No supervisor came even though we asked the captain to contact one. We were ignored. Total clusterfuck. Pilot was courteous and professional but front desk was Frazzled and incompetent. We were hugely inconvenienced and missed our obligations with no offer of compensation. Then when we finally get on the plane they kick us off!!!!!!!!!! Now they are saying a 630 departure for a 2 pm flight. This is beyond acceptable and I am about to call the local news and am sending them video of your gross incompetence. I want to be contacted at 815-527-1935 immediately. My time is valuable and no part of this delay is acceptable. I want full flight vouchers for this debacle"

Cons: "Delay after delay. Took way too long for de-icing. The storage compartmemt door got stuck and I could not get my bag out. The flight attendant blamed the issue on my bag. She claimed it was too big. It was not. I have carried the bag on several flights with similar planes, the gate agent slowed it on the plane as many have, and I had no issue opening and closing other compartment as I tried a couple after maintenance retrieved my bag."

Pros: "Flight was delayed and Captain explained reason as Newark Airport Traffic Control. Further delay was experienced after taxiing and Captain kept us informed. Seats were marginally ok and flight crew was attentive. Had a soda and a small bag of pretzels. Overall, it was an ok flight."

Pros: "I went a different route back to Denver I drove in a vehicle do the circumstances of a friend moving back to Colorado from Michigan. So I called ahead of time and let United Airlines know to go ahead and give my seat to anybody"

Cons: "The cabin was not properly decompressed so it made for a very uncomfortable flight for my ears. Also the plane was cold, bumpy & just overall unpleasant. The systems were down while we boarded the plane so it took longer to board than usual."

Cons: "United rerouted us and added another leg to our trip. We never flew Richmond to Denver. We ended up going Richmond -> Chicago -> Denver -> Santa Barbara. This caused us to miss a post-wedding brunch with family that we're only able to see about once every three years. All this after changing our flight out to the east coast the day of the flight (my 8:55pm flight was changed to 5:23pm, and I was notified after 3pm - meaning I had to run out of work early, costing me money, run home to pack, and rush to the airport, only to wait 3 hours for a now delayed flight). The also added another leg to that trip as well (at 3pm, day of). This was a red-eye flight and the last thing we wanted to do was get on and off the plane all night. I will not be flying with United after this trip."

Cons: "Both flights were delayed. The second waited until we were completely loaded to tell us we didn't have a flight crew and we had to wait 110 minutes for them to fly in! When I asked the customer service agent at the gate about alternatives she got rude and asked if I had listened to the announcement? The announcement said nothing about alternatives. This near two hour delay caused me to have to spend $43 to get a ride from the airport since I would not get in until after midnight."

Cons: "The aircraft was extremely small. Being 6'4" it's a challenge to navigate to and from your seat. I was pleasantly surprised that I could fit in the seat."

Cons: "I'm 6'4" and if I would've had to sit on that plane much longer I would've been quite sore. Seats are small, space is exceedingly limited. But, it was a regional jet, so this was to be expected. Nonetheless, other airlines' regional jets haven't been quite so cramped."

Or was it the 2.5 hour late start we got out of Dfw, only to be turned around again on the runway to get more furl, then enduring the 2.5 hour flight from Dfw to Houston (which is a 3.5 hour DRIVE). Was it the missed flight out if Houston, or was it when they told me they could not get us out in Sunday, but that Tuesday morning was looking pretty good. This was a disaster flight."
