Cons: "Flight was delayed out of St. Louis causing several of us to miss our connecting flight from Salt Lake City to Portland. Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Cons: "Even in "world business class" the pods are very small and cramped and there is no room to put a carry on bag even something as small as a headphone box. Also the business class bathroom was very small, very disgustingly dirty when we boarded (someone tried to clean it a bit) and dirty and small throughout the flight. The bathroom does not have ventilation and the toilet basically does not have any liquid for flushing!"

Cons: "We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

All involved blamed each other. Beware"

Pros: "Even with a 90 minute delay getting out of Seatac caused because some one checked their luggage but didn't get on the plane, Delta made sure that everyone made their connecting flights in Tokyo. In my hurry I left a charging cable on the late flight but right after I got settled on the next flight, and before I'd even figured out that I'd left it, a Delta attendant handed it to me."
Pros: "The crew was amazing. We had a two hour delay on the ground due to thunderstorms, but the pilot kept us informed and the flight attendants answered any questions and helped with everything. The pilot even walked down the isle asking people if they had any questions."

Delta has a new policy that these tickets are not allowed to have certain privileges that tickets purchased on their own site have. Unbeknown to us, one of these is the ability to select your seat. On the ride from CVG to FLL we were assigned seats in the back of the plane, but at least we were next to each other. On the way back, we were not assigned a seat at all. We arrived to the airport almost 4 hours before the flight and were still not assigned a seat and were told we would have to speak to the gate agent. Even we when spoke to the gate agent, they still did not have a seat. It was not until we had already started the boarding process that they called us up and told us that we were going to be sitting 5 rows apart, both in a middle seat."

Cons: "Unrelated to the flight- but immigration and customs in Grand Cayman was slow. 200+ people arrived on this plane and there ware 4 immigration agents although they had more stations. We spent about a half hour in line in each- immigration and then customs. Rental cars is another situation to be aware of regarding insurance."
Pros: "Frankly there isn't much to say here. After 7 flights in 2 weeks there was only 1 flight with great staff that actually cared about the customers and looked like they enjoyed their job. The rest treated guests with indifference at best."
Cons: "Customer service is dreadful, the planes are so old they still have cigarette lighter charges in first (but of course no adapters), no food/snacks of any significance, and they seemingly cancel flights at a whim with basically no staff to help re-book the lines of guests that have been disrupted. I pity those who loose luggage AA baggage services are flooded with lost baggage they just don't care any more. Seriously its embarrassing how little they care about customer service."

The flight delayed costed half a day staying at Montreal airport. People are given boarding tickets with standby seat number.

Cons: "I get it, weather happens, but airlines should have figured out by now how to make any issues that come from that as painless as possible. Air Canada did not have it together. There was little communication and coordination. People had to wait multiple times in ungodly long lines while agents spent way too much time with each customer. There was misinformation and lack of information given by agents and at times no one to help at all. When there's weather it should be all hands on deck until the effected customers get to where they need to be. Otherwise it's an aggravating and nearly intolerable experience. Commercial airlines have been around for 60+ years - figure it out already."

Cons: "Worst experience. My connecting flight I had originally booked was cancelled, leaving. me with a six hour layover. I had no desire to shop duty free and was tired from my previous flight so I went to the gate which my flight would eventually leave from. While standing, since seating was extremely limited, and sitting at this gate I observed that every flight was either delayed or cancelled. Employees milled about with their backs to passengers with little regard to those inconvenienced, they seemed to be completely clueless when asked simple questions. The Pearson Airport was the most disorganized and inconvenient airport I have ever had the misfortune to experience. The toilet on this flight was broken and we were only informed right before boarding, making the decision to go while I could I missed them saying they were going to take our carry on bags away from us to stow below. I had medicine and camera lenses and other items I was wary of leaving my possession and had to sit on the tarmac a few minutes to re-situate my personal items. I have no intentions of flying through Pearson ever again."

Cons: "The first flight from St. Louis to Chicago was very small. While I don't have concerns about flying in a small plane, I can imagine those nervous about air travel would feel concerned with the size of the aircraft."

The United staff I spoke with by phone and in person were neither helpful not pleasant. I will go out of my way to never fly United again."
