Professionalism. Didn't like the layover but the second part ofthe flight went smoothlythe pilot made us feel safe and relaxed pointed out the light show on the left. Which was a lightning storm it was beautiful. And we got to little rock safely

The crew were all very nice and hospitable. The plane was clean, which was good. We arrived to our destination early.

There were no complimentary beverages or little snacks, which would've been nice, although if you were willing to pay for them you could have sodas, alcohol, or chips. I gave entertainment 1 star since there was none.

Not to much

Was like riding a city bus. Even in row one didn't have much room to stretch out. Check in took awhile. Only thing they had going for them was good pilots and staff. But the planes are trash no entertainment, little selection of food and drinks. Don't suggest at all.

I was flying from CDG to LGD and my bag was lost, yet the baggage claim system showed it arrived...... Thankful I packed some essentials in my carry on. The bigger issue will be dealing with my medical insurance company to get medications replaced that were in the checked bag.

Entertainment system was up to date with personal screens.

Flight was delayed by an hour. The new departure time was moved twice after we were already invited for boarding. Attendants failed to communicate new times or make any announcements absolutely whatsoever. Just stood in line to board for almost an hour.

The crew made the best out fo the terrible situation.

Right after we boarded the plane our flight was delayed because of thunder. Instead of keeping us from boarding until our flight was clear to go. We stayed on the airplane at the gate for over 3 hours. In those 3 hours we were served pretzels and one cup of water. When the legal time limit had been reached and they were about make us exit the plane they decided we could take off.

The crew was friendly.

Far and away the most uncomfortable and worst value-for-money international flight I've experienced. This plane is so old it should be put in a museum. The warm food was terrible and the non-hot food was completely frozen so even if I wanted to eat it, this wouldn't be possible. Individual seat in-flight entertainment screens have been the norm for many years, yet this plane had the community-style in-flight entertainment. Half of the time, the screens weren't working, which just made matters worse. The total lack of legroom and chair ergonomics made getting comfortable nearly impossible. I was literally in pain sitting in these seats. I live in Prague and visit family in the US often. This was my first experience with American Airlines' newer direct flight option from Prague to Philadelphia; based on the extreme discomfort of the inflight features and to top it off it was the highest price I've paid for a flight back home...(total lack of value for the money! )I would go out of my way to make sure I never take this route again.

First off I’m a Diabetic and some of my diabetic medication and or supplies are with me and some in my LOST checked luggage. I currently say lost because it Day 3 in Ibiza and the luggage never left Newark with my flight originally and is supposedly in Barcelona while I’m here. Called everyday for updates on my bag and they give you very little useful info. Oh and the 7:45 departure last Thursday didn’t leave until 2:30am, then they kicked us out of our economy plus seats picked for comfort and tossed us in middle aisle seats some place else which were ridiculously uncomfortable. There’s no entertainment except in first class and this is a 777 huge jet. Filing a claim, sending a letter to their ceo, a letter to he DOT, and grabbing a good lawyer friend for counsel on this because it’s a disaster. I had to buy everything I needed which isn’t enough and I’m also running out of diabetic supplies since the rest I’d my lost / delayed luggage. So delayed flight by 6hrs, kicked out of original seats, lost and delayed luggage, airlines seems to refuse to send it to my hotel through other carriers, 3days and no luggage and wondering if they are going to send it to Ibiza while I’m heading back to Barcelona today. No one calls me or emails or updates me on any status changes of where my bag is and what’s going on. Their customer service sucks and it’s some guy or girl in another country who gives no fks about your situation. I will never fly with United again

after typing in my contact information correct, it made it to frontier incorrect. I was UNABLE to resolve online, as when trying to fix my name that the Kayak API messed up (appended first+middle name) it wanted me to pay $1,000+ dollars because it acted like I was transferring my tickets. It took FOREVER to get to a person to fix this over the phone. This is the day and age everyone wants to send you through every possible automated prompt before getting a real person. The flight itself was fine, getting to be able to get on it was a giant pain.

I love frontiers onn-stop flights. You get on and get off without any fuss.

There are no real amenities. It's just the flight. That's not bad when you are only going 3 hours, but do t expect to be caters to.

I had to buy everything I needed which isn’t enough and I’m also running out of diabetic supplies since the rest I’d my lost / delayed luggage. So delayed flight by 6hrs, kicked out of original seats, lost and delayed luggage, airlines seems to refuse to send it to my hotel through other carriers, 3days and no luggage and wondering if they are going to send it to Ibiza while I’m heading back to Barcelona today. No one calls me or emails or updates me on any status changes of where my bag is and what’s going on. Their customer service sucks and it’s some guy or girl in another country who gives no fks about your situation. I will never fly with United again

They ladys didn't check well when taking off, seats were layed back ...two in front of me. Didn't like how we had to pay for a drink, the paying almost for one suitcase was a sad face . Probably wouldnt use frontier again

$45 for a CARRY ON, surprised by it at the airport, surprised also that my "direct" flight stopped in Denver where I had to disembark for an hour, and Steel seats that don't recline. Never again.

great food, friendly crew

no entertainment at every seat - was traveling with my little kids and this was the first time they could not play games or watch movies at the screen on the seat before them - there were couple screens for the whole plane but they showed La La Land two times and other shows my kids were not interested in; also, when we boarded, my kids were not assigned to sit right next to me (4 and 7 years old) so I had to ask 2 people to switch seats so that my kids could be next to me

Web check in easy

We had a 3 hour delay because they couldn't replace a crew member. Not very good planning. Also paying for a cup of water is a bit much

Not to much

Was like riding a city bus. Even in row one didn't have much room to stretch out. Check in took awhile. Only thing they had going for them was good pilots and staff. But the planes are trash no entertainment, little selection of food and drinks. Don't suggest at all.

Cheap

after typing in my contact information correct, it made it to frontier incorrect. I was UNABLE to resolve online, as when trying to fix my name that the Kayak API messed up (appended first+middle name) it wanted me to pay $1,000+ dollars because it acted like I was transferring my tickets. It took FOREVER to get to a person to fix this over the phone. This is the day and age everyone wants to send you through every possible automated prompt before getting a real person. The flight itself was fine, getting to be able to get on it was a giant pain.

The crew were all very nice and hospitable. The plane was clean, which was good. We arrived to our destination early.

There were no complimentary beverages or little snacks, which would've been nice, although if you were willing to pay for them you could have sodas, alcohol, or chips. I gave entertainment 1 star since there was none.

Woman next to me with crying baby didn’t care that her baby’s head and arms where pretty much in my seat the whole flight. And the girl in front of me was wildly dancing the whole flight in her seat with headphones on and she get pushing back in her seat hitting my knees And every announcement the flight attendant made during the flight sounded like he was stoned and obviously didn’t care what he was saying

I was flying from CDG to LGD and my bag was lost, yet the baggage claim system showed it arrived...... Thankful I packed some essentials in my carry on. The bigger issue will be dealing with my medical insurance company to get medications replaced that were in the checked bag.

Excellent crew

I ordered food for my son and they had no record so he had some snacks only during a 10 hour flight. The cabin temperature was freezing, everyone was shivering but despite requests it stayed cold.

Entertainment system was up to date with personal screens.

Flight was delayed by an hour. The new departure time was moved twice after we were already invited for boarding. Attendants failed to communicate new times or make any announcements absolutely whatsoever. Just stood in line to board for almost an hour.

Friendly staff and helpful

Did not fly out of Ontario, I was being led to fly out of LAX since there was a delay. Ended up flying out of John Wayne Airport.

Great crew and entertainment. Fairly comfortable seats.

Bit tight betweeen seats. Fortunately had three seats for two of us. Slight mechanical issue caused small delay that pilot tried to make up. Better food and amenities on Delta.

Professionalism. Didn't like the layover but the second part ofthe flight went smoothlythe pilot made us feel safe and relaxed pointed out the light show on the left. Which was a lightning storm it was beautiful. And we got to little rock safely
