Wasn't expecting this, but, we actually ended up getting assigned to the first row of seats!!!!! The extra legroom came in handy
Flights delays were communicated timely and helpfully, but there was a significant delay without any real effort to make up for that. Also, the in-flight WiFi was very spotty. That said, this was my first time with Southwest and I was quite happy with the service and staff otherwise.
Delayed and once landed waited very long for the luggage
Eveeyrime I fly they are begging for bags due to cabin overhead space. What they should so ia take the bags that are clearly too big to fit wheels first on their side. And those of us who give up the bag should really get their bags first. When boarding, nobody wants stupid jokes about how hot it is on board. Give us some cool air. Im usually sick from the heat by the time we take off.
Friendly crew kept coming by to make sure all was ok, provide additional refreshments, etc.
SW can't get their wifi right. I upgrade to insure wifi service but the last two trips had intermittent service. Not worth the extra costs.
Kayak could’ve posted the correct gate number. Almost missed my flight.
Departure was delayed more than 1/2 hour while we waited for luggage (only) transfer from another flight/plane. Once approved for takeoff, the flight was excellent.
The crew and everyone on board was wonderful, We had to wait for a flight attendant to come from Orlando to Jax after a sudden illness., We left an hour late and “missed “ our connection.flight. The plane was held for us but we were told that our bags probably wouldn’t make the flight even though we would and would have to return to the airport in Boston pick up our late luggage or choose to fly on the same flight as our luggage. We chose to wait 4 hours on the next flight with our luggage and missed our first day in Boston for our grand daughter’s 10th bday celebration. When we arrived on the next flight, our luggage was sitting in a room waiting on us - evidently it did make out original flight., We were given meal vouchers in Baltimore for our delay which we really appreciated and thought was a very kind gesture by Southwest - sudden illnesses are not their fault., I just feel like we would not have missed an entire day in Boston if you offered more early morning direct flights and /or had offered to deliver our luggage to the hotel instead of us having to return to the airport to retrieve our luggage on the next flight due to a technicality - it wasn't “lost luggage”. Other than that , it was a perfect flight .

Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.
No headphones, forced to sit in another seat that I did not book, had to check my carry on when I boarded the plane I saw backpacks and other non carry on items stuffed in the carry on holder! Horrible experience Wi-Fi did not work either
Aside from a completely packed plane, I really have no complaints.

We landed and sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes because they only have one gate at the airport and there was another plane running late so we had to wait

Amazing flight! I have never noticed the uniforms of the attendants before in twenty years of flying except today when one female had the most amazing dress on. It was beautifully designed and showed she was in charge. I never dreamed I would google who designed Delta uniforms . The ultimate compliment is when another woman admires your outfit. . I hope your designer puts it on the market
Flight was on time, the staff was personable & professional, & the plane arrived on time.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.
Did not like the check in guy quibbling over a couple pounds at the luggage weigh in
This is related to my second leg of the flight, from Washington DC to SFO. I understand things happen, but I got home at 3 am for a 12:59 am landing. I live 10 min from the airport. Bridge breaks when a few rows of the plane are off? Maintenance didn’t catch that?
WiFi was slow as compared to trip down. Maybe because it was a night flight and more people were using it?
Wonderful flight! The crew was good, check-in was good and orderly and the flight was uneventful and good.
This is for UA2274 from Houston to Sacramento. The flight was delayed arriving due to mechanical issues so we left about 3 hours later than scheduled. When boarding the plane the temperature inside was excessive - likely close to 100. Pilot apologized and said it was going to improve at altitude, which it did. But before that I honestly thought there might have been more delays removing passengers made ill from the heat. We were delayed leaving due to another mechanical issue. There was not water on the plane due to a panel that was not secured. They did that quickly, but the combination of mechanical issues was rather disturbing and did not reflect well on United.
Flight was delayed in the gate by 5 hours and ultimately cancelled- rebooking service by United agents was terrible
United domestic flight was better than international flight. There was no switch to control Ac In international united flight. Food was also average, Air canada food was much better than united.
They cancelled our flight at the last minute due to mechanical issues. Rather, they “delayed” it till the next morning. A pain in the neck when traveling with two young children. Crew was really nice, which made up for it somewhat. This is the second flight from delta that was cancelled this year. Definitely going to fly another airline when possible

I propose enhancing the legroom across the entire cabin seating area and expanding the snack selection. The airline companies should prioritize customer needs over the extravagant and unjustified salaries of upper management.
KUDOS TO ALL THE CREW PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH PASSENGERS ON A WHEELCHAIR. ON BOTH FLIGHTS THEY HUSTLED TO TAKE MY RELATIVE TO CONNECTION ON TIME. THEY DESERVE A LOT OF CREDIT!
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
Delays were crazy long (over an hour) both for boarding and baggage claim
awful expereince. boarding was a mess and not communicated, then we sat on a hot plane and were at risk of getting kicked off
2 hour delay and a lack of air conditioning on the plane. Not a good combination

They cancelled the flight after 5 hours at the airport and the only flight they offered was for the next day with a 7.5 layover in fll. This was not going to work for me as this was only a weekend trip and getting into providence at 10 pm a day later caused me to lose Mo ey on hotels money on airport parking a dog sitter etc. they wouldn’t offer any type of a voucher or anything else. All they did was refund the flight which didn’t help me with all the money in time I lost. I was going to see my very sick father
The flight out was delayed from 3:40pm to 5pm and again to 8pm. We boarded after 5pm, had to disembark because they could not get the Engine started, then we switched gates and got a new plane and did not board until after 8pm.
I have executive platinum status with American Airlines. It seems impossible to be upgraded anymore and I’m never offered a cheese plate or thanked for my loyalty.
In premium economy I was expecting a bit cleaner area. Tables were not very clean. Only one of us received a blanket and pillow. The food was okay. Probably a smidgen better than coach. The crew were very nice but should have done more walk through to at least pick up trash.
We had a 1 hour delay due to mechanical issues, then another hour, then 2, and eventually it was an 8 hour delay. The airport staff was confused about gate changes, as they were not getting good communication. They were trying, but we changed gates 5 times in one hour!
Horrible. Flight was delayed for 4 hours first till 7pm. Then for one more hour. Then again and around 9pm we were finally boarded and waited for catering delivery for another hour. At 10pm we were not interested on food at all. Tired, sleepy we arrived after midnight. Insane.
Awful. Original flight was delayed 5 hours. Had to to take a connecting flight instead of direct. Had a 4 hour layover. I missed all of my morning meetings getting in 5 hours later than I was supposed to and had to change to take a later flight the next day to get them back in which cia time another $150.
It was very difficult to stretch my knee out and I am very short. I also had a torn tendon in my knee which made it extra uncomfortable anyways. My husband is 6'2" and I can't imagine him flying in that plane.
I was late from Jacksonville, FL but the limited interaction I had with the Philly crew was great.
