Pros: I liked the free "meal". I chose the cheese. Reminds me of airlines 15 years ago.

Cons: Main cabin is not built for people 6 feet tall. My body feels awful after sitting in those seats for 5-6 hours. Reclining causes the seat to shift forward, creating even LESS leg room!

Cons: The flight didn’t leave on time because the plane wasn’t ready for takeoff (the engines had to be warmed up... WHY would that not be ready when it was time?!) so we left 30 minutes late, didn’t make up any lost time at all in the air and we ended up missing our connecting flight because of it all.

Pros: PLANE 1. TOOK OFF LATE 1 HOUR 2. ALMOST CRASHED AT LANDING IN MEX. ABORTED LANDING , PILOT CAME ON INTERCOM TO SAY THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER PLANE ALREADY ON THE GROUND. THE PLANE WAS 1-2 SECONDS FROM ACTUALLY TOUCHING DOWN

Cons: The flight was delayed almost 6 hours, the crew was rude and the “comfort +” seats had very little leg room .

Pros: When i asked for a window seat at the gate, i was provided one in the comfort zone. Very impressed and pleased. However, the remaining two segments were the opposite. Staff at the gate did not assist in any way for the remaining two flights.

Cons: The flight from Bend to Seattle was delayed a couple times and caused us to arrive when our connecting flight was already boarding. Luckily we were able to make the main flight on the trip.

Cons: My second (of three) flights was late. United texted me that my next gate was a “2 minute walk” from my arrival gate. Instead, it was a 15 minute walk plus a shuttle bus away. The gate didn’t change, the info was just wrong. Fortunately, my third flight was delayed about 30 minutes. But this also was not communicated in the United text until late.

Pros: The price for flight was great. Layover was perfectly timed and didn’t have to wait long before boarding.
