Really - take off a paid bag but bring people who try to stuff too many bags in the plane and get to send theirs free. I live over 4 hours from airport and was told my suitcase was in Seattle and would not be here until next morning and airlines would call to confirm. No one called, no one answer the message I left. Didn't reach anyone until the next day and was told my suitcase didn't come in until another day later and they it was Fedexed to me. I was not happy as I had Christmas gifts that I had traveled with. Lack of communication by airline, lack of customer service. Still waiting for a "voucher" for future travel - they are supposed to email me with that info. Not yet."

At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

The Economy seats were pure torture -- angled oddly in a way that forced your back to curve, with zero legroom even in the Economy Plus section. I tried putting my purse behind me in an effort to alleviate back pain. It was a miserable trip. In contrast my short flight to Santa Barbara was on a newer plane with wide, comfortable seats. There is no way they should use such an old aircraft on a 4 hour trip."

I ended up volunteering to move because the passengers who caused the problem refused to bend. For all the crew's displeasure, they didn't handle the passengers, the passengers handled them."

It was obvious she was not willing to help and did not have a clue what she was doing thus I just logged the complaint and had by suitcase sorted out the San Francisco Airport. I have to lug it around with me only to have no place to put it. 3) the amount of time it takes to get off and on the plane because the line backs up while everyone waits on prior passengers to get their luggage into or out of the overhead (some are too short, too weak, ot placed their overhead ten rows away). Yikes!"

I could not check-in on line and had to pay full fee for checking my bag. Also, the steps during the check-in was confusing - trying to sell upgrades etc, instead of just taking you thru the check-in steps."

When I searched about it in GOOGLE it showed me that the flight has been cancelled, Furiously I called the customer service and they weren't even having an idea about the flight getting delayed in the first place. I had to travel to airport which is 50 miles from my place just to know that the flight got cancelled and the next flight is on Sunday. Due to their technical failure, I had to wait till Sunday to board a flight to Chicago(They gotta be kidding, wait 3 days to board next flight). I had to cancel few other flights, meetings and hotels as I am not able to board this obnoxious flight. Overall, The customer service is lackluster . Their website is very slow and has false information. The refund process is bad. They dont even intimate you through email if the flight is cancelled I am referring this airline to all my colleagues and friends. If you have a lot of money for procrastination, you are welcome to travel with this airline."

By the time someone was able to help me, my boarding group had already boarded. I ended up paying the fee and was forced to gate check my bag anyway as all the overhead space was taken up by the time I got on the plane. Nice work on your end milking that $60 from me. Since I wasn't able to check in ahead of time, I was stuck in the middle seat (I'm 6'5"). I would have happily paid an extra $250 to not sit in the middle, but thats besides the point. Just as I'm about to close my eyes, your stewardess gets on the PA and starts hawking Frontier credit cards for 20 minutes. If that wasnt bad enough, she had the audacity to shove an application in my face and remind me 'its the best credit card in the industry!' The credit card pitch and "buy 3 get 1 free' happy hour offers made the flight feel more like a sad Panama City spring break than a return flight after a long business trip. Alas! We landed at ORD 'on-time' which is always good for Frontier's stats. Unfortunately, we sat on the tarmac for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to man the sky bridge. Oh, and it was a nice touch deplaning in the international terminal returning from a Kansas City flight. Long story short, Frontier is now in the same category for me as Spirit Airlines. You fooled me once, but you wont fool me again. I'm just glad it was a one-way ticket. PS: when did airlines start soliciting tips for the flight crew? In all my years of traveling, I have never seen that before. Embarrassing."
