Cons: Busted infotainment screen. A perfunctory apology was offered after the flight had landed. None of the crew had any level of proficiency in English and shied from interacting with non-Chinese passengers. And finally, 10-abreast seating on the Boeing 777 is a nightmare.

Pros: Crew took a while before can attend to our needs. Foods are the same choices very limited to beef and fish. Breakfast items are only cereal and porridge. We are seated behind two small kids who constantly kicking my seats.

Cons: Delta check in was HORRIBLE! I was charged for a bag check in and had to take my bag through security and they threw away my cologne and razors.

Cons: The seats on the 787 Dreamliner proved to be uncomfortable AGAIN this trip. 2 years ago we flew the 787 overnight and the seats were the same. Hard cushions, tight seat pitch, and little room to move about.

Cons: Seats weren’t assigned until at the gate even though checked in 18 hours before. Bag drop was horrible. No self service. Was inline for about 45 minutes.

Cons: Overall no complaints but the landing in Tokyo was a little rough. Pilot seemed to descend quickly which hurt my ears but otherwise, smooth flight.

Cons: 1. Business class crew stomped around the cabin, making it noisy, and woke me up constantly. 2. Gallery is very loud and badly situated in business class. 3. Chair itself is old & although it’s lie-flat, makes a very uncomfortable night’s sleep.

Cons: I could not plug in my headphones because of the proprietary plug on the airplane. I understand some airlines used to use proprietary plugs to keep people from taking their headphones that were offered complementary for the flight but I’d rather use my high end noise canceling headphones.

Cons: They were rude and cater to Chinese... didn't give me the proper documents. Took forever until i found a helpful Thai to determine documents that should've been given to me at gate. Even tho i had business class on the first leg, they wouldn't let me in the lounge for the layover...
