Cons: "Had to pay extra for seat assignment. Very tight seating; almost demands paying extra for "comfort seats." Crew moved my carry-on bag; should have told me or helped me find it when deplaning. No beverage service due to turbulence (understandable -- not their fault). Flight was delayed."

Cons: "... on top of that I kindly requested to speak with a supervisor and i was denied it. As a customer I deserved that. I would a ticket with Aerolineas and nowhere it said it was delta. I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. I took a bicycle which is free and i pay $100 to packed it as Aerolineas wanted. When I arrived it was a Delta flight and they told they don't allow bicycles and that i had to play $150. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it. He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information."

Cons: "I bought a ticket thinking i bought it through kayak but I actually bought a ticket through a third party in India. Where no one spoke good English. I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country."

Cons: "How the toilet didn't work, but it's okay because I think we could all hold it for an hour ;)"

Pros: "The plane had more leg room and felt less confined because of higher ceilings."
Cons: "The 2 bathrooms in the rear are VERY narrow. I'm average size and barely fit. Also, the waiting area in terminal 3 at LAX is very crowded and noisy and the options for charging portable devices is minimal. I will definitely avoid Delta if I have to go through LAX."

Cons: "Small overhead bins. No entertainment facilities on the seats. Although I wasn't expecting a movie for an hour-and-a-half flight, at least the airplane should have amenities to provide music so that passengers bringing their own headphones can listen to some music."

Cons: "We almost missed the flight sitting right in front of the gate. No announcements could be heard in the gate area and when we asked, they said they were already removing our luggage, Very odd. Food was terrible! Choices were pasta and cold chicken salad. I had the pasta, which was bland ravioli in two bland sauces. I was surprised, because I had experienced better food on recent international flights."

Pros: "The plane was on time, the crew was friendly, no delays, landing was fine. In fact we actually made it a little before the time that we were scheduled. Since the flight was so short, I did not have any food."

Cons: "I never got to Cabo. It took 2 hours for Delta to de-ice the plane in Milwaukee. Because of the long delay we missed the flight to Cabo. We asked Delta to book us on another flight to get us to Cabo today, Delta reps said nothing was available. Delta gave us a discounted coupon for a hotel in Atlanta and rebooked us on a flight to Cabo tomorrow."

Cons: "Was looking forward to completing some work but the wifi never came on."

Cons: "To be clear, I do not have an issue with overweight people. That being said, I was put in an extremely uncomforatable position on this flight. My seatmate was a woman who easily weighed 400 pounds without the slightest exageration and was 5'7 at best. She carried all of her weight in her midsection and behind, which was truly uncomforatable for us both. As she attempted to squeeze into the aisle seat it became apparent that with the armrest down it was not going to happen. She raised the armrest and finally maneuvered into her seat and part of mine also. Not only was her bottom in my seat but her stomach was resting on my entire right leg. It felt like a toddler was sitting on my lap. This was beyond uncomfortable and embarrassing for us both as it was clear that she knew how intrusive this was and kept apologizing. My leg went to sleep after about 15 minutes so I asked to be let out. I approached the flight attendent and requested that my seat be changed to which she responded that the flight was full. I know it wasn't because I could see an empty seat about four rows in front of me. Finally I sat back down but every 15 minutes or so she would get uncomforatable and get up to stretch. The first time it was a welcomed break, until she came back and flopped in her seat with so much force that it felt like someone had ran and jumped in my lap. This occurred 4 or 5 times during the flight. I am not sure what the policy is for obese passengers, but it should be relooked. As a passenger I should not be put in a position to address another passengers weight. I also should not have to pay for a seat and only get to use 2/3 of it. Lastly, no one should ever be allowed to put their body parts on top of another persons lap and that be considered ok."

Cons: "GpldMedallion holder, first SkyPriority people to board, sitting in Delta Comfort and still could not get overhead bin space by my seat."

Cons: "I purchased my tickets about 5 weeks before my trip and got to the airport 2 hrs prior. I recieved no seat assignment, just a boarding pass that said request seat. So I requested a seat. Then the people were rude and told me to come back, so I did about 45 min later and asked again, they were rude again and said come back later. The third time I got s seat assigned but again, they were very rude. Won't fly delta again."

Cons: "No entertainment - just a long boring flight. Should have some sort of entertainment for the longer flights."

Pros: "We had 35 minutes from landing in MSP to takeoff for BOS. We came in on gate C20 and our departure was for C5. The gate person could not confirm the gate so we hailed a vehicle to take us. The driver added 2 more to our cart which slow us down appreciably. We got to the gate and they hadn't started boarding. My wife went to the Ladies Room and I walked over to the desk. The boarding flight was going to LA!! Our flight was going out C11! I had to ask a woman to go into the restroom and yell for my wife to get moving! We made it but I don't know how. Typical Delta!!!!"

Pros: "It's hard for me to write this review as the first 4.5 hour leg was incredible. Staff was very friendly and did a great job. Otherwise, the equipment was old and dated. Good thing it's only an hour-ish flight."

Cons: "New seating was terrible. The seats are so jammed together that my knees were pushed up into the seat in front. How can anyone be comfortable with this kind of seating arrangements?"
