Amazing all female crew, including the pilot. Great flight attendants and smooth trip. Food was good. Boarding the plane from back to front would have made things significantly smoother. Took forever to wait for people to clear the alley. A little extra leg room would be nice also. Please thank your flight crew!

Would have been better if the flight went out as scheduled and we’d have been kept informed. Rescheduling the connecting flight out of Portland was especially difficult.

The crew was great! It was nice to have a pillow and blanket... It gets cold on those flights. I paid extra money to sit where I thought was extra comfort seating, but it wasn't,... So, I was mad a bit about that. I'm hoping our flight home will be better.

I was put in a middle seat with the people on either side of me kept passing their grandchild over me and talking back and forth while I was trying to rest or watch a movie. So inconsiderate and totally disturbing. I asked if they would sit next to each other to alleviate the constant impeding my comfort but they refused.

Pre-Flight check-in Staff did a terrific job correcting a seat mis-assignment problem after I checked in the night before my flight. They really stepped up to make my flight home a joy. It was also my birthday, so the flight crew made me feel special a little treat.

Cheap food no options for vegans, no entertainment, no snacks. Too much advertisement about their credit card. Next flight will be Delta Airlines.

Great staffing. Terrible food. Please do cold sandwiches or salads. the "hot pickets" are terrible.

Mediocre experience. Staff not ever friendly or welcoming. Food was terrible.

This is my first time flying Hawaiian. It was so disorganized and poorly coordinated, resulting in the most unacceptable delay
