I like the landing which is nice and safe, seats are also comfortable
Staff on board were good - food was fine tasted good - tv was old 1970ts in seat back but hey it was a 2 out flight so no drama

Aircraft is pretty old. Seat is not comfortable. Meal quality is disappointing. Entertainment system is not impressive at all.
Always on time and flight crew were great. Boarding in Manila was a bit chaotic and disorganized compared to Incheon.
Never had a flight delay issue with Korean Air, that's why I always go with this airline.

Unfortunately, there has been a boarding and departure delay. However, as usual, the flight arrived earlier than the scheduled. There has been a turbulence in-between, it’s unavoidable. I couldn’t complain them.
The food on this flight from NRT to ICN was average. The staff were very friendly, but the flight took about 60 minutes longer than it should have because the pilot was only flying at 330mph instead of 500-550. Not sure what the reason is for that, but it meant for a much longer flight.
I enjoyed flying on Korean Air. The service was great and the food was yummy, especially the bibimbap and cold spicy noodles. The only thing that bummed me out on this red-eye flight was that my seat did not properly recline so I was not able to sleep.
Waited a long time at JFK to board with no information being readily available.Left about 45 minutes late and it was 2:45 AM in JFK.Nothing todo. Second deck of the Airbus is more comfortable or seems that way because there is less people. Food was OK. The food on secondleg was better as we had ordered it before hand. We thought we had did that on the long first leg but we were told we did not. Cabin crew was generally nice. There are people who lean back when eating as they wait for food to be delivered and know no one will check -- drag. TV selection was awful movies OK. Comfortable all in all.
Not enough seat cushion. Butt was hurting especially on long flight. Not enough movie selection. Entertainment was outdated. Coffee served was cold. Other than that flight was good.
I was very surprised that a meal was given on such a relatively short flight. the meal was FANTASTIC. The crew were also very attentive to our specific needs and we would be happy to fly and recommend your airline to our friends.
Humm, I should have known that the seat I peaked on my flight from Inchon to Manila was designed for a toddler or very small person.
The staff hold my luggage to steel and exchange my stub, i was very disappointed.
2nd major delay due to maintenance issues. 1st delay missed my connecting flight.
The staff was courteous and the flight was very smooth. It was so nice to see the captain greeting the passengers at the end of the flights.
Typical Asian airline - flight attendants like robots - start food orders at first row and get to the last row right aisle last - no food selections left. 30 minutes before landing demanding everyone put seats back into upright position, window shades open and God forbid you might have to use the restroom a full 30 minutes left into a 1 hour 45 minute flight. At least the flight was cheap - but that’s the best I can say about it.
Everything is good, the only issue is the aircraft need to be upgraded
Ok, the flight was late and the plane was old. The check in crew in Narita were amazing however.
Tightest knee space ever experienced on any budget airline. Crew polite and efficient, take off and arrival on time. Surprised that they did not offer water on flight except as sales product. Questions about Food and entertainment not applicable since neither are offered.
At the boarding gate, Jeju airline accepted "carry on" bags for checking in for free due to the "limited cabin space". This is because most passengers were carrying multiple bags that exceed the size and weight limit for carry on items. Rather than inspecting carry-on bags at the counter and requiring excess bags to be checked in for a fee, they allowed freeloading at the boarding gate to to the detriment of those who paid the fee for checked bags. This is totally unfair.

The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.

Quite ordinary, as might be expected of a budget flight. It was difficult to understand the instructions unless one speaks Japanese, and the seats were quite basic.
Very easy process overall. The staff communicated well and everything was efficient.
Very affordable, smooth check in process, flight attendants were safe and kind, lots of flight availability within Japan.

For Travelers with babies, if they can be supported by allowing to carry the Baby stroller upto the Airplane gate, and not submit at the Check-In counter. it will be very convenient. Thankyou.
