Cons: "Flight into Seattle delayed, flight out of Seattle to Minneapolis delayed flights out of Minneapolis to Bismarck delayed. Ran from gate F to gate c24 arrived at 10:23 p.m. Slight to the park at 10:25 p.m. and they closed the door on me as I was running up there. Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"

Plane itself was very modern and surprisingly comfortable, as much as a small space can be. Good amount of entertainment, and the crew were pleasant. And flight itself was smooth with very little turbulence which helps!"

The flight attendants were very pleasant & efficient. They only served snacks on this short flight but were very good at ensuring everyone had at least one or more beverages. Cons: "Long Delays, Over Booked Flights, Customer Service is not helpful, Wrong info delivered by Customer Service, No boarding gate info, Luggage was damaged, and I was charged a large premium with no added value. Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."

She then marked me as a no-show, while she was standing right next front of her. I had to spend the next 4 hrs on the phone, trying to get my tickets sorted out. Then, upon arriving at Heathrow,... No luggage. They told me it was still in Chicago. Upon finally receiving my bags, I find them full of sawdust and sand, and several items damaged. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again, and I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid them like them plague. Horrible service! Nothing but a run-around and not once did the agents apologise, even after admitting that my problems on this journey were due to a mistake made by one of their agents."

Pros: "On this flight back to Arizona they arrayed mutt husband and I together, unlike on our way to Spokane. That was much better. We had more leg room this time."

Cons: "Families with infants/young children not allowed to board early. Flight was delayed by almost 3 hours and gate moved FOUR times while waiting for the delayed flight... That's a LOT of moving when you're hauling a cranky 1 year old around the airport long after we were supposed to already be at our destination. Desk attendants were abrupt, not friendly, and diamissive when I came up to ask for a stroller tag."

Pros: "The guy in the middle seat left and never came back. Smooth flight. Good crew. Got both pretzels and cookies, as well as 2 cups of ice, with no problem."
Cons: "Entertainment system had some quirks. I choose my flights in an attempt to make sure I can watch a movie during the flight, so that's important to me. This one stopped once in the middle of the movie, but worked one I started it again. Didn't have buttons for fast forward or rewind, so had to guess on the timeline when I wanted to see something I missed. Then the flight map kept resetting to a mode other than what I wanted. I know these are first world problems, and they in no way affected the safety of the flight, but I expect more."

There was no one to help speed up the process through security and customs so I could make my flight instead, I was just rebooked for a flight 4 hours later. I have to drive to Richmond, VA tonight to make work tommorrow. I hate this neglect towards time."

Pros: "That we where on the plane... If you consider that we had to make this D-tour to get to San Juan...AA canceled our flight to San Juan in JFK due to wether and not enough standby crews."
Cons: "That the canceled the flight in JFK, and the couldn't get us to to San Juan from JFK the same or the next day!! There was nobody from AA to assist you or help you!! We had this once with Delta as well but they send you the new itinerary in front with a compensation and help you at the airport... For us it's never AA again"

Cons: "The seats were horrible. The tv screen was so old and small I could barely see anything, and the sound kept cutting out. The food was the same quality as business class with less choices and no menus. The staff kept forgetting to clear the table or refill my wine glass. I never had to use the call button on a flight before, but on this trip I was constantly hitting call or flagging people down. If I had actually paid for 1st class I would have been livid."

Doors did not open for quite awhile after docking but crew said nothing. Seats so small one had to keep elbows glued to body to eat without touching neighbors. Felt like cattle being driven to slaughter. Min"

Pros: "I liked the crew and I liked the entertainment, as it made the 10+ hour trip go so quickly. I was also able to sleep 1/2 the time. The crew was extremely nice. I would love to fly BA or AA or any of their partners as long as the fates are reasonable."
Cons: "I checked in online and had my seats reserved and I only had one piece of luggage to check in. In LAX, as long as I checked in for the flight on time, all I had to do in LA was go to a kiosk and check my luggage myself and give it to the people who work at the counter. The whole process took 5 minutes. However, even though I was checked in For my flight, in LHR, I was told that I still had to wait in the long line for those who needed their boarding passes among checking in tons of luggage. I was given a paper ticket lthough i already had one in my iPhone apple wallet. Besides waiting, for what I thought was a waste since I only had to check in luggage, the gates seemed so far away and the scheduling boards don't indicate right away as to what gate I need to go to. Luckily, my app told me what gate and I was hoping it was correct because I had to walk so far. Basically my gripes were with the airport and not with the flight itself. One thing bout the plane from London to lax, it seems the bigger the plane, the less legroom I had. I felt too close to the people next to me. The plane from Paris had more room."
