Pros: "Nice crew"
Cons: "No leg room for 6’6” person."
Cons: "It was ridiculously cold for 2 1/2 hours. When my seat mate asked for a blanket, the stewardess said she only had one more - then walked off. For drinks, they skipped several people. I had to catch her eye to ask for one and then ask her to get my kids a drink in front of me."

Cons: "Huge smelly person invading my space. Disgusted by his hot sweat on my leg. Used up 10,000 miles and paid too much (watched the fare go down several hundred dollars) and ended up with a middle seat. Not happy."

Pros: "The aircraft was new and most flight crew were nice."
Cons: "Way too many useless announcements by the copilot and the lead flight attendant. Keep it short. Don't get back on once you put the mic back. And how about announcing th baggage claim carousel if your going to interrupt as much as you did."

Cons: "Bathroom ran out of tissues and toilet paper halfway through the flight. Alerted the crew, and they added tp. Bathrooms seem to have gotten even narrower, barely any room to move in there! Also, we had to sit on the tarmac after landing for 30 min due to gate traffic. A few minor inconveniences, but overall tolerable."

Pros: "Good uneven full flight"
Cons: "Boarding took too long - full plane and double seat booking changed 10 minutes early estimate to 20 minutes late"
Pros: "I had a great pilot on this flight. He always told us what was happening, why we had a wait on the tarmac in LGA, why he anticipated it might be a choppy flight, how to access in flight entertainment so we could be distracted. Gave us some trivia questions. Joked about Pokemon go, walked along the aisle talking to us. He was awesome!"
