Flight was fine. Only thing was flight was delayed nearly 2 hours. Flight was originally scheduled to depart at 7:50pm but didn't depart until 9:50pm. I got home around midnight. It was later than desired and I had to get up early next day to take kids to practice. I have noticed that last flight of day on West Coast for Southwest always tend to have delays.
Wasn't expecting this, but, we actually ended up getting assigned to the first row of seats!!!!! The extra legroom came in handy
Trash experience on all my flights this week. Delay after delay. The flight I’m waiting for has been delayed 6 times and nearly 3 hours.
Southwest has been a nightmare. Delayed flights, missed connections, systems down. Never again am I flying southwest.
had to check bag at gate when there was still overhead bin space. As usual the WIFI didn't really work.
Terrible delay today. also, waited 90 minutes for baggage to unload in Seattle earlier in the week.
Like new plane. Great crew. Comfortable. Clean. On time. Happy employees. Good organization and control of passengers.
Flights delays were communicated timely and helpfully, but there was a significant delay without any real effort to make up for that. Also, the in-flight WiFi was very spotty. That said, this was my first time with Southwest and I was quite happy with the service and staff otherwise.

Flight was way over-booked and the turn over too fast from the last flight to the next. We had delays both ways due to storms -- not our trip but the one the plane had taken before us. Just seemed like poor time management. Shouldn't there be a slight buffer built into the schedule? And every seat was full to the detriment of loading.
Delayed 2-3 hours. We boarded one plane, then had to deplane, and board another. Got to Houston 2 hours after the scheduled time at 2 am CST.
The best airline!!! Their customer service is beyond wonderful, especially over the phone.
I paid for the $8 WiFi for the flight and it never worked. The crew told me it goes in and out and to keep trying. I didn’t get to watch the show I had planned to watch, bummer that I paid for the service. The person next to me said she has never been successful with in flight WiFi.

It was very frustrating that the people that got in th plane before I did had all taken the storage area above my seat so I had to go all the way town to store my luggage. My seat was 7c and I had to go all the way to 16 to find a place for my carry on. How is that even allowed! The worst part was trying to get my luggage when we landed.. such a headache and so unnecessary. If I’m in row 7c I should be able to store my carry on above where I’m sitting. It’s ridiculous that o need to go all the way down and struggle at the end of the flight to get my carry on.
Liberia airport was a disaster -- as we were pretty close, they shut the runway and we were diverted. San Jose wouldn't accept us so we had to go all the way to San Salvador and refuel and wait. Crew itself communicated as best they could.
Just another flight. No food, no entertainment. Left/arrived on time.
The FA's were fabulous, attentive, cheery, take pride in their vocation. The check in process was fast, orderly, etc save weight adjusted seat changes which respected aisle, window preference. The plane seemed new, clean. No free included food, fee based food options were average, free beverage. Could not get the entertainment App to work on my device. It seems other passengers were having the same issue. All in all a pleasant, efficient, restful flight made memorable by a keen, efficient, professional and very nice group of flight attendants.
I’m surprised that there was no screens for an almost 6 hour flight! Alaska needs to step up in this department.
Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes, with no indication as to why
I didn't really interact with any of the crew since we had a bumpy ride and no refreshments were distributed.
It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
My flight experience was generally good, but the boarding process was stressful. I was pulled out of line at the gate during the photo ID check, and after being cleared, I was never given an explanation for the delay despite asking for clarification. This lack of communication was the only downside to an otherwise smooth trip.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight
Easiest airport experience ever in my life at MSP with Delta check-in and flight attendant gave us a bottle of champagne in celebration of our 10-year wedding anniversary, so overall amazing!

Delta planes have the WORST seat comfort of any plane in history. It's the opposite of ergonomic, in every sense. They also recline minimally, are covered in a vinyl and have no feet rests. Then the disembarking process is chaotic and time consuming (because of the way they load the plane and deal with luggage). Overall, somewhat frustrating but we arrived safely :)

Flight was over two hours late, but they notified us early in the morning. They ended up changing planes the food on board that was extremely mediocre and we were in premier class.
Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour
I enjoyed it, again I believe air Canada has better seating options and better drink options
The international portion was good. Food and beverage options were good. The sustainable wooden eatery was less than desirable. Your Star Alliance partner ANA provided real silverware. I'm 6'3" & 198 lbs and felt cramped in the exit row. How can that be? Flight attendant all had a pleasant disposition which is always good.
Overall flight was ok. Flight attendant was receptive to assisting passengers with tight connections.
This was the first flight in the morning. We boarded fine. The cabin door was closed and we were ready to go. We were notified by the Captain that ATC issued and ground stop for 40 minutes. So, without even pushing back from the gate, we were already 40 minutes late. We actually were released to push-back and taxi at 30 minutes. But, some passengers had tight connections and were not going to make their connections. Some passengers asked about the delay and the effect on the connections and were told by the cabin attendant that all flights will be delayed and so they should be OK. However, that was not true. My connecting flight was on time and I arrived at IAH with 21 minutes to make my connection. I did and I'm happy about that, but the flight crew should not have given assurances to the passengers who might have missed their connections.
My experience on this United Airlines flight was highly uncomfortable, primarily due to two issues: Cabin Temperature: The temperature on the Boeing 737 MAX 8 was unacceptably high, feeling consistently around 80 degrees throughout the flight. This made sleeping impossible and significantly detracted from the experience. Seating Arrangement: Being stuck in a middle seat for a six-and-a-half-hour overnight flight compounded the discomfort. Moving forward, I will always purchase a seat assignment to avoid this situation.
The flight was short and that was the best part. The flight was about 90 minutes delayed.
I had very little time to change planes originally in Denver after my flight from Omaha. I had an hour and a half layover in Denver originally and my flight leaving Omaha was delayed an hour because they had to change a tire, which I can understand. When I reached Denver my other flight was late, fortunately, but I still had only 10 minutes to run about a mile through the airport to get to my flight. Again, fortunately, I am a healthy 71-year-old and was able to accomplish this feat. However, the stress was more than necessary to bear.
