Luggage handling and communication is extremely poor. I landed in india 15th and recived luggage today. Based on my itag the luggage was in Germany. They kept me in dark. Etihad num er in india was non operatuonal. Had to call USA etihad. It should not be so difficullt. I came for 1 week business trip everything was screwed . This is the first and also will be last for me

There was no service on the flight even though there was no turbulence or any other issues on the flight. Nobody greeted at the entry or leaving the airplane, staff crew looked annoyed and not helpful at all.

mechanical problem delayed more than 2 hours on the run way.

I paid extra for a seat up front and at last minute was moved to the 2nd to last row - which I could have had for free. No reason and no refund. Really great customer service American

You guys broke my bag so not good, and that was the cherry on top after a 4 hour delay, change of gates, etc.

The first flight was delayed by an hour and a half, so we missed the second flight. They rebooked us on the later flight and I have to sit in the middle for more than 5 hours. Terrible experience. No more American Airlines.

It was a 3 hour flight from Dallas to Missoula. The aircraft did not have power plugs, internet or in-flight entertainment. When boarding, one flight attendant was "somewhere in the airport" so delayed the boarding process (not coming from another flight) although we did take off on time and landed early. In flight there was little to no service - we got the standard beverage but no real connection with the crew which feels unusual for a 3 hour flight. A passenger needed help stowing her bag and got no assistance, and actually some passive aggressive comments from the flight attendants about "she needs to remove the extender" and "she'll have to find a place for it". I have seen others be helpful and put a bag in the closet, or support assistance as the boarding door was already closed. Just not a great experience considering the cost of my round trip ticket {$1000}.

You were more on time than United. I'm so over united delays.

American Airlines gets worse every time I fly them. This is the 3rd time they lost my bags in a year. I also think their employees do not care when I communicate that I’m unsatisfied with the airlines. I’m a credit card holder, fly first class, and an advantage member but I think that I’m finally going to make the switch to Delta.
