Cons: "The plane was older and not as nice as the one from ROA to ATL. That said it was still better than the puddle jumper jets used by United and US Air."
Cons: "The check-in process was abysmal. The crew gave poor guidance delaying my ability to check in my bag, then refused to check it. They then told me to cancel my skymiles flight and purchase a new ticket. I was able to check my bag at the gate. Show up 2 hours before to account for their incompetenc"

Pros: "The flight left on time and landed 15 mins early. Staff was nice and attentive."
Cons: "The organization for boarding in zones."
Cons: "Took 20 min on the run way before deplaning at the gate. Luggage took 15 minutes to come. No entertainment."
Pros: "Uneventful and on time"
Cons: "My daughter was booked on this itinerary and was finishing her last leg of journey. Complete ticket was booked thru Delta Airlines. Her flight from Amsterdam to New York today operated by KLM, was delayed by few minutes. And Delta flight from JFK to Cleveland DL4084 was preponed by airlines. Result was my daughter was not allowed to board the aircraft. Worst was yet to come. Your staff at the gate offered her a flight to Cleveland for next day at 3:30 pm??? Means around 24 hours later. Is this how you behave with a girl of 19 years, asking her to stay at the airport. She was refused Hotel and Lounge stay by your team!!! Is this what you call customer services??? Obscene services is what I would like to term it as!!! My daughter asked them to give this is writing, which was refused to her. Why are your people scared to put it in writing if everything that you are doing is right by the Law??? I was left with no other option but to book her on American Airlines flight today departing at 9 pm to ensure that little girl doesn’t have to spend close to 24 hours at airport by paying $423. Who is going to bear the loss of money and mental torture that your team has given to me and my daughter???? I shall be awaiting your response as to what do you have to say to this pathetic attitude of your team. Rajesh Mendiratta Sent from my iPhone Rajesh"
Pros: "On time departure/arrival despite weather in Atlanta. Always a fan of free messaging and choice of snacks."
Cons: "Delta needs to invest in their gate area at ORD. Understand it’s not a hub but it’s a key business/leisure destination. The MD-80s are ok for a short hop but over 1 hour unless you’re in Comfort+, it’s tight."
Pros: "Boarding was quick and professional. The crew were professional and friendly."
Cons: "No entertainment system. The cabin was cramped and the food/snake was forgettable."
Pros: "No waits, front desk personnel were helpful about baggage accommodations. Clear communications."
Cons: "No issues."
Cons: "The child behind me kicking my seat"
Pros: "Got to destination safely and on time"
Cons: "Rude flight attendant, tight seats"
Pros: "The flight was barely half full so we were able to spread out and I was able to enjoy an exit row seat with no neighbors."
Cons: "The seats are still narrow even in comfort class and I’m 5’11” 175lbs so by no means overweight."
Pros: "We took off, flew and landed without incident. Crew was polite."
Cons: "Even though we booked months ahead, we weren’t provided seat assignments until we got to the gate. We were put in the very last row with less room than normal and no window."
Pros: "Empty seats, room to spread out"
Pros: "1. Great movie selection 2. Healthy food option 3. Craft beer was appreciated 4. Friendly crew"
Cons: "1. Wifi didn't work"
Pros: "The crew was nice and friendly and the plane was half empty."
Cons: "When are the Airlines going to start serving a decent coffee on board? It does not matter Delta is now serving Starbucks. Something they do that messes up the whole thing, probably overheat for too long."
Pros: "see above"
Cons: "See above."
Pros: "Decent selection of in-flight entertainment. (The entertainment unit was sub-par to allow full enjoyment.)"
Cons: "Older plane had undersized, non-responsive touch displays so passenger behind felt like a woodpecker. Also, retrofitted to provide in-seat power with metal box under seat in front of you makes it very uncomfortable for window passengers who don't have space to stow bag under seat in front of them or for their feet. (Uncomfortable on a long flight.)"
Pros: "What I USED to like was the no hassle, no problems getting the tickets right through landing on the tarmac."
Cons: "I had a family emergency and because I had used a mileage ticket (as opposed to a paid ticket) I was told that I needed to give them 72 hours notice. I tried to explain that I had no control over the situation. It fell on deaf ears. I was so upset and frustrated that I could barely speak. My miles are now lost as the entire round trip ticket was cancelled and I have no way to regain all those miles that I wasted. It was the first time Delta did not come through for me and I must say, it's left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I couldn't believe that there isn't some provision (there is if I had paid for my ticket) and have lost all those miles that I use to fly Delta. So much for customer service."
Cons: "Hard to get comfortable even in easy comfort but easy comfort is better than typica arats."
Cons: "Again, not enough leg room. Also, our luggage did not make the connecting flight and we didn't get our bags unit the next morniing - late."
Pros: "Flight attendants were extremely nice to my baby and me. Didn't feel rushed. Nice variety of snacks."
Pros: "Personnel and crew handled the problem in a professional manner doing everything in their power to make the best of a bad situation. Another plane was provided within a reasonable time frame."
Cons: "Four hour delay. Boarded and then being told after 40 minutes that the problem was not fixable."
Cons: "Long delay"
Cons: "paying extra for leg room and checked bags"
Pros: "Everything was great. Staff were friendly and courteous, I only had one problem but even that was solved and I was taken care of."
Cons: "The only thing I didn't like was that wires got crossed and now I don't have my luggage because my check in agent from the start of my journey didn't send it to the right place."
Pros: "Gate agents kept us very informed and provided snacks."
Cons: "2-hour long delay"
Cons: "The WORST experience of my life. My flight was delayed 12 hours overnight due to "weather" and since it was reportedly because of uncontrollable weather delta didn't have to do anything for me so I slept in the JFK airport overnight, they wouldn't even give a $59 pass to their sky miles club for the afternoon. It felt like an easy excuse so they wouldn't have to do anything since there were other airlines still flying out of JFK and to go CLE before my rescheduled flight which makes me believe it wasn't all weather. Since the flight was delayed 12 hours instead of being cancelled they wouldn't let me switch to a different airline either. Then, in the morning when it was rescheduled to it was again delayed because they first couldn't find a captain and then couldn't find a fort mate. We finally took off and arrived in Cleveland only to wait another 30 minutes for a gate and a ground crew that they couldn't find. I will never fly delta again."
Pros: "On Time"
Cons: "Seating in ecomony class is very tight, restricting, and uncomfortable."
Pros: "No compensation"
Pros: "The flight attendants made the safety briefing extremely lively and personal, a wonderful break from the normal tedious process. The rest of the flight was quiet, uneventful, and pleasant in part due to their good nature. I cannot have gluten or soy, and I was brought a complimentary bag of potato chips that were gluten free - the one and only time this has happened! I hope to fly with this crew again someday."
