Flight from New Delhi to Tokyo was mediocre. The seats were not of business class as we are used to. They were not wide enough. On the other hand the seats on the flight from Tokyo to San Francisco were excellent every thing were great except the food. Tokyo business lounge was excellent. The whole experience was great except the food on the plane. Will still fly JAL.

The entree wasn’t very good. The rice was soggy. The side dishes were all good though. The breakfast was also good. The crew were excellent, as usual.

JAL using the state of art A350-1000 for JFK to HND It’s a great plane to fly Very comfortable with lower cabin altitude Quieter cabin Wider seats Big tv screen Excellent service and catering

The flight attendants were excellent as usual however the meal wasn’t the usual good quality. There is cooked rice was mushy.

This flight was leg 2 of 2 leg journey. The staff at baggage re-drop in Tokyo were fabulous. Once at gate when time to board, had to take standing room bus to the tarmac to board. Did not like getting out to plane and having to wait 5 minutes until they opened bus door.

It's a domestic flight, but still the JAL quality shone through. The crew were polite and helpful and even prepared little gifts / souvenirs for the children on the flight, and everyone got a simple drink. The free wifi for entertainment on the personal device was also a great boon, and the shows surprisingly decent. Would recommend.

Allow gold card holders (Group 1) to board with their guest like other One World carriers do

Checked baggage process is confusing and time consuming especially when checking oversized bags. Very slow agents didn't help.

Website from the 1990s, super frustrating customer support, inflight experience merely OK - more like United than e.g. Emirates

The seats are significantly more comfortable than US airlines and the staff are much friendlier. The food is also much better, as they are particularly accommodating to any dietary restrictions.

It was our first time flying with China Airlines and had a very nice experience. The airline staff & crews both on the ground and air were very nice. Food on the plane was very good. Will recommend it to family and friends.

Not great, will likely try to fly another or maybe I should have upgraded my ticket? Needed Air…

I don’t think I’ll be flying them again. Tight seats, no flowing air or air nozzles that you can turn air on you, for those who could have motion sickness this would be your worst nightmare. The pilot was great and experienced (which is what you want when flying 12 hours) overall I’m thankful knowledgeable pilots!

My ticket did not indication which group I was in for boarding; the gate attended help me

Very routh cabin crew food is only 2 meals for 13 hours fry with them They should get better training how to service good super routh language and talking with customer

staff are super nice and effiecient! It was a very comfortable and relaxing flight

When I booked a premium economy ticket. I then had to pay $100+ to book my seat.

Didn't like on this return inbound flights (from Hong Kong to Vancouver) Outbound to the Hong Kong was good.

I was ordered vegetarian food, but didn't services to me :(

I did not take the flight, tried to cancel it right after I booked it, but was unable to reach anyone. I blame Kayak for this situation because they sent the booking through another company and I was unable to get anyone to talk to me about the situation. I had to just take the hit and pay for another flight through Cathay Pacific, which was wonderful. I will never use Kayak again. (I bet they don’t post this review!) I’ll just post about them on social media sites. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the hassle and expense I dealt with.

My wife and I liked everything except the cold breakfast

My wife and I liked almost everything about ANA except for the economy seat space and the cold breakfast (croissant which seemed to just come out of the fridge)

The overall experience was ok, though there was certainly room for improvement. My husband was asked to check his carry-on bag at the gate due to claims that the flight was “full.” However, upon boarding, we observed ample overhead space and several empty rows of seats. This made the request appear unnecessary and caused some discomfort, particularly as he was the only passenger singled out for this procedure.

Excellent service and comfortable seats. Friendly and helpful staff. No food for a 3hr flight over lunch time which was surprising (or is that a feature of domestic flights in Japan?)

The flight was smooth, but there were not enough options for meals and I was given beef when I do not eat beef. The flight going was much better because we received more snacks.

Thankful for the staff who provided blankets cause the plane was quite cold and no way to adjust the airflow in the seats next to the bathroom.

Uh there was a delay, because of the weather. And what took usually an hour flight to Louisville took about 6+ hours. Flight got canceled

There wasn't much entertainment for my short flight but the onboarding process was smooth and the crew provided wonderful service. The seats were also reasonably comfy. Great flight.

Flight attendant took good care of my mom as she boarded on and off the aircraft from her wheelchair. I did not care much for the food nor the movie options Available. I appreciated the increased legroom available in economy. This was one of the main reasons we chose the airline. Overall, the good value and I would fly again.

ANA was fine. LAX has some major problems. I needed a wheelchair and BKK and Narita were very good. I do have to remember NOT to tip in Japan. LAX however, was poor. first the attendant wasn't able to push me. The next person left me stranded in several locations. They would just leave me where ever they felt like; No logic to these locations. finally when we cleared immigration, they (there were several people who didn't seem to care about their job) left me in a large room with a baggage carousal. I tried to locate my luggage to no avail. meanwhile my connection was getting closer. I finally talked with Emir from ANA and he showed me to my carousal which was located a few rooms away from where LAX personnel stranded me. Emir also found a good wheelchair attendant to take me the rest of the way. Without Emir from ANA, I would still be stranded, given the amount of care shown by the first wheelchair attendants.

2 hours delay, time changes started already 2 days before the flight

Average, not more then that. Cannot compete with Singapore Airlines

I bought the front row seat and made and early online check in but they changed my seat to the back row without prior notice. The inflight meal was too poor, only a piece of small finger food. The boarding is a disaster, everyone is stuffed in a bus in chaos. Doesnt worth the money at all.

Poor. Flight was delay without prior notice. Poor boarding. Poor meal service. Plane was dirty and smelly. Does not worth the money.

Overall very nice airline. The seats were cloth unlike leather seats I am accustom to on planes. The food was adequate. I had to use a paper boarding pass as they do not like electronic boarding passes. I scanned my electronic pass, but the gate agent requested the paper pass. Luckily I had a paper pass, although my electronic pass worked and when the paper pass was scanned it stated I was already on board.

Overall very nice airline. The seats were cloth unlike leather seats I am accustom to on planes. The food was adequate.

I am a bit upset with the check in counter, I signed up a wheelchair for my mom so they wouldn’t grant us her boarding pass. We got to the airport a couple of hours earlier and they had us wait and no one ever gave us her boarding pass or the wheelchair, I had to go back and complain when it was already time for our flight to board. Since we got their earlier, I could have easily pushed my mom myself and we could have relaxed and went to the lounge while waiting… when I finally got someone to help us he couldn’t explain how and why they dismissed us in the first place.

Was on holiday with my partner and we booked with Vietnam airlines as it not meant to be a budget airline. They separated us and made us sit at either end of the plane. Not the way I planned to spend my time on my holiday separate from my loved one. How can they separate people on the same booking. They know we are together and spending quality time together.

I had sometimes my trips with Vietnam Airlines and I like it 😊

The check-in process was great, and I cannot remember the name of the supervisor, but he was good and told us about the transit process very correctly and efficiently and kindly. We were given down access and the overall process was very efficient.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.

Seat pitch is narrow moreover the agent assigned seat in front of emergency exit window which is not reclined. A terrible 4hr 40min flight from HAN to DPS

Horrible! As an Asian, they look down on their own skin color. Disgusting people and airlines. If you are white, they will worship you

1-Airlines did not send any info to inform the clients about changing fight number. 2-Delayed too long on runay without any explanation

체크인을 담당하는 승무원이 아주, 몹시 불친절하고 전문성이 현저하게 떨어졌습니다. The flight attendant in charge of the check-in was very, very unfriendly and markedly less professional.

VietJet was 2 hours late, but Kayak is not able to track my travel correct.
