There were people entering from both the front and the back, meaning people were stuck trying to get past each other in the tight aisle. It was difficult to find space in the overhead compartments for carryon luggage due to people bringing too much stuff - the crew should have stepped in and helped. The food was a bad chicken sandwich with condiments that I could not eat."

I had to stay in the Frankfurt airport for a FULL EXTRA DAY, and every time I tried to get a new ticket, or ask anyone for help, I was given the run around. No one was helpful. I talked to about a dozen Lufthansa employees that day and only one was helpful at all. It was a hellish nightmare. Before my last flight, I was furious with how I had been treated all day and a horrible Lufthansa woman yelled at me for being upset about the situation. Then, when after much hassle I finally got to my destination, I was told my baggage was lost. That was on thursday and I still have not gotten it. i am never flying lufhansa again. This was the worst trip of my entire life."

British airway crew were rude and unhelpful. I will not be flying with them again."

As a vegetarian we tried to take off the chicken salad part and just eat the rest but that didn't leave much. Vegetarian options for all meals would have been nice."

I took pictures of myself at the British Airways counter. I called customer service. They told me my contract was with webjet.com. Webjet.com told me British Airways initially reported that it was a no show. (I was at the counter for about 2 hours, and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com). I hope that my contract with webjet.com does not become frustrated because of British Airways interference. I was not even allowed to change my flight to come back at the end of September. It is very likely that British Airways has some part of the money paid to webjet.com. I am still waiting for British Airways to cooperate. I don't understand why webjet.com had to tell me British Airways initially reported my long wait and conversations with their agents for 2 hours as a no show. I can prove I was there and that I talked to their agents. I also have the email from webjet.com in which they told me British Airways was reporting it to the webjet.com as a no show (and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com)"

Cons: "Four hours before departure, the flight was canceled! Unfortunately, the ticket workers were too few in trying to reboot all the passengers. I was transferred to United after an hour and a half wait but was sent back to Aer Lingus (who was operating the flight for BA) by United because the Aer Lingus ticket personnel made the reservation on United but failed to provide the information necessary to generate the ticket. Never British Airways/ Aer Lingus again!"

Their complete lack of cooperation was stunning and quite offensive. A different tune was played by the airport staff for international connections who helped us expeditiously and kindly to be rerouted on an United Airlines flight."

Cons: "Boarding process atrocious! First a gate change from A to C gates, requiring a train to transit. Then, after walking down a jetway, we were sent through an emergency exit, down two flights of stairs and herded onto buses, and I mean herded. We (including elderly and moms with infants) alongwith our carry-ons were harshly ordered to squeeze together on a bus until there was literally no room to move. A lengthy bus ride with very disgruntled passengers to plane was followed by another set of stairs up to the cabin door. Finally, our departure was delayed 30 minutes while the bags of 2 passengers who got lost in the airport (probably on a bus or train) were retrieved. Not sure whether the fault lies with Heathrow or British Airways, but the experience was bad enough to avoid both in future."

They gave us just one hour to connect and you absolutely can not get from one terminal to the other - a long distance apart even by bus - and then go through security yet again, in just one hour. Then, as everyone is in the same boat, you wait in line for a couple of hours to be re-booked. Terrible! It all turned into a fiasco - 11 hours of travel, turning into 24. Awful. We will NEVER USE HETHROW AIRPORT AS A CONNECTING POINT AGAIN - EVER!!!!!!!!!"

BUT THERE WEREN'T. Everyone's phones/ipads died a few hours into the flight and therefore had to stare at the wall for HOURS. I even brought my laptop to get some work done, but without a plugin to keep it charged, it died. In this day and age, for an overseas flight that is 10 hours long, to be this old old without updated features and without plugins, this is unacceptable. Flat out ridiculous. This plane was SO OLD and dingy. Just awful."

Cons: "I opted to pay an additional $398 for seats just behind the bulkhead - that is, no seats directly in front of me - so that I could have extra legroom. The legroom was fine, as expected, but passengers were allowed to use that space as a corridor, keeping my wife and me awake all night. We were constantly being expected to move our legs as people passed by. I want my $398 back!"

Are you working with American Airlines to improve their customer service? Surely, because you offer their flights in your site you support their practices. I just wanted a comfortable and reliable flight for my family. It's been very frustrating so far..."

The yogurt and granola was ok but not everyone has a yen for either of them. The dried apple and berries were too sweet. All in all we found this meal to be unsatisfsctory. The staff had only the most necessary contact with us which was to serve and remove trays and garbage."

Flight attendants were sloppy and never brought me anything I asked. I asked for lactose free meal and my breakfast was a yogurt... Not worth the price I paid for this flight... stay away!!"

We also had to return to the gate due to a technical issue and ended up leaving almost two hours late, which defeated the purpose of picking this flight over the rest as it was the one that was supposed to land in Milan the earliest. I will be careful next time I pick a flight to check what kind of airplane they're using. My assumption that international flights have the best airplanes seems to be wrong :(."

I had a super pleasant experience with Air Canada prior to this trip so it made me so sad. On the other hand, crew were fantastic. We missed our connecting flight but they took care of us so I was happy in that sense."

A bit of coordination and desire to help would have gone a long way in helping navigate access through a long and less than walker-friendly set of terminals."

Cons: "Overall, this flight service from Montreal for Los Angeles (6 hrs flight) service was worse than the interconnection flight I have experienced in Europe (2 hrs flight). There is no snack provided on this journey and you have to pay for everything (snacks and even the headphones). On the European flights, the snack was provided multiple times for short duration of the flight."

Cons: "Instructions on Air Canada's website when you Google "how early should you get to the airport flying Canada to USA" say you should get there 3 hours ahead of time. For a 6:40 flight I got to the airport at 3:40, as instructed, and checkin wasn't even open. Per Air Canada's website "You should arrive at the airport three (3) hours before your flight's scheduled departure time. Pre-board security screening for departures to the U.S. opens at 3:00 AM. Exception: 20 minutes for flights departing from Toronto City Airport (YTZ)." Check in staff told me I should have gotten there 2 hours ahead. This is very conflicting. Considering I was heading to a 10 hour trade show, believe me that hour of sleep I lost between 2:30 when I had to get up for this flight and 3:30 when I could have gotten up sure was missed. Correct and consistent instructions to passengers go a long way."

Pros: "The plane itself was fairly comfortable, and every seat had its own TV/movie screen, which was nice."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed six hours and fifteen minutes, and the entire six hours and fifteen minutes was filled with poor communication. No one could tell us what was going on. There was rarely even an Air Canada representative at our gate's desk area. We were given nothing to remotely compensate for our very long delay aside from a few thanks and a puny bag of pretzels."

We waited 2 hours for luggage when our bags never came we checked lost and found and it turns out that our luggage was still in Toronto. Seriously Air Canada? Our luggage hasn't even left Toronto yet? So much for not being able to catch or last flight because our bags were not with us. We finally get our luggage a day later on the exact same flight we would have taken the day before, had Air Canada not screwed everything up."

Obviously it must have been something they just found, but in the big picture of things. You have to pay an way to much for a flight as it is. They should have to solve their own issues to honor their part of the contract. We (as customers) can't cancel a flight with out penalties. Why shouldn't they have to do the same?"

The wheel was broke off and all the pockets had been unzipped and it appeared they had been rummaged through. I had to drag my bag through the terminal. I myself am in customer service and would never treat my customers the way I was treated by the employees representing your Airline. I would go above and beyond to make the sure that the customers experience was a great one in spite of the unfotunate incident so they would return. In a customer based business it is so disheartening that the very person you may have to depend on to survive is not vested in the clientele that keeps her company in business, thereby insuring future paychecks. I'd like to communicate here that it wasn't all the attendants on either flight, but enough that it was obvious to anyone who paid even casual attention. I was flying home to California, so there were two additional flights a few days before the flights home. I never had any of the same flight attendants on any of the flight. As far as my observation of the attendants, as stated above, I think that speaks volumes. I will cite an example that happened on my trip from Iowa to Denver. I need wheelchair assistance, I walk with a cane, but not able to walk any distance. I pack a light carry-on, bring my purse, jacket and cane. I was being wheeled up the passageway in a regular wheelchair, and the man pushing me stated to the on-coming crew he "would be right back to get my suitcase, couldn't take both at the same time", and added " unless one of you could roll it up?". After an embarrassing pause, a female flight attendant said "Let the flight attendant do it. Add this to the list of responsibilities that aren't really my job." I actually twisted around to look at this person, I was so stunned to hear that! She grabbed my rolling carry-on handle and the look spoke columns. I was embarrased. Thank you. Debra K. Forsythe"
