Everything could have benn better. Short fly, no food, no entertainment and no wifi.
Non stop on long haul is the way to go. Great experience
My only complaint on any flight is meals but your gnocchi was good. The worst is breakfast. I can’t understand why you don’t just serve something simple like yogurt, fruit and a muffin or cinnamon roll.
The food was good. I ate gnocchi with marinara sauce and cheese, salted caramel tiramisu. And later in the trip cheese calzone. I watched 3 movies. The selection is really good. Have new and old movies. The flight attendances were nice and cordially. Overall the 6 hours trip was really pleasant ☺️. Planning the next trip.
Late flight caused a missed connection, had to be put on a later international flight without my requested vegan meal.
The flight with Delta was good and I recommend this company.
The plane smelled like a sewer. Multiple passengers complained. It’s a safety and quality issue to clean these planes.
Dovevo prendere il volo da Atlanta a Buenos Aires alle 22 invece è stato sospeso senza nessun preavviso e rimandato al giorno dopo alle 9 del mattino, i parenti che mi attendevano all'aeroporto sono dovuti andare in albergo e non ho avuto nessun risarcimento danni. Ho mangiato al bar dell'aeroporto un piatto di d'insalata con 4 anelli di calamari col voucher di 30 dollari perché la cucina dell'albergo era chiusa ed ho dovuto pagarmi la bibita, 8 dollari per una birra, e anche la colazione del giorno dopo non compresa, deplorabile.
Entertainment was good. The crew members were professional. Food needs to get better. My stomach was upset after dinner.
Air France removed our luggage from the plane before it took off, seemingly intentionally, didn't notify us until after we reported it missing at SFO, and is giving us no updates on when, or whether, they will deliver it.
Not consistent with the food quality (I mean taste not freshness)

Wasted a lot of time trying to find the CDG lounge - it was not next to the connecting flight gate like the Air France staff said.
There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.
Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.
My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.
My girlfriend had a health emergency and couldn’t board the flight. I asked for a refund, but you only offered half of the purchase price as a refund. Very disappointing.

My first two flights were late. I missed my last flight. The next flight was not until the next day Seating on large plane was uncomfortable. In the center row, there are posts that do not allow you to spread your legs. The entertainment center did not respond well. . Food was okay. Though there was much confusion about where the special meals that. People ordered(not me) went
There were kids on the plane playing games on phones with audio on. Also one misbehaved kid kept running up and down the aisle and there was no action by the crew or the mom. This negatively affected my otherwise good flight experience a lot.
I got an email from Lufthansa saying that because the flight was full, I could check my cabin bag for free. When I tried to do that, I got charged $75 because it was 'overweight'. Other people who did not check their bags didn't get their bags (that were much larger than mine) weighed. Nor were they denied boarding. This is a scam, right? Expect to see this review EVERYWHERE!
It was timely boarding, well organized. The food was weird in a flight to Buenos Aires. I felt as if I were flying to Asia because of the chicken teriyaki. In my section flight attendants spoke only German and English. I wondered why no Spanish speaker was hired for a flight to Latam. In that Lufthansa needs to be more customer oriented. Compared to other airlines the four seat in the middle is less comfortable. That said, staff was polite and efficient, the entertainment system worked well. It was ultimately a peaceful, well organized and safe flight. Thank you !

All good. Boarding was on time and everything was well organized. The flight was on time so overall I had a good experience.
Caos en el aeropuerto, nadie sabe donde se va a sentar, reasignan asientos a último momento, no respetan que se haya elegido asiento con anticipación incluso pagado un asiento de mejor categoría , el personal fue muy amable
