Then they ran out of food and booze (wine mostly), so they made the nonrev employees go without, which was awkward gif the rest. But the kicker was that they lost my luggage. I told them that it hadn’t been boarded ten minutes prior to pushback. The Venice folks were very excited to be able to show me exactly where they list it (because of the RFID bag tags)... doesn’t do me much good... 10 miles away or 10,000 miles away, I still don’t have my “stuff”"

Boarding was a fiasco with the pillars in too small of a gate. FA had too much coffee they kept main babin lights on way too long and kept loudly asking if anyone wanted extra drinks snacks....this is a redeye, people want to sleep!!"

Just because I used my points to buy the flight I wasn’t eligible for an upgrade to the one seat left in first class even though the flight is full and I am the first one on comfort+ upgrade list and there was no one on delta one upgrade list."

This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Cons: "When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

After 60mins, airport info agent checked & said chair was coming. After 75mins, DRK agent arrived with 2 wheelchairs and wasted time trying to find a second passenger needing assistance. Agent then rushed us through terminal with no opportunity to get food or drink or use bathrooms. Got to very remote gate 15mins before departure, and boarded last. Don't use BA Hamburg if you need assistance."

Can I look into a partial refund on my ticket since I never caught the return flight?"

Cons: "First a large number of the flight was flagged for special screening which meant that they had to do additional procedures and were very understaffed as many of us talking near 100 people had to stay behind and wait for over an hour as three employees screened us in detail. This while the rest of the plane was already boarded. Thus the flight left late and arrived very late to LAX. Secondly the refrigeration on board for food was broken thus spoilong the food so we only received one meal on an 11 hour flight which we were starving and not what we paid for during this flight. They did offer snacks but when not having a full meal as paid for it is a huge let down. Thirdly why is Wi-Fi not offered on this flight. Due to the late departure and late arrival we missed my connection to TUS and was not able to make calls or email during the flight. Not acceptable. Very unhappy and will never be flying with British Airways again. I WILL ALSO NEVER LET FRIENDS AND FAMILY FLY WITH THEM. An airline as prestigious as BA needs to work better at ensuring the minimum on offering wait we the customer pays for and this did not happen. Staff was amazing and very friendly but we were very dejected and felt that your brand suffered a lot with this experience. I do hope to hear from airline about this incident as my wife and I travel constantly."

British Airways counted our flight from JFK to CDG as a "no show" but in reality, we had just missed our connecting flight because of so many delays at JFK. We had received no notification from Webjet or British Airways of these changes and were told that our taxes were refunded for the return tickets."

Cons: "mysterious baggage problem that was not adequately explained by Captain. Staff were choatic in supposedly checking bags to passengers, but only in an erratic fashion. As a result flight was delayed by 2 hours."

Pros: "The treatment and service you get no matter what class you flying. With BA you are always "first class" passenger. Amazing new aircraft with enough room in the economy class that makes an oversea flight very comfortable. the flight attendants are very friendly and serve you as fast as possible. I always order two drinks before the first meal and I couldn't even finish the 2nd one before they came around and asked me for another one. I would always go BA if I could. Amazing airline."

Pros: "Able to stretch out with empty seats and don't feel so much like a sardine in a can. When it's full, like the flight from Houston to London, it's misery and I remember why I hate flying. Flight left on time and arrived a little early. Crew were very friendly and professional."

Cons: "Upon arrival in London BA did not have a representative to direct us our connecting flight."

Cons: "4 gate changes, delayed delayed delayed. UGH. Sirens going off at gate no staff around to turn it off or talk to. Lady at counter very upset with pilot. We had a plane at the 2 gate but no flight crew. Next gate no plane but crew. Who organizes this? American airlines has some work to do!"

Pros: "We were very well looked after by a group of male flight attendants. The plane was clean, calm, quiet and we had all we needed."

Cons: "I wish these airlines would remember that people on the place are PEOPLE. After multiple delays, including one where we sat on a hot plane for over an hour, they did very little to make us comfortable. There's a reason why AA sits right next to United in terms of poor customer experiences"

Cons: "My video screen was busted. Long 9 hrs without anything to watch. Food was cold (as in not reheated after being frozen). Landed at PHL and sat at the gate for 45 min before deplaning, which made us miss our connection. Apparently there’s NO other gate to deplane from than the one they picked. Ridiculous."

Pros: "Things were all right on schedule and the plane was very updated and clean. I was thrilled with the movie selections and the food was better than average plane food."
Cons: "Bathrooms were in rough shape, would have liked to see those serviced in-flight so those of us using the space to do night-time routines like brushing our teeth and washing faces didn't have to deal with someone else's mess."

Cons: "We waited at the gate in Frankfurt once the plane was loaded for 40 minutes for the aircraft to get pushed back from the jetway . Waited another 25 minutes in Dallas for an operator to place the jetway to the aircraft. One of the stewardess we had was really rude."

Cons: "Flight delayed from CLT-LGA: Missed connection by 1 minute. They practically slammed the door in our face."

Cons: "AA used a ground hold in ICT. Was told connection to Flint would not be a problem. When I got off of plane in Chicago the flight Flint had already pushed back. Could either wait for the next Flint flight that would get in at about midnight and risk not having a rental car or take an earlier flight to Detroit and pay $85 for dropping rental car off at Flint."

Pros: "I can't comment on food or entertainment and there is no N/A option. I did not purchase food or use the wifi for entertainment. The seat I upgraded to was comfortable and spacious even if it didn't recline (I sat in front of the OWWE)."

Cons: "First flight was delayed. Delay not related to weather. American refused to provide hotel. the provided hotel and meal voucher for a fellow traveler on same flight who missed his connection. I was told he was accommodated because he is priority. When asked how I become priority I was told "he spends more money and flies more often." To me that means as a customer I am not a priority to American Airlines."

Cons: "The flight time said an hour, yet our arrival time was 6 hours. Then we proceeded to sit on the runway for 20 minutes before take off and now at 45 minutes after we landed. Someone should have planned gates and deplaning schedules better, it's an awful experience sitting and doing nothing when you're so close to being home. The other thing that was bothersome was on this 6 hour flight, my entertainment screen didn't work. Which not only meant I would need to entertain myself for the next 6 hours, but also there wasn't a way to get the flight attendants attention. When they came around with drinks, I asked two of them how to fix the screen and they gave me two different answers which neither worked. Then when I needed anything I would have to make my neighbors move and go walk to find someone. Overall not my favorite flying experience and didn't feel taken care of by the crew or AA. And to think I spent extra money to fly with AA..."

Pros: "The crew were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made the negatives about the flight much more bearably be their excellence service whether during boarding, in flight, or after landing."
Cons: "I booked the flight originally through british airways and expected your standard, modern plane for cross atlantic travel. Boarding to find myself on a 767 designed (and likely built) in the 80s was rather disappointing."
