Staff on board was friendly and professional
Check in counter was closed more than an hour before flight even though electronic tickets weren't working!
I liked the service and the food that was provided.

In the middle of taking care of me and my wife he walk away and said., I'm going to the back, let someone else take care of you. Ticket counter employee at Miami international airport are very rude and unprofessional.
I couldn't watch movies so I asked flight attendant she said " watch next screen ". But there was someone sitting! How can I do that!!! They didn't say sorry
The food choices, included Korean dishes. The disposal slippers are great when taking shoes off. The air hostesses were friendly and helpful. Good leg room
There was no priority boarding for family with young children, and the boarding sequence was not accordingly to rows, so the boarding process was a bit disorganized. Not enough snacks. Soda was poured out in cups rather than giving the passengers the whole can of soda. Movie selections were not that great, many good current movies were not available. Was disappointed that it was the same set of movie choices as the previous flight. The toilets really needed attention, it was quite dirty and it smelled. Seat does not have enough lower back support, was literally having to sit on my pillow and blanket due to lower back pain. The temperature was not cool enough and it felt warm.
Same exception experience with the flight attendants, boarding was smooth, food is good and along with entertainment selection.
The plane aisle is a bit tight and cramp and it is hard to move around. The chair in economy is not very comfortable very sturdy lack of cushion and back support. Leg room is ok, not as roomy as the flight from SFO to South Korea. When we boarded there was a strong smell burning fumes from the A.C. (air condition) that trigger my asthma and landed in Cebu very ill with asthma and allergy.

My first time to fly with Korean Air and I would not hesitate to fly with Korean Air again. The plane has a lot of leg room, aisle is not cramp to move around. It was a long flight, but the flight attendants made it worthwhile. They were very attentive to your needs with exceptional service. The food selection was good. Overall the best flight I've ever had flying overseas.
Maybe the chair in economy can be a lot more comfortable. Chair is sturdy lack of cushion and back support. People like me who has mobility limitation and bad lower back is difficult coz it adds more discomfort on my end. Hopefully, one day the chair can be more comfortable.
Was very far but the crew was very helpful and attentive all the way here. We had an infant with us and the crew did everything to make him comfortable when he was fuzzy.
