Cons: "seats were super small, like Jet Blue small except these had cushions and not plastic. I'm 6'-2" and my knees touch the seat in front of me even when I'm sitting upright. Maybe if I was 5' tall these would be comfortable? also, I didn't download the app beforehand and they didn't have the ability for me to download it midflight so I couldn't use their entertainment system. useless. but the staff was very nice. I just wish Alaska didn't buy these planes with the extremely limited leg room!!!"

Pros: "It's a non-stop flight to Cabo San Lucas (SJD or MMSD to be more accurate) from KSJC. Little in terms of weather disturbances but be prepared to be created by the heat if you're landing during the summer!"

Cons: "I paid extra $$ to buy a ticket that was labeled as a "Direct Flight" from Seattle to Los Cabos, Mexico, as opposed to a flight with a layover, since my wife and I were headed there for our honeymoon. Alaska Airlines made no mention whatsoever that this flight was not at all direct, but in fact had a 2 hour layover in San Diego. There was no mention of this during the purchase process, and we didn't find out about the layover in San Diego until were were ALREADY AT OUR TERMINAL GATE. This is very deceiving and absolutely unacceptable."

"Some of the crew members were not very friendly. AA gave us seats that were not next to each other despite the fact that we were traveling with a one year old baby. The flight went well overall but these small things were not easy to navigate."

Cons: "Wasted 24+ hours and a bunch of money. The employees at Dallas did not stop me from boarding an international flight. When landing in London, they immediately turned me around stating, "You can't go on holiday". Cool, thanks. So 12 hours later, im sitting back in Dallas with a whole lot less planned. Thanks DFW! Cons: "The internet wasn't working, and the flight attendant told me there was nothing she could do about it. The touch screens on the back of the seat had difficulty responding to touch. The headphone jacks and headphones they gave us on the plane were not compatible. If it twisted even a bit, it would lose the connection. I understand these may seem petty, but they are things we've come to expect on airline travel. If they aren't going to be there, please let us know when we book our tickets so we can plan accordingly. The flight attendant for my section of the plane was cold and a bit rude. I didn't want to ask her for anything."

Cons: "While Delta are stepping up their snack & refreshment options, American seems to be joining the downhill slide group. If you don't like dry pretzels... choose another airline. Also had that wonderful experience of learning after boarding that you need to have downloaded the app to be able to reach any entertainment options. And, nowhere to plug the device to keep it alive. I didn't realise that AA was competing with the budget airlines like Rouge now..."
