Wonderful respectful staff for a short flight late at night...lots of considerations all met!

Flight was delayed which led to missed connection, but rebooked on a more direct flight at the last minute and arrived in Juneau on time with all our luggage. Little stressful and our family seating got split, but it all worked out in the end.

1. On time flights. All of our, three separate, flights for three families were late 2. No food on the 5 1/2 hour flight. A substantial snack would have been good. 3. Seat upgrades are expensive 4. No place to move around or stretch on the 5 1/2 hour flight

I was so cold. I am so glad I brought a short sleeve shirt and a long sleeve shirt and a jacket. Also knee high socks and slippers

Food and entertainment aren’t a thing on these regional flights. But it was a smooth flight. Could see gorgeous countryside through the large windows. The earplugs are a nice touch for the prop engines but the hum of the engines did not bother me. Grateful the option exists to easily get from A to B.

Really good except my daughter's tv broke during the flight so she could watch tv

I would've liked to have the seat tablets like before to view movies, with long travels not everyone carries tablets to view movies. And phones are not worth it because screens to small.

Horrible! No blanket or pillow available! We had bulkhead seats but the seats were worn out and no cushion old. No meal or even a sandwich for our 5 hour flight just a little bag of pretzels. Crabby attendant female with long brown hair. We will not book Alaska Airlines again

Terrible check in experience, and they ended up losing our bag.
