Pros: "Flights were delayed due to hydraulics issues, they got it fixed, turned it around quickly in Denver, made up time in the air, and got us in 20m early."
Cons: "Not sure why they add basic economy passengers to middle seats between others when there are open rows in the back. Would seem like they could set up the system to assign people to seats in the aisle/window first and then start putting them in the middle. We all moved before takeoff, but it would make things quicker and easier if they assigned seats in a more logical way."

Pros: "Same, crew was fine but we were held at the gate for a long time with no explanation. Got to Austin much later than expected."

Cons: "All the in-seat USB chargers didn’t work for the whole row throughout the whole flight."

Pros: "After United lost our luggage in Houston we had to file a claim in Auckland which meant we missed our flight to Wellington. Ground crew were super helpful and got us on the next flight 30 mins later. Cabin crew were great and sorted us out with water and snacks before take off as could tell we were desperate after flying in from London via Houston."

Cons: "The flight took off approximately 3.5 hours behind schedule and we boarded the flight and waited inside the aircraft for 2.5 hours...why did they do that? The flight attendants were offering water and trying to be as helpful as they could be.... but we're inside the plane, not going anywhere, so not much extra they can do."

Pros: "The gate agent was helpful getting travelers with an infant seats together since we weren’t given the option to select seats ahead of time. That is my only positive comment about this whole travel experience."
Cons: "Most everything. The food was horrible and service terrible. One flight attendant was especially rude. I will not fly united again if it can be helped. Such a bad experience never again."

Cons: "My flight last week they had us board and then de plane do to plane maintenance after I traveled litterly all day it added an extra hour. Then this flight Washington connection to Detroit from raleigh the pilot never showed up and extra hour went by, we got a new pilots but, then leading to faulty paperwork that took another hour and thirty minutes after boarding the plan to get sorted. When we got that sorted they then proceeded to tell us that the flight atendent had to leave and we had to wait another 20 min for another atendent to arrive before finally making our way to Detroit. Cons: "it was disgusting service. We never got to make it out to Denver. Our flights kept getting canceled even though we didn't buy tickets to be on stand by. Never flying with this company ever again!!!!!"

Cons: "The plane was newer. The cramped seating was exasperating. I'm an average sized female and leg room was non existent as well as seat space and distance between seat. Arm rests skimpy and uncomfotable. It was a miserable trip. The flight attendants were mediocre, one blatantly rude. Service poor."

Cons: "Pilot literally turned on the fasten seat belt sign 30 seconds after she turned it off - claiming non existent turbulence. It was fortunately a short 1.5 hour flight but they clearly just didn't want anyone walking around and using bathrooms. Safety is first - but this was so clearly a thinly veiled excuse to keep everyone in their seats. United crews continue to find ways to provide poor customer service. Passengers are such an inconvenience!"

Cons: "United can't get anywhere on time. It was a beautiful day no weather issues and we were still 30 minutes late. This is the 7 th time this summer there have been issues with united out of Bangor or Portland. I'm going to always take jet blue in the future."

Cons: "Had to make 6 phone calls with an average hold time of 15 min before I even some to anyone each time I called."

Pros: "Once we actually got on the plane and took off everything went well. Crew was very polite."
Cons: "Almost every flight I had got delayed multiple times which caused me to miss connecting flights. Had to do an emergency landing in Santa Barbara because the plane was smoking. Stranded in SB airport for almost 5 hours."

Cons: "I didnt like the fact my flight was delayed all that time and i wasnt compensated for it. Airlines charge customers to change their flight all the time. And if you miss boarding you have to wait and be accomadated accordingly. I would like to be compensated for the time that i had to wait because i booked an earlier flight so i could make it back to my destination for other plans"
