Staff were friendly and awesome! Some Filipinos are just undisciplined, but not an airline problem.

Food we select all the airlines, but they said not selected, it’s bad experience.
My seat was so hard and uncomfortable. I took AA to Japan longer flight no tailbone pain. Coming back on JA shorter flight my tailbone was killing me no cushion on seat or just worn out.
Not very much of anything, it probably was once of my least favore business class flights I have experience in all the times that I flew Boz class
I always enjoy flying with Japanese Airlines. The whole experience is always a pleasure. This flight was no exception. Thank you Kayak for making it so easy to decide.
Very smooth onboarding and offboarding. Food provided was cold and not the best.
Terrible experience. Staff would not even refill my tea once. While they refilled a fellow Japanese persons wine 7 times. They also lost my luggage. Horrible. Go elsewhere
main courses of the primary meal were not good- the beef dish was really not good-
For a business class window passenger just to use toilet has to disturb the aisle passenger. Only the middle row has the freedom in this case. The flight from San Diego to Tokyo the seats were better positioned with the same configuration of 2-2-2.
I was very surprised that a meal was given on such a relatively short flight. the meal was FANTASTIC. The crew were also very attentive to our specific needs and we would be happy to fly and recommend your airline to our friends.
2nd major delay due to maintenance issues. 1st delay missed my connecting flight.

The staff was courteous and the flight was very smooth. It was so nice to see the captain greeting the passengers at the end of the flights.
The beefsteak on the lunch menu was excellent! I usually do not eat airplane food. I loved it.
Typical Asian airline - flight attendants like robots - start food orders at first row and get to the last row right aisle last - no food selections left. 30 minutes before landing demanding everyone put seats back into upright position, window shades open and God forbid you might have to use the restroom a full 30 minutes left into a 1 hour 45 minute flight. At least the flight was cheap - but that’s the best I can say about it.
Everything is good, the only issue is the aircraft need to be upgraded
Ok, the flight was late and the plane was old. The check in crew in Narita were amazing however.
Flight attendants rude, they disappear for almost 3 hours not doing rounds to see what people needed. The laboratories were full of empty water cups, because they never come back to collect them.
The crew was amazing and really nice. The OS on the entertainment system could use an update, though. It felt old and outdated but had anything you'd need to keep busy. I usually never use it anyways, but that did stand out.
Weren’t even given earphones to use the entertainment system
The meals were not the greatest and lacking of appetite but everything else was spot on
On time. Friendly and helpful flight attendants. The plane was clean. Having a wine available would have been nice.
I hate that you cannot check in online and when you are at the airport, there aren't any aisle seats left. Also, they could work a little on subtitles for their movies (not everyone is a native English speaker).
It's terrible that we can't do online check in because we didn't buy the tickets directly from Air china. It was not explained until I contacted Chatdeal and we could not sit together.
Communication between the captain/crew and the passengers needs to be improved.
Food & service very good next I will pick up again
Chinese flight attendants didn't speak english well. They didn't care enough to remember that I (east asian who isn't Chinese) wasn't Chinese and spoke English. Announcement in english on board was poor and I find it very difficult to understand what was announced. Also, a cabin bag allows only 5kg!
The flight is not bad, but the Business Lounge is not big enough for the quantity of people they accept and there is a limited options for food and beverages.
It was simply bad and on top of that my luggage hasn't been delivered until now. They can't even localize it which is just unacceptable when they are supposed to scan the bar code they put when we check in
CTU-KMG-CNX with 1.5 hr connection at KMG. Doable but just barely bc immigration exit from China is at the last flight leg, here: KMG to CNX. We hauled out of the domestic terminal to reenter at the international departures (luggage checked thru to CNX thankfully). Immigration had only two agents, even though KMG gets a HUGE number of foreigners. It took forever for such a shot line. Then security also took a while, so I just just made the connection. Recommend if you exit China with domestic international transfer, plan for 2+ hrs to avoid a heart attack. Airline personnel don’t suffer if you miss the flight, you do. Plan accordingly.
Small plane with only two lavatories at the back. You must have a good plan to use it before or after the meal, if you make a bad decision, you will end up with standing in front of the toilet for a while till the food carts empty. The good thing is even there’s a slightly delayed, the plane is still arriving on time which is superb!!
good flight. food is only so so. I actually did not eat the snack. it does not look too good on the passenger next to me.
Flight was on time. My group paid for seat’s so that us four can be seated next to each other. We all got separated. We all got middle seats, which made it more difficult to be able to get up and stretch or use the restroom. We tried talking to the employees at China Eastern and they were of no help. We will not be taking this flight or recommend this route to others in the future. Also I will be contacting customer service on how I can get our money back for paying for assigned seats.
Excellent experience however older aeroplanes used by China Eastern Airlines.
The crew were excellent, service amazing, blankets and pillow good, cabin temperature perfect, the flight on time, food was unusual selection however plentiful, price for tickets unbeatable through Kayak. Older aeroplanes used by China Eastern was the only down side.
Good airline for the price. The Air stewardess are great, nothing is to much trouble. Will use again.
Cheapest option from Gatwick £400 cheaper than Emirates and Qatar. Entertainment no where near as good as Emirates and Qatar, but saved £400 so all good.
The flight was cancelled without any reason. But the next flight to Shanghai has to be cancelled to pay penalty.
The landings were smooth . Being unable to check-in online was terribly stressful and the queue at Haneda exemely long. We paid extra for window seats and did not get them.
I can't believe you have to pay L 3.20 for a Cup of British tea on an airlines with the name British on the plane.
Long haul flight and was really good. Comfortable plane and seats. Really great service all round and always willing to help. Lovely food and drinks (Tanqueray is my favourite Gin). Media was great and helped for the long journey.
Flight was good but couldn’t sleep because bed was so uncomfortable.
This was the return leg of my trip. Tried to do online check in several times, both on BA App and online but it kept saying " it was not possible, check in at the airport". Got to Airport 3 hours before the flight to be told the flight was overbooked and I was on standby because I hadn't checked in online!!! Was told I could go and wait at the gate in case of a no show but would actually be booked on the next flight in 4 hours. At the gate I did actually get in to the original plane... And had 2 empty seats next to me.. So much for overbooked. To add insult to injury, my baggage did not arrive in LHR and was finally delivered over 24 hours later. I don't travel with BA very often.. This experience will make it even less likely, particularly as my wife had exactly the same issue 2 days later.
I couldn't check in over two days online, had to phone to secure a seat and at the airport they put me on standby, at the gate I had to push to get my seat allocated back to me! No catering, a small bottle of water and a biscuit. Yet business had a full meal and drinks service. Very poor.
Spent unnecessary hours on phone calls to resolve small error on one of the passengers name... It was extremely stressful and time consuming... Not great... Also all 4 members of the family: 2 parents/ 2 teenagers were allocated separate seats (even separate floors... Not great...
Absolutely the best airline for service and comfort by far! I only wish I could fly with them domestically!
Comfortable seats, good service overall. The food could’ve been a little bit better. The boarding process was slightly chaotic and in fairness, not all of that is related to the performance of British Airways.
The chairs were a bit tight even though I had extra feet space…2nd plane didn’t have entertainment and even though they said there was free WiFi-I believe the free WiFi wasn’t accessible unless u had some account set up….which I didn’t figure out
On time. Comfortable sats. Clean aircraft. Friendly crew. Good food.
