Cons: Terminal 2 security at LAX is awful and inefficient Also plane had a malfunctioning switch and it took them 1.5 hrs to fix while we are on the plane. This was 1.5 hrs delay on a 58 minutes flight. :(

Pros: On this short flight, the flight attendant was wonderful, accommodating special requests and being fully engaged with passengers. On time departure, early arrival, overall a nice quick flight to Duluth.

Cons: CRJ200 planes are always a bit cramped, and having to gate check anything bigger than a small purse is an inconvenience. Hopefully the fleet will change over to the Embrair planes soon. Beware 'Basic' flyers (cheap tickets): you are not eligible to take an earlier flight even if available.

Cons: 1.5 hr delay in aircraft while waiting for Take off Slot No Coffee (hot drinks) or Alcahol (wine, scotch) on flight

Cons: I didn’t fly out of Philadelphia because the flight was 5 hrs late and I missed my connecting flight. Had to go get my luggage, go home and try to fly today! Terrible! All my plans screwed up!

Pros: Crew members went out of their way to ensure the passengers’ comfort.

Cons: Boarding process in Frankfurt was very confusing and haphazard. Some passengers had been pre-checked, others had not been- which delayed the boarding. Flight was an hour late. Baggage claim in Delhi was a mess- had to wait for more than hour to get one checked bag.

Cons: Airline lost my bag. Not happy at all. Lufthansa is a let down. I’m an beside myself and there are meds in my bag that are needed.

Cons: Announcements were too loud in earphones (could damage ear drums) and entertainment was turned off while waiting 30 min for the gate to open.

Cons: An officious crew who said they had a 'seat belt detector' to tell if people's seatbelts were fastened. A late flight... with lies about the reason for the delay.

Pros: The access to the full library of entertainment & internet access included with the flight .

Cons: You fly international for 8 hours an you don't have screens and have to pay for entertainment..or a glass of wine?? 60 dollars to choose your seat???..air Canada sucks. I flew to Europe with over 12 different airlines this is one of the worst for sure.

Pros: Nothing. Crew unfriendly. In AC You should pay for everything, including the seat or you are in risk to no board because the oversell

Pros: tCrew was good. On one side of airplane in main cabin, bathroom was twice size of normal airplane bathrooms. This was welcome.

Cons: In this day and age Wi-Fi should be provided always. Unfortunately it wasn't on the flight from Tokyo back to Los Angeles.

Cons: 10+ hours flight. No food. No beverage. No snack. No blanket. I travel a lot and never saw a flight without service like this before. At the very minimum, snacks are reasonable. Extremely bad experience. Very disappointed with Lufthansa.

Pros: Booked a flight to Italy in economy section and was worried that it would be a difficult and uncomfortable flight. However it exceeded my expectations and never felt that I was in the economy section. They provided excellent service and made sure you were comfortable and attended to. Would recommend

Pros: The flight was on schedule. The pilot was great and avoided turbulence.

Cons: Compared to my SF to Munich flight, the return trip was a nightmare. The flight attendants were nowhere to be found. Cold face towels, ran out of food and drink. Flight attendants allowing a school field trip to take over the flight. My seat was kicked for 7 hours straight, they did nothing.

Rebooked through Zürich with overnight there - had to find own hotel as they said all the ones on their list were booked. Cons: Flight from Toronto to Ottawa was delayed for more than two hours. We spent two hours sitting on the plane/tarmac. Air Canada sucks.
