.

The food was not sufficient. Only one choice of food which is pasta was served as the chicken was finished. This happened in both flights. They didn't have enough drinks as well.Boarding took a long time. More staff needed to ease boarding stress

The seat was comfortable, good leg room for a person of my size (5' 8"), the entertainment was excellent.

they were not very late - within one hour.

For three of us we had only one bag to check. They charged us 70 euro for that bag. All their flights were 30-60 minute late.

Complimentary snacks & water, polite

LOT uses the 787 Dreamliner which is very comfortable. They do go out of their way to provide an excellent experience. I am 6'3, and the seat in business class which turns into a flat bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend LOT Polish for your travels. We already booked with them again (Chicago to Barcelona via Warsaw) for this fall.

I was so impressed with my whole experience with Swissair on my recent trip from Miami to Malaga, Spain. Very courteous and friendly crew, up to date aircraft and right on time!

Terrible flight had to delay few times , we had to wait inside in the plane for more than 2 hours , they had me to check im my carry on in geneva layover even i had a personla stuff inside and with no lock , rude crew i never even fly with suiss i had toncome back with lugthansa because they had to delay the flight again

I don't think I'd ever experienced such a friendly and empathetic crew.

Security was a disaster in Amsterdam. Lines were long and they were checking everything - e.g. My bag had to be screened 2x because of my Kindle, which never happens. But the crew was Extremely accommodating and helpful.

They put us in a nice hotel

Flight was delayed for more than 1 hour and it was overbooked. So they put us on a united flight for today. This flight is also overbooked.
