Pros: The planes are made for humans not for monkeys as in some other airlines. Leg space was way better.

Cons: I wish you could make your ticketing categories simpler. It is too complicated and cumbersome. May be you have a new category of over 75 olds.

Cons: 50 minute wait for a gate to deplane. How could there not be a gate at 10:30 pm? It’s not like our arrival was a surprise!?

Pros: The crew was very courteous and helpful, they seemed to have a positive attitude and worked with passengers like they really enjoyed their job.

Cons: There was a 3 hour delay outbound and a 9 hour delay inbound. On the inbound flight I was put up in a nice hotel for the day and given a $30 meal voucher. However I missed my connecting flights and had to be put up when I got back to the States. Despite getting in at 10pm I was put on a 5am flight.

Pros: The flight was on time, with no unanticipated problems.

Cons: Traveling first class in the CRJ commuter planes is really just coach as it was 15 years ago.

Cons: Less legroom than other airlines but have never flown to South America before

Cons: Not really an experienced flyer. Overall the flight seemed good. No issues with airline or airport. Just don’t understand self-important people that feel compelled to push the overhead storage limits with their bags.

Pros: There were a few hiccups with the overall flight process, but the crew was very friendly and informed everyone in a timely manner of the situation. There were also good snacks. Also, flexible baggage policy, which was great.

Cons: The boarding situation is odd and less organized or structured than any of the other airlines I've flown with.

Cons: We always board with Sky Priority but the agent took us off the line until Comfort Plus boarded. It was embarrassing to my husband and myself.

Pros: We were allowed to board early with my father, who is disabled.

Cons: Denver airport was a nightmare with my disabled father. We were given a “wheelchair” but no escort through a nightmarish security scene. Airport is terribly designed, lacking clear signage and navigation. TSA was a disaster and no one seemed remotely concerned about my father’s comfort or needs.

Pros: Flight attendant Louis was great. He was very nice and friendly. Calmed me down when I was nervous about turbulent. Great staff overall!

Pros: Michael DJ was awesome! Made us laugh during the safety demonstration which was much appreciated on a long travel time home!

Cons: The descent down to the airport was rough. I felt it was done too quickly, caused a lot of pressure on my head and was very painful

Cons: I'm a frequent flyer with AA; it's very dissapointing that I have missed my connections with AA about 60% of the time this year. I don't know what's going on with the airline, but it seems they are falling behind the curve in terms of punctuality. Seriously thinking about changing airlines.
