On-time, direct flight is great. Having one bathroom out of order was unfortunate.

I sat in seat 22D near the back right of the plane. My phone battery was getting low, so I plugged my charger into the power outlets below the seats in front of me. They did not work. When I asked the flight attendant whether this was the case for the whole plane he said, "No. It's only this one. It hasn't worked for months". This should be noted to whomever services this plane so that maintenance can fix this for future passengers. I was on Flight AA5614 from Grand Rapids to Philadelphia on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

The crew was wonderful, the plane was fine. We left the gate on time, but we had to wait 40 minutes on the tarmac because of all the congestion at Boston.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a flight with American that has been without problems. Mostly delays - this time for over 3 hours. They should have just brought another plane into the terminal but they just had everyone sitting around misterable all day. They turned a 3 hour flight into a 12 hour trip for me (including the “planned” layover). It was ridiculous.

The flight from American side was good, my main issue this was a part of a partner flight with gol, preventing me to use digital boarding passes and doing checking previous of the arrival to the airport.

Id like for them to not have lost my bag. And maybe be a little nicer to me, given the fact they lost my bag.

It was a 3 hour flight from Dallas to Missoula. The aircraft did not have power plugs, internet or in-flight entertainment. When boarding, one flight attendant was "somewhere in the airport" so delayed the boarding process (not coming from another flight) although we did take off on time and landed early. In flight there was little to no service - we got the standard beverage but no real connection with the crew which feels unusual for a 3 hour flight. A passenger needed help stowing her bag and got no assistance, and actually some passive aggressive comments from the flight attendants about "she needs to remove the extender" and "she'll have to find a place for it". I have seen others be helpful and put a bag in the closet, or support assistance as the boarding door was already closed. Just not a great experience considering the cost of my round trip ticket {$1000}.

You were more on time than United. I'm so over united delays.

American Airlines gets worse every time I fly them. This is the 3rd time they lost my bags in a year. I also think their employees do not care when I communicate that I’m unsatisfied with the airlines. I’m a credit card holder, fly first class, and an advantage member but I think that I’m finally going to make the switch to Delta.
