Cons: After being the only person pulled out of line for my carryon and myself to be checked at the boarding gate, I asked a simple question to the lady who profiled me, “what made you profile me for this additional security check out of hundreds of passengers here, I’d like to know”. I was met with such rude behavior which I never encountered with any airline before. Not only was her attitude rude, she couldn’t answer my question and Aeromexico didn’t bother to get someone fluent in English to answer me. Notice I wasn’t refusing the security check; it’s just that they were rude, cold and made me feel like a criminal while checking me. They need to improve their system for security checks at the boarding gate. I don’t understand why I had to be checked further bc they already check every passenger before entering the gates and boarding area. I still don’t know the answer to my question. The lady’s attitude embarrassed me and ruined my experience. Aeromexico should retrain their staff and make them realize it’s bc of us they have a job and they should be serving us with proper customer service and have their attitudes in check. Because I have every right to ask that question and will continue to do so! I forgot the lady’s name..but would be happy if my msg got taken seriously and the lady made aware..

Cons: I got home and my luggage had been all mixed up and they stole two watches. It’s sad that Aeromexico has employees who are thieves. It’s happened before and to many people I know. You should remedy this because it’s not right

Cons: Lost my both bags in transit. Also, did not get wheelchair services at Paris and had to walk everywhere with bad legs. Not good.

Pros: Everything went smoothly. Baggage was at carousel before we were, a first.

I ran back to the desk and she went back, found my bag, put the knife in there. Wow. What service. Also I notice that Atlanta is a lot nicer than it use to be. Attendants are more friendly and loading is more organized. Way to go Delta.

Cons: Check in crew was so inflexible, and demanding. She wanted me to open a careful-sealed box just to take a pound out. Whrist my other luggage was only 48 pounds! I understand it is part of my fault not to be careful when weigh the boxes but she should have asked nicely. I would rate 0 for the bad behavior. This is not a first time I have bad experienced with United Airlines. I would not recomend this airlines.

Pros: The arrival gate was extemely close to the departing gate. I did not have to walk the usually long and exhausting distance from one terminal to another. Thank goodness.

Cons: Broarding was well organized by groups andmoved quickly. The choice of dinner was not an option. By the time the stewardess reached me, only pasta was left. But having italian gelato for dessert was an acceptable compensation. Breakfast ,however, was ho..hummm without any redeeming compensation. choice of beverages was refreshing.

Cons: They plane broke down and I understand that...frontier employees being rude to us when we asked for updates I do not. There were loud and obnoxious people on the flight that the flight attendants did nothing about. Overall terrible flight.

Cons: I paid EXTRA for comfort. I paid $89 to select my seat (1F). A very, very LARGE lady boarded the plane shortly before the door was closed. She was assigned to seat 1E. After some difficulty and struggles she was able to fasten her seatbelt. The gentlemen who was in seat 1D disappeared. I was LITERALLY unable to sit back comfortably in my seat because of this lady's size. Her body spilled over my armrest. I could not get comfortable at all. From Los Angeles to Atlanta I was miserable. I firmly believe that if someone is of a certain size, they should be required to purchase two seats. Why should I have to suffer when I paid extra to have a comfortable flight? So unfair.

Cons: How we were all told after most were ay the gate it was changed to a different gate once there we were told that it would be ay least 2hr late for maintenance. I'm handicapped couldn't get around that was time I could have spent with my family and I was Hungary snf needed to use the restroom which couldn't use until boarding. Very unprofessional I wouldn't give a better grade than a d'- not sure if I would use this airline again. At least we could have comped a free soda and chips. Since the airline new that was happening ahead of time and we could have made choice our selves what to doyou people charge for or fee for anything we might want to change but it's ok for you to treat us poorly sincerely Eugenio Cortez

Pros: Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Having a disability is difficult enough but this team went above and beyond.

Cons: Reaching Charlotte terminal I was extremely disappointed. The gate attendant seamed to only want to make excuses as to why there was no wheelchair available. (Short staffed) she didn’t offer me a seat or apologize for no availability. Costumer service should be number one when you work with people everyday.

Although scattered light rain, no seemingly unusual weather at EWR. No special reward once on the flight to make up for that delay (I.e. still charged for snacks and alcoholic drinks). Delay was very frustrating. Also, not a fan of selections on United WiFi entertainment - very limited.

Cons: Delayed our flight and we missed our connection. They made us pick up our bags and wait overnight outside the terminal. It was cold (no doors). Only concrete slabs to sit on. It’s our honeymoon...no compensation given. Not even a blanket

Cons: The staff said they called my name many times. I don’t believe this for a second. I am a light sleeper, especially at airports. I know international airports are busy places, but when a man is asleep right in front of the staff calling his name, you think maybe just maybe they would wake me and say “are you benjamin”. But they didn’t. Now I am forced to by a brand new round trip ticket. Immensely unhappy.

Cons: lost bags - when they arrived the next day, told us we need to go all the way to the airport or pay $25.00 USD to a taxi to bring them to us. When we went to pick up the bags, one (both bags were brand new for this trip) was virtually destroyed, with multiple tears and rips - damage on each of the 6 sides of the bag. The Aeromexico woman insisted they have no liability and refused our claim for the damaged bag. Extremely poor service.
