Cons: "You cancelled our flight home in the middle of a Hurricane, so we can't check up on our cats or house. We will never fly with Alaska Air again, and I will make sure that absolutely everyone knows what you did."

Cons: "our flight was cancelled the night before rebooked on a later flight which would cause us to miss our ferry and other connections they did rebook when I called, adding another connection, but only my husband was rebooked , not me so, I had to get a seat at the counter in Seattle to finish the trip everyone was very poliet"

Cons: "Flight into Seattle delayed, flight out of Seattle to Minneapolis delayed flights out of Minneapolis to Bismarck delayed. Ran from gate F to gate c24 arrived at 10:23 p.m. Slight to the park at 10:25 p.m. and they closed the door on me as I was running up there. Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"

Cons: "Aircraft broke, had to route me to an additional three stops just to get me home and through the night. Also, still unsure of where my checked baggage is."
Pros: "After there was a problem with the plane once we had boarded, they were able to switch us to another plane at another gate. There was a short wait, and we only had a delay of 35 minutes."

They were delayed. Told us we wouldn’t make our flight AND Lost our luggage. Still no word from them! And no easy way to talk to a human about where our luggage is.

Cons: "The flight was delayed because of a technical issue and then the plane was very cold for most of the flight. And they said my green-tagged carry on would be at the gate when I arrived in Richmond. But then we arrived and they put it at baggage claim instead where we had to wait 20 minutes for it. Too many things were not comfortable or convenient on this particular flight."
Cons: "Crew was not available, that caused a delay. Bags were not loaded, that caused another delay. Gate was not available upon arrival, that caused yet another delay."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 1.5 hours coming into Denver due to an oil leak they fixed at the last airport. Turned out the leak wasn't fixed. Took an hour to get a mechanic to look at it and then they cancelled the flight. United's partner had no other planes in Denver so we had to sleep there after sitting in the airport for almost 4 hours."

Cons: "Because of the late plane and possible missed connection, I was re-booked for the next day without any compensation."
Pros: "Very pleasant attentive crew and ground staff. An aborted takeoff on tarmac meant a return to the departure gate and the plane taken to maintenance. The ground staff were superb in dealing with a full plane load of passengers many of whom had onward connections. This meant we had to stay overnight and fly first thing the next morning. Full marks to United for dealing with a potentially dangerous situation and then assisting everyone back in the terminal."

Cons: "Little to no updates and wrong information when finally given. I was bumped out of my premium seat. I had to ask for refunds for the upgrade and priority seating they were not offered. And I had to ask for a meal voucher since none was offered. Alaska always has offered fist no asking needed."

Comfortable experience but the boarding process was not efficient and the delay in departure caused some anxieties for the connecting flight. Flight from FLL to LGA was on time but the legroom for a taller person was a bit uncomfortable
Wish the seats reclined and were more comfy - Staff was friendly / helpful tho

Cons: "I did leave my freezer Ziploc bag of medication in the front seat pocket of my seat, called spirit and Mccarran airport in Las Vegas and said no one turned in the medication. Told me to call Chicago because that’s where the plane went after leaving Las Vegas, I called Chicago but have not gotten an answer back if it was turned in there. It’s my heart medication and my blood thinner which is very expensive and a couple of costume jewelry necklaces. I wish someone could help me locate this medication, it’s very expensive."

Cons: "Flight was delayed multiple times. We finally took off SIX HOURS after scheduled time. Me and another passenger were assigned the same seat. They boarded us on the plane only to tell us everyone had to get off while they fixed something. Crew were laughing and joking around with each other the whole time as if none of these issues were happening."

Cons: "Did not have wheelchair and attendant available in timely manner at Orlando airport for arrival or departure. Did not know there was a fee for second carryon bag."
