Seats are uncomfortable. This has been a trend in the industry for decades. Trying to fit more seats on each plane to increase profits at the expense of the passenger.
It’s always a great time flying with united airlines.
We got delayed three hours and nobody thought to have the bathroom fixed while we were sitting waiting to board? took a full hour to have maintenance come and check it off. Had to shut the bathroom down twice so that the pilots could go to the bathroom. Everyone missed their connections.
Women boarding passengers at the gate was absolutely rude and disrespectful of passengers. The flight attendant was absolutely delightful! Smiling and connected with the passengers. So happy. The seats are cramped and uncomfortable but I guess that’s just the way it is Communication regarding flight was excellent

Both of my flights arrived early and check in process was smooth

I just think it’s unfortunate that Airlines have completely abandoned the idea of serving any kind of decent or even real food on flights, not even on a four hour flight!? Those days are gone, I guess.
The flight was delayed by two de-icings. The seatbelt did not work correctly. It did not stay tight.
Hotter than Hades in August. Why, why do crews think that in the winter when we are already dressed for cold weather we need a cabin that is 82 degrees. Even the vents were blowing hot air.
Cabin was kept very hot and it was uncomfortable. Entertainment system did not work at my seat. Crew and service is fantastic

Typically great service from Turkish with comfortable seat and amenitie, good food and great attention from staff.
Delicious food, comfortable and clean plane. It's a little cramped in the hall in front of the gate.
Very hot cabin made long flight uncomfortable, even in business class! Food was great. Istanbul business lounge had great food but too few bathrooms and seating . They also need more electric outlets for charging devices. Appreciate the ability to go through fast track lines w business class
The crew on this flight provided exceptional business class service to me.
The staff at the boarding or the rudest uninformative and no English whatsoever they’re very rude as if they are envious of you travelling I don’t understand how could someone would be this rude and this out of touch and cold
You charged me for luggage although the airline does not- you charged me for seat when customers can pick their own seat at checkout in I travel to Europe slot and I will not use kayak again
They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second

I hated the FRA Airport. Confusing signage, including the path to Immigration and Security It seems that the airport grew haphazardly over the years. I have been through multiple WW Hubs with much better experiences.

Wonderful staff. The boarding process can be improved a little better by adequate prior communication but all in all they did fine. However the boarding gate was quite unfreindly to elderly and who needs help with sevral stairs.
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
I had a good comfortable seat. There was nearly an hour delay. There was an accident with the champagne, but I was well compensated. These things happen sometimes.
