Cons: "They didn’t have a pilot assigned to our flight. Had to wait 3 hours for a pilot to arrive. 😞. Thank goodness I wasn’t in a hurry to get to my destination."

Cons: "There was a 3 hour delay outbound and a 9 hour delay inbound. On the inbound flight I was put up in a nice hotel for the day and given a $30 meal voucher. However I missed my connecting flights and had to be put up when I got back to the States. Despite getting in at 10pm I was put on a 5am flight."

We also sat on the tarmac at the time that we were supposed to be deplaning. We were waiting on another plane to back out of the gate for 10 minutes. What’s up with that?? Cons: "Flight itself was good, but will never book via JustFly again. 2/3 of my flights were cancelled and I was never notified. Then I had to call to reschedule, which took almost an hour. Then they stated they would send my confirmation via email 24-48 hours. 3 days later and the confirmation still never came. SO I had to call again and wait another half hour. No point in booking through a 3rd party for that type of hassle."

They are absolutely the most uncomfortable seats I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to sit in, and unless you're willing to pay even more for "premium" seats, you won't even have enough space to sit. I will never, never, ever give American Airlines another penny."

Zero entertainment options, save for BYOD which didn't even work for me - never was able to watch more than the first 30 seconds of anything, provided it would work at all. Also the film selection, had it worked, was wretched. Food was bland even by airline standards. Flight was delayed. I'm used to sleeping on these flights, even flying economy, but these seats were even more cramped than I'm used to. Perhaps all this would be forgivable had my flights been cheap, but no - it was about the most expensive trans-Atlantic flight I've had in recent memory."

Cons: "Tough to have a long-haul flight without functioning seat-back entertainment. Mine never worked. Asked three times about it - three times the system was "rebooted" - to no avail. I told each subsequent flight attendant that it had already been reset - they just "tried" it again. Very frustrating over the course of several hours. No one ever checked to see whether their re-set actually worked. Also, not sure why the window seats now have an arm rest on the window side of the seat - seriously interferes with passenger comfort when trying to sleep."

Premium Economy seats were hard and uncomfortable, meals were below par and the entertainment system sound was shot. I tried three seats and each were unintelligible. Crew was less than stellar."

Cons: "Air canada canceled the direct flight from Calgary to LA as I booked. The replaced flight is indirect one via veccover. I end up needed get up in dark driving from lake Louise to Calgary to catch the flight and got home after 13 hours in total. The reason of the calculation was no enough customer and there was no compensation being offered."

Cons: "Aircanada's method of multi zone boarding is a mess. Everyone queues up and blocks whatever zones actually can get on. The seat next to the exit door was freezing. The food was horrible. I understand airplane food is bad but this is some of the worst I have had. Our flight our was fine. There was no inflight entertainment for an 8+ hour flight - you had to rent iPads which is crazy these days. We were late to takeoff due to airport traffic which isn't the airlines fault but then because the customs baggage scanning system went down at Montreal my husband missed his connection - was eventually put on my flight after two trips to ticketing and three calls to aircanada but his bag never arrived in Chicago. We are still waiting for it."

Also, please stop serving those hot pockets as a snack and please stop charging for potato chips and snacks unless you plan to serve a substantial meal! A 400 calorie meal is not going to keep anyone satisfied for 10 hours!"

We remained on the plane while mechanic/engineering staff rectified the problem. We booked a flight to save time on driving. We would have arrived earlier had we drove. I understand things happen, but the airline eneds to take responsibility and show some good customer service. Aside from the pilot, no apology given, no reimbursement offered. Disappinting. Air Canada is now a last-resort option for a frequent flyer like myself."

My bag was not delivered to me until 1 am the following day."

The flights themselves were alright, but I want to use every opportunity I have to complain about the booking and customer service process."

Pros: "Toronto->Shanghai Good In general it was a good flight considering how long (14 hours) it was. The new entertainment system has a lot of features and movies. It also has chat to other passengers which is useful when travelling with a group sitting in different areas."
Cons: "Bad Long flight but that is the way it is. The fight map froze on my entertainment system about 1/2 through the flight so the map was useless after that. One side of my earphones also went dead. My wife wanted something better then hot noodles in a cup for the middle meal."
