Cons: "My seat was dirty. Gun like material on the seat. I had to put a blanket on my seat. Cold in the back rows. Later, it was adjusted. If you asked for a second travel size bag of Pretzel, I had to wait until they completed the distribution for all travellers. Give me some. Real. Have we gotten that"

Cons: "British Airways lost my ski bag. I had plenty of time with connections and feel there was no excuse. I had to wait in line over 30 minutes to report, thus missing my train. I'm 4 hours behind in travel and who knows when my ski bag will show up. I am very upset."

Cons: "One of the worst experience I’ve had, if not the worst. Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."

Pros: "Friendly and helpful cabin crew, even on this short flight. I liked the fact that the Captain stood outside the flight deck to say goodbye to the passengers. A nice touch."

Pros: "I enjoyed all of the amenities provided on this flight, the service and food was great and I got to enjoy 3 new movies I'd been meaning to see."

Cons: "This was a two leg flight. The British Airways leg between Athens and London was one of the worst flight I have had in the past few years. I will never fly BA in within Europe again! Passengers are required to pay for a glass of water The flight reminded me of attending a professional sporting event. The flight crew is turned into food, beverage, and merchandise vendors. London Heathrow Airport is one of the worst international airports in Europe."

Cons: "I thought the food lacked imagination, was skimpy and too hot. I burned my mouth several times. I really do not like having to pay for a booked seat. I have special needs at my age and so booking early is how I typically make sure I can access the bathrooms easily without climbing over sleeping passengers. I picked flight for the price, but in the end I should have stuck with Delta, KLM and Air France and got the extra miles as with seat bookings and only one bag allowance, what I ended up paying did not make it worth it. Oh well, live and learn. Seats were tight, anyone bigger than me would have really struggled."

Our flight in the way home was cancelled due to bad weather and although we had to queue for some time all the information we needed about what to do about food, hotels, travel, etc was given to us along with a new flight the next day with seats together. First time I've had a flight cancelled and was impressed with the service I received (now got to try and claim our expenses back so fingers crossed that goes ok)."

Cons: "I paid for the exit row and did not get it. Originally I paid for 10B and 10C which were on the exit row on the seating chart. They then cancelled my seats so I had to go back online and pick again. They wanted to charge me again so I called BA and got seats 10D and 10E which were also supposed to be exit row seats. They even asked me if my wife and I were physically able to follow flight crew instructions for the exit row. When we boarded we found out 10D and 10E were now the row in front of the exit row which did not recline. After being packed like sardines on the flight from Philly to London I was looking forward to some legroom. It could not have been any worse."

Cons: "There was no in flight entertainment, not even a water service after I boarded. They offered a meal purchase but since it was a short flight a meal wasn't necessary. At least a free drink of water should have been offered to the passengers"

Cons: "When I got to London British airways refused to board the plane that was originally scheduled to leave for Warsaw because there were not enough passengers. That happened twice. I was at the airport for over 12hrs and the airline didn't offer an explanation at all or even a food voucher. It was tortourous"

Pros: "I thought the flight over was very good but we missed our return flight because we were not informed of gates closing a hour before take off and had to pay for another return ticket. I thought the airline should have given us a little break on the cost."

Cons: "British Airways misplaced our luggage for three days, and would give us no further information than "it will arrive soon." So, we were stuck near the local address we had provided in case they called for 2 full days. They refused to give us a more precise time as to when they would be delivered. Well, at one point they did say that they would be delivered at noon, but they weren't. Throughout the entire time waiting for the luggage to be delivered, there was no sense of urgency or concern on the part of British Airways. It seems missing luggage is just Business as Usual at British Airways."

Cons: "The plane takeoff time was delayed by almost two hours. When we got to Oakland, waiting for the luggage took an exceptionally long time. Don't understand why we couldn't sit in the waiting room until a "certain time" before getting on the plane, we had to wait outside in a hall with no seats. The room was not being used by anyone else."

Cons: "The seats on the first flight were incredibly uncomfortable. There was no leg room, the aisles were incredibly narrow, and the seats were so close together that my neighbor and I bumped arms throughout the flight, and neither of us are large people. That was our first flight on BA and unfortunately it will probably be our last."

BA clearly at fault. BA Reservations agent suggested to enter a complaint"

Cons: "I was not let onto the flight as my passport was expiring in less than 3 months and the EU has restrictions against this. My disappointment stems from the fact that I was not given any warning that this was a concern before I arrived at the airport. So, I was unable to use the ticket and have been subsequently told that I cannot be refunded for any part of the ticket. As a consequence, I will not be using Finnair again at any point in the future."

Then we got to go and she looked at my bag and said it won't fit. She told a us to put it I the box, it fit. She was not happy. The case has been a carry on for five flights prior to this flight."

The whole side of our aircraft the televisions repeatedly showed two Disney channel sitcoms over and over again for ten hours. Pros: "It was a really good flight. They lowered the lights. The plane had these neat blinds for the windows that were shading the glass than an actual device so you could obtain the perfect level of light."
Cons: "Only thing that would be better was a bit more leg room. My knee was hurt the day before on a hike and it kept bumping into the seat ahead of me. I'm only 5' 4" so I can't imagine how someone tall would feel."

Cons: "the poor Air Canada Rouge employee boarding the passengers from the gate was alone but it was hard to see her working so hard. There should have been 2 employees there as it was very busy and many had to wait. I had wheelchair assistance and was left at the wrong exit for my shuttle and had to walk quite a distance, which took me a very long time, and therefore added over an hour to my travel home."

Cons: "Flight took too long - missed my connection. Also a flight attendant wouldn’t let me use my Bluetooth headphones - she wouldn’t even let me use them while turned off as noise dampeners."

Cons: "Checking in and luggage drop off was chaos. One useless staff person failed to tell people where to line up to drop bags off until the end. She just stood there and if you asked a question she gave you the wrong answer. In Newerk we had to wait 2 hours for our bags. The man st the AC office had no idea why the bags were not coming and could not get someone to tell him and emotionally dithered and then fell apart. I will avoid travelling on AC again if I can. Worst flight ever. They did not have enough food on board either. At least the pilots were competent."

The noise woke me up over and over. I finally asked him what he was getting and he told me it was his lunch! Irritating."

Long, long long lines of people waiting without reasons given, getting lost because signage is poor, unable to understand the English of the employees, weeping exhausted children and innumerable check points for showing documents. GET ORGANIZED, Canada!"

My bag was delivered later then the promised time, it was also returned damaged. It is now almost one week since I have taken my flight and I am unable to process a claim because they have not updated my file via their Bag Tracer program. It is clear that they still have a lot of work to do to be considered a real commercial air line company"

We sat in seats that cannot recline - for the whole flight from Barcelona to Toronto. Cabin crew did not keep the cabin clean. Although we flew Air Canada from Barcelona to Toronto and have not left the inside of the airport, we had to go through customs again and almost missed our flight to Atlanta due to that. Airport officials were rude; some of the crew members treated us with disrespect and not approachable. It is the worst international flight ever - even worse than some third world carriers that I used before."

Cons: "I booked a flight for 8pm on Friday 7/29. Night of 7/28, I found out my plans changed and wanted to try and find an earlier flight. I called the help line and waited on hold for 1hour and 45min. The man I spoke with was able to move my flight to 12:50p for $200 change flight fee and $207 ticket difference. I arrive at the airport for this flight only to learn that the man last night moved my flight to the next day, Saturday 7/30. After over an hour of waiting and pleading, the check in attendant was able to get me back on my original flight and return the monies I paid for the seat change. However I had to wait at the airport for 8 hours until my flight, after wasting 2 hours on the phone and another hour at the check-in desk... 11hours total. THEN, they cancelled my 1:30pm return flight and could only get me on an 8pm flight, so another 8 hrs of waiting around. Customer service was terrible throughout. Will never fly this airline again"

Two of the last 3 flights you lost my luggage and both times I was told I would have it late in the day or early evening. 3 weeks ago I received it 36 hours later and yesterday I got it the next morning. 3 weeks ago the overhead lights did not work in almost the entire plan. Yesterday, my movie kept cutting out and the guy next to me and a few others too. I got so frustrated that I shut it off."
