It's fine but Newark to Nashville was too long
They delayed the flight 3 hours because it wasn't full they moved us to 5 different gates probably the worst airline ever not even spirit is this bad.
Poor communication, flight was delayed for preventable reasons. I missed my connection.

The flight was delayed so we were dead tired, and after that the turbulence was horrible. I was very scared.
Was happy we finally got upgraded in 1st class. The seat getting old. The cushiness need some improvement.
Once we got in the air the pilot made up some of the time of the delay. So that was really nice.
We boarded but then sat there waiting on some missed connection people to get on so we sat for about 15 minutes for that. Then we sat again because the passenger manifest was wrong and they had to figure it out before we could leave. That took about another 20 minutes or so. The crew was working hard to figure it out so it’s not their fault. It ended up being a system glitch where someone was upgraded to first class while another person was also in the same seat and it just created a mess that took a little while to figure out. They literally went to every person on the plane asking their names to see who was sitting in the wrong seat. I also hate the entertainment that must be watched on your phone or tablet. Just give us setback screens. It’s so much better. Almost every Delta flight has this now and it is so nice to have them. The crew did a great job. I have no complaints from them. They were very hard working, even with the mishap and a disgruntled passenger.
Had a short delay once we boarded the aircraft in Chicago, but it was fixed in no time flat then we were on our way. The pilot was able to make up the time lost and we landed 5 minute later then schedualed . Great service
For some strange reason I was put in zone 5 for boarding even though I had paid premium price for a premium seat right behind business class. This must have been a flaw because everyone else around me in the same zone (row) had been placed in zone 3.
Delayed by 5 hours and I had to wit in the airport for more than 6+ hours.
technology worked well and everything ran smoothly. The seats are quite cramped so please don't try to re-engineer the cabin to squeeze more bodies on board.
Flying in the United States with the major airlines has become so underwhelming. A 2-3hr flight in most other parts of the world with the major carriers of the area comes with newer, CLEANER aircraft and significantly better in flight service in terms of both staff attitude and a actual meal service.
Delays experienced in boarding/take off due to incoming plane delayed. However, the boarding time/depart time in the app was significantly delayed in providing these updates. Usually not updated until an hour after we should have already boarded. Poorly managed.
Arrived early picked up my bag in a few minutes- great trip - thank you
Flight was smooth, quick and felt safe. The 2 delays not happening would have been better but I guess that happens in the airline industry
The pilot greased the landing and the crew was fantastic.

Crew should be nicer and emphatic with customers. Same cookies as the past 20 years. Seat are ok and the plane was clean though it was delayed.
Plane was delayed for 6 hours, at first by weather, which is understandable, but was further delayed with NO given reason for 2 1/2 hours more. We had no clue when we were going to depart actually until they opened the ramp. VERY POOR to ZERO COMMUNICATION!!!
Horrible as a connecting passenger. The airport experience is horrendous in Madrid. Once on the flight everything was fine. Stop selling connecting flights through Madrid with less than 2 hrs transit time!!
Not good because in this cancelled and then rebooked flight BA put me and my husband in both middle seats when we were originally seated together in original flight and i was in aisle. I hate sitting in the middle. BA food needs to be better. It was just ok. Thanks though to screw and everyone one for safe flight
ok. It's a short flight and it was delayed, hence the ok rating.
Economy seats are so small and compacted so close together that comfort is negatively affected, especially on long flights. However that is due to aircraft design, not anything the airline can do about it.
More space, of course. a footrest! more room to walk. Movie selection was awful. Some good documentaries would help if the movies can't be better. The flight itself was great, crew was great.
The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. My luggage didn't make it on the flight from London to Nashville.
Food was pretty good and crew did ok. Boarding was a disaster. Seats and leg room were not conducive to a comfortable flight, especially if you are 6’3” and have the person in front of you leaning their chair all the way back for 9 hours and your are told they are allowed to do that.
Very helpful. Just sorry that my flight required connecting with British Airways.
Flight delayed an hour due to plane maintenance issues after getting in line to board. Issue was plane galley ovens which eliminated hot meals for overseas flight. Cold selections were limited due to availability. Drink and meal service (already an hour delayed) was very slow. Upon arrival in Nashville, had to sit at gate for about 15 minutes before disembarking with no explanation. Local police then boarded plane as we were disembarking so maybe that was the issue.
