One flight even offered free check-in of bags that went all the way to our destination because of limited overhead compartment storage. Most flights were on time. We had one flight late and the person at the counter was able to get us on another flight so that we didn't miss our connection - this was stellar customer service."

Next flight was not much better, oh and wifi did I t work on it also - last 3-4 delta flights I've taken have been late and didn't have working wifi - starting to think their system doesn't work at all - seriously going to take any other carrier but Delta going forward"

Cons: "On this A320 craft, old style, the First class seats are a joke. I had seat 2B. The pitch is apparently less than in the Comfort+ rows. The passengers in 1A and 1B started reclining even before departure, and during the whole flight. For me and my neighbor, with that seat on our chest, it was impossible to reach down to the seat-back pocket, not to mention to the bag stowed under the seat in front. To get out of the seat, I almost could not get my legs through the 5-in. interval between the back of the front seat and the irremovable armrest. I shook the passenger sleeping in 1B rather violently a couple times. The lady in seat 2B apologized, but she had to climb and put her feet on my seat to get out of hers, there was really no other way. Delta needs to address this ridiculous situation of their First Class seats urgently."

We have had this same situation on other airlines, and they were very accommodating to our needs."

Cons: "It was myself, my wife, and our 18 month old son. The trip was a complete disaster. The first delay was from 12 noon to 7:30 pm because the plane was unavailable. We left the airport and returned at 6 pm for the 7:30 pm departure. The plane was "available." We checked our bags, found our way to the gate, and eventually boarded "ontime." Instead of taking off, however, we sat on board the plane at the gate for 2 hours as work was being done. The work was first called "maintenance," then "a small error code." The captain teased us by saying "folks, just a few more minutes and we should be departing." The crew nourished us with a dixie sized cups of water and Chex mix. Then finally the airline gave up and deplaned everyone. Once deplaned, it was explained to us that they couldn't clear the error code, so they couldn't use that plane. But there was another plane coming from Las Vegas to use so that we could expect a departure around 12 midnight. 12 midnight rolls around. Nothing. 12:30 am. 1 am. Finally, a plane arrives. But then the airline holds us up yet again - turns out we can't depart after all because the arriving airport shuts down at 2 am. Gee, they didn't know that before making us wait another 3 hours??? Now they're offering a refund to anybody who wants one, as well as a hotel for the night and the promise of a flight at 2:30 pm the following day. At this point, many of us are looking up alternative flights to Eugene and even Portland. A $1,000 extra for us. We're not sure whether we can trust Allegiant to have an actual plane ready to go the next day. And we're too tired at that point to even ask why the next flight would be at 2:30 pm rather than first thing in the morning. So finally we line up to get a hotel voucher and find our way to the hotel. It takes over an hour to checkin at the hotel because it's the middle of the night and 150 people just showed up to checkin. We finally get to our room at about 3:30 am. I'm amazed at how well our toddler held up sitting on an airplane for 2 hours, sitting at the airport for about 6 hours, and waiting to fall asleep all night. We eventually made it back to the airport the following afternoon and, praise the lord, made it to our destination. Allegiant - NEVER AGAIN!"

Cons: "Cut my already short trip even shorter. I used this airline twice now, and both times I was delayed."

Pros: "Price of flight and it was non stop to Fort Wayne, IN."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 60 mins, no explanation given. We flew in a Sun Country Plane instead of an Alliegiant plane. Sun Country had more leg room and free non alcoholic drinks. So it was worth the delay and plane change. Made it safety to Fort Wayne."

Pros: "Considering the fare was advertised between $350 and $700 with other carriers on Kayak, I took this one for $179, roundtrip, direct from LAX to Grand Junction."
Cons: "When the crew runs to get coffee in the terminal, make sure to do the same. I brought some snacks, but wish I had brought coffee. The man next to me kept creeping into my space which was incredibly annoying, but it was a relatively quick flight. Beats the two day drive from L.A. to Colorado."

Pros: "Boarding was quick and staff was pleasant, Flight was shorter than expected"
Cons: "Bag was damaged during flight"

Cons: "We were delayed over 7 hours, with only a $50 dollar future airline credit and an $8 meal voucher. That's not nearly enough for that kind of headache. It was 2 am before we arrived at our hotel."

Pros: "The food vouchers for 5 hour wait and water/beverages available. Liked alligent app for boarding pass available without printing."
Cons: "The 5 hour wait while the plane was worked on was unexpected. Not a lot of extra space for a near 6 hour flight. Seats do NOT recline at all. The other plane they boarded us on smelled like dirty shoes or diaper."

Pros: "I like the flight. It was on time"

Cons: "I didn't like all the inconsistent additional fees, the reschedule, the delays, and gate swaps."

Pros: "Arrived an hour before flight. Check in took 25 min and tsa 30 minutes. Tried to go through expedite line but agent refused to let me even though flight was leaving in 30 minutes. I have received better treatment in new York airports than here in Myrtle Beach. Who would have thought. There were 3 others that missed the flight. Why would they not just let's be expedited?"

Cons: "After arriving to the airport to check in we were told there was a 6 hr delay. Thanks for the heads up since we could've hung out more before heading to the airport."

Pros: "It was so fun to have a flight attendant that had a great sense of humor. She kept us in stitches throughout the flight."

Cons: "My return flight was rescheduled for a day later."

Cons: "No leg room!"

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "They overcharge for bags and their weight limit is only 40 pounds. They leave the desk and hour before take off which doesn't help people who are running late. They charge you to print out your boarding pass. They don't even send the boarding pass through email, you have to download the app. Overall horrible customer service. When call for customer service you can't even get a human representative. I missed my flight and they didn't even have another flight to to accommodate me to get to my destination and no one at the front desk to talk to."

Cons: "They arrive to the airport over an hour early and went to the desk we're asking them to print my ticket they informed me that they cannot check me in at the desk I had to do it online I didn't have the ability to do that so therefore I miss my plane"

Pros: "Great price ."
Cons: "Landing in Austin and having to walk down a wet slippery ramp and then across the tarmac in a thunderstorm ... got VERY wet . How about a cover ?"

Cons: "Seats were made of stone."

Pros: "The price range is far for travelers"
Cons: "They should give free snacks and water juice to the customers that travel with this airline. The other airlines off complimentary snacks and drinks other wise it was a good experience"

Pros: "The flight attendants were great. Pilots attention to detail..Great."
Cons: "Charging for every little thing including seat choice, bags, snacks. No complimentary beverages or peanuts. Not even water! In the long run, I didn't save money on this trip."

Cons: "The LA to Eugene leg was delayed in departing, but this was an improvement on the cancelled flight from Eugene to LA. Arrived at the airport 2 hours early per their instructions to find the flight was delayed. Thirty minutes later they cancelled the flight and then provided no information concerning the new flight the following day."

Pros: "Excellent flight! Down side no wi fi connection and no Internet, you must buy all food and drink but hey for cost of the trip worth it!"

Cons: "The bathroom on the flight from Denver to Santa Barbara was the WORST EVER! I doubt it has ever been cleaned and the poor people that had seats near or at the rear of the plane should have been refunded their money having been subjected to the smell of an “indoor outhouse!” Shameful!!"

Pros: "The range of 'free' food and beverages (including beer, wine, and liquor was phenomenal, and the functionality of the 777 touch-screen was outstanding. Seating was also more comfortable than comparable flights on AA."

Pros: "Very pleasant attentive crew and ground staff. An aborted takeoff on tarmac meant a return to the departure gate and the plane taken to maintenance. The ground staff were superb in dealing with a full plane load of passengers many of whom had onward connections. This meant we had to stay overnight and fly first thing the next morning. Full marks to United for dealing with a potentially dangerous situation and then assisting everyone back in the terminal."

Cons: "The way back took way longer then scheduled as my flight was delayed, again. I didn't get home till 3 am and had to work the next morning. Not happy about the delay. Also, I booked 8 months in advance and friends I met with on the trip got their airfare for half the price and booked only a few weeks before. They said I paid way to much, but since I do t fly much I guess I'm the sucker, cause I had no idea."

Cons: "When I landed in San Francisco, my ticket did not have a gate number on it. My layover was only 55 minutes long so I knew I needed to get straight to my gate. I looked at the screen of departures. The screen said Eugene was at gate 72. I rushed to gate 72 to find that on display screen for gate 72, it said boarding for passengers to Orange County. I then walked to information. The gentleman at information wrote down that my gate was gate 67. I hurried to gate 67 (with only 15 minutes until boarding for my flight began). At gate 67 I asked a United Airlines worker if I was at the correct gate. He said no, my gate was 72. I explained to him I was just there. He was very rude and said if I did not want to believe him, that's fine. I said no, I believe you, I just want to be certain I am going to the correct place as I should be boarding very soon. I started running back to gate 72. On my way I stopped at the United Airlines customer service desk and encountered yet another rude United Airlines associate named Irada. She told me I needed to wait my turn in line and could not help me, even though I needed to be boarding soon. I ran back to gate 72 and the board said Eugene. I asked a pilot who was sitting down on break about the reasoning behind the boards and he helped me. A pilot whose job is not at all in customer service was the one who helped while those with the job in customer service were rude. I was very exhausted and upset with the confusion and noone willing to help. I do not believe I will be flying with United anymore if associates who are supposed to be helpful are not."

Got to Denver airport asked the gate guy to call my connecting flight gate to see if they could hold the door for me, he said you got 10 mins go. I ran 30 gates and the door just closed and missed my flight. I am 25 weeks preg so my running time is slower then normal. Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and went home......"

We sat for 20 mins right in front of our gate. From 1 pm to 10 on my flight to Asheville from Chicago was delayed many many times waiting for our airplane to arrive. Upsetting that we missed our connection due to United's poor planning, they didn't hold our connecting flight for us but we had to wait all night for other flights."
