The now boarding notification was not updated in the app until I was actually on the plan. This si a massive fail considering my flight was delayed several times. These types of failures add stress that could be avoided since I no longer feel comfortable leaving the boarding area to get food or visit a lounge. Had I used the notification from the app, I would have missed my flight. The secondly, the process of connecting to wifi on aa flights is clunky and could be streamlined better. the copy and past process feels like MVP, and you are well beyond that stage.

I injured myself during my trip. The staff of American Airlines were very compassionate and empathic. They took additional steps to make my experience easier. Thank you!!

AC wasn't working properly and the WiFi was also not working properly for stretches.

Flight was fine. Just delays leaving due to mechanical issues. But flight crew were kind and professional. Seats were spacious. American doesn't need to have 9 groups for boarding.

Both flights were late leaving due to repairs/switching gates. The crew and pilots, however, were professional and courteous. Most importantly, we arrived at our destination safely. The seats were comforable. That size should be standard for all economy class. American could improve its boarding process. I am not sure why you need 9 groups for a small regional plane.

There was no ground crew at HSV gate when we arrived. The were busy with another arrival. We had to wait 20 mins for them to arrive and direct the plane to the gate. It took almost 45 mins to get my luggage. The luggage belt had 3 flights bags on it and the other 2 luggage belts were not being used. It looked like there was only 1 crew serving .3 arriving flights.

It took 1.5 hours for maintenance to sign off on a repair that was completed the night before. When we landed in DC we had to wait 20 mins for a gate. As a result I missed my connection. American seems to be reducing the number of ground ground crew and causing delays. This us not the first time.

It was a 3 hour flight from Dallas to Missoula. The aircraft did not have power plugs, internet or in-flight entertainment. When boarding, one flight attendant was "somewhere in the airport" so delayed the boarding process (not coming from another flight) although we did take off on time and landed early. In flight there was little to no service - we got the standard beverage but no real connection with the crew which feels unusual for a 3 hour flight. A passenger needed help stowing her bag and got no assistance, and actually some passive aggressive comments from the flight attendants about "she needs to remove the extender" and "she'll have to find a place for it". I have seen others be helpful and put a bag in the closet, or support assistance as the boarding door was already closed. Just not a great experience considering the cost of my round trip ticket {$1000}.

You were more on time than United. I'm so over united delays.

American Airlines gets worse every time I fly them. This is the 3rd time they lost my bags in a year. I also think their employees do not care when I communicate that I’m unsatisfied with the airlines. I’m a credit card holder, fly first class, and an advantage member but I think that I’m finally going to make the switch to Delta.
