Customer service at Juneau was great but the handling of our luggage was very poor at Seattle after a delayed flight due to maintenance causing us to miss our connecting flight. We had frozen goods and they told us they would put it the freezer but didn’t. We lost 250lbs of halibut & salmon

Mostly good. Delayed which in my experience so far happens often with Alaska Airlines. Thank you.

Everything was great. Paid for upgraded economy seat and it was worth it: early boarding, roomy seat, great entertainment choices, free drink!

It was very good. I love flying with Alaska air.

Flying sucks these days. No airline is better than another. Alaska Air At least gives you some pretzel snacks. That is about all I can say for it.

It was filled with lots of delays and also onboarding delays that left a passenger next to me sick. Also, they miss labeled my bag for another passenger and temporarily lost my luggage.

In general, everything was good - except an extra hour in Seattle and an extra hour sitting on the runway at O'Hare.

On time boarding was nice. They really need to figure out how to reduce gate changes at SEA. There way to many changed gates and I could see the frustration on passenger faces.
