Cons: "Boarding system did not work temporarily and the boarding was delayed"

Pros: "Emirates is always amazing"
Cons: "Business Class, lol."
Pros: "The crew were attentive and friendly."
Pros: "Everything else"
Cons: "Cabin crew less approachable than usual"
Pros: "Boarding was efficient."
Cons: "The crew was non existent when something was needed, and a flight attendant tried to move us from our purchased seats to accommodate a woman who moved 3 times. While the attendant was mistaken; he insisted on seeing disturbing our sleep and asked to see our boarding pass as if we were not being honest. All that he said was , “oops, wrong row” and moved on as if nothing happened. No apology, nothing."
Pros: "The flight was very comfortable"
Cons: "Operating remote control wasn’t working well ! It was frustrating !!"
Pros: "Valuable reminders ! Updates regarding flights was superb."
Cons: "Nothing to say."
Pros: "Emirates has great programming and the TV screens are the best I've experienced among airlines. LOTS of choices, great sound, screens not to dark like many on US-based carriers and GREAT Headphones."
Cons: "Restrooms, even before flight took off, smelled of urine like they had not been cleaned. Lines to use them were very long. Leg room SUCKED (and I am not a big person).....maybe 30-31 inches, but my knees were banging up against the seat in front of me!!! I booked this ticket thinking that economy would have more room than US-based carriers and it did not. It did not help to have a very large man spilling over into my seat from the middle seat (although he was very nice....still resent paying for a seat I don't have full "bandwidth" for),"
Pros: "Great crew and comfortable seats"
Pros: "From dropping off luggag to unvoarding plan, this was a great experience. Only complaint is economy could use a tad more comfort for price paid"
Cons: "Not enough recline in economy to really b comfortable for a long flight"
Pros: "The crew was very accommodating , especially important because I was traveling with children"
Cons: "Before I start my complaint I would like to say that my family and I had 6 emirates flights this year and 5 of those flights were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our traveling with emirates but this 1 flight came out to be the worst flight of my life. I made online check-in and chose our seats and all was successful but when we reached the airport and I opened my app, it displayed that online boarding pass was not available. After moving slowly in a long queue, when I reached near boarding counters, an official checked my name in a list and informed that there was some new tax applied on us and thus I had to visit counter 5 or 6 to pay that tax. We joined the queue of counter 5 but it was not moving at all and I noticed some people being served at counter 5 who were not in the queue, thinking that counter 5 might take longer, I joined counter 6 queue where there were only 1 family and 1 passenger ahead of me, for next half hour we stood there but that queue didn't move. Finally after some time another counter called me, he confirmed that I had made online check-in. We were given boarding passes and were asked to wait for tax processing, After another 15min, we were given all papers and were requested to move to the immigration counter. After immigration when we were going through final security check, the emirates official asked me to hurry up, I showed him that the security process was going on in front of him, upon that he asked why I was late to airport, I informed him that I made online check-in and I was required to be there 90min before the flight but I was there 150min before the flight and it was in front of him how long the tax processing took, upon that he said that I should have been at the boarding counter 240min before the flight and that I should be aware of the facilities at the airport (although it was my 1st time there). I had not made any complaint on what had happened so far to anyone and I was not rude to anyone although I was with my wife and 1.5 years old son who was crying coz of warn weather and thirst, we couldn't provide him with water coz we were standing in queues all the time. But hearing such comments from Emirates official were quite unbearable but still I stayed calm and reached at the gate. When I handed over the boarding passes, I was told that my boarding pass was missing and I was quickly blamed by emirates officials that either I reached there without a boarding pass or I had lost it. When they checked in their system it showed that I was already boarded, I understood that they gave my boarding pass to someone else but they kept on saying that I had lost it and also informed the same to plane crew, then they made a manual boarding pass for me and let me pass the gate. We were the last passengers to enter the plane. When I reached at my seat, there was someone else sitting there, upon taking attendant's help, it was discovered that the passenger sitting there had my boarding pass."
Pros: "Comfortable, great food"
Pros: "Food was good when we got it."
Cons: "Flight crew was horrible. They rarely picked up Trash and I had my call button on for 2 hrs before someone actually responded just for something to drink. They also continually bumped into everyone walking down the aisle as well as hit people with the food carts. They definitely need a lot more training. Not happy at all."
Pros: "A footrest would make the flight perfect."
Cons: "No footrest. Legs got tired. Felt like lifting them up."
Pros: "Good serevice"
Cons: "Chettinad fish curry is good"
Cons: "Food Poisoning"
Pros: "The aircraft (a 777) and the on-board amenities and service."
Cons: "Too many clueless passengers. I could not wait for the flight to end. It took a full hour and a half to get my single suitcase at the Kolkata airport."
Cons: "Cramped seating ; touch screen misaligned makes it near impossible to select entertainment;"
Cons: "The seats in business are flat but at an angle; this actuallty makes quite a difference for comfort."
Pros: "They were able to give me some medicine for my stomach ache and were so kind."
Cons: "Nothing that I can say..."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Zero opportunity for refund or rescheduling. Response: 'Sorry for your misfortune but no refund is available since you used a third party ."
Pros: "Crew, food, entertainment"
Cons: "1 hr delay with take-off due to security check of all carry-on baggage from a passenger leaving the plane"
Pros: "Great selection of entertainment."
Cons: "I closed my eyes for one minute and missed the midflight pizza snack. I was very disappointed because i could smell it, could see people being served, was hungry, and no one came by to offer anything."
Pros: "I like the flight route"
Cons: "This is my fourth time booking Emirates for my route through kayak. The route is longer but I choose it for on-board Internet for work emails. Generally, they have on-board WiFi Internet, however for my return route of 21 hours both flights had no wifi which was disappointing. This is unprofessional because if you are planning on having WiFi to respond to work emails and it is not available once you are already in the air there is nothing you could do but get stuck. Never does this happen with Lufthansa, Turkish, Etihad. Disappointing."
Pros: "Food is good, inflight entertainment is good, and even though the flight is long, Emirates does a good job inflight."
Cons: "29 passengers were arriving in JFK from MSP, a flight that was delayed due to ground staff issues at JFK (which means that Emirates' partner airline had some issues?). Plane was delayed but we landed just in time to make the connection or so we thought. After running through the terminal, we saw our plane attached to the gate for 53 minutes(I have pictures to show) but Emirates gate staff said the flight is now closed, and didn't let us board the flight. They didn't help us rebook our next flight, or pay for hotel or transportation. And some of us couldn't fly for 2 days because they were overbooked on their future flights. And that's what really happened - Emirates was overbooked for our flight, and conveniently used the excuse that they didn't know our flight had landed in JFK (seriously), and their ground staff was totally non challent about it. They asked us to call the partner airline to rebook, who instead asked us to call Emirates. 4-6 hours of calling for most of us in the middle of the night. Emirates has social media presence on Twitter & Facebook but it's like chatting with a wall. Its 100% useless and waste of time, and I have asked them where I can send my complaint but they won't respond."
Pros: "The entertainment options were great! And, they have free wine with meals."
Cons: "There was no leg room at all in economy. My knees were in the seat of the person in front of me. Most of the food was terrible and I only ate the bread. The TV is on the back of the seat in front of you and is a touch screen. You have to touch pretty hard. So, every time the person behind me was scrolling, they had to hit my seat. I couldn't sleep the entire 16 hours more than 30 minutes. I asked for water to take some medicine and was told it was 30 minutes til food service and to wait. It was over 2 hours before they started food service."
Pros: "On our onward flight from Orlando to Dubai, the crew made sure the flight was always clean (specially the toilets - they really cleaned them up every 30 mins) Not so much on the same flight returning from Dubai to Orlando - toilets get wet and messy after about 5 hours and were never cleaned after."
Cons: "Overall, food and service were ok. I really didn't think Emirates did anything different in Econony class compared to other airlines (Air India)"
Pros: "I liked the meals"
Cons: "It was hard to push my chair back"
Pros: "Food nd entertainment"
Pros: "Nothing special"
Cons: "Staff wasn't the friendliest. Waiting times on Dubai airport is way too long, the airport staff was rude, and not helpful at all. Unwilling to speak English. Can learn a lot from KLM. This was my first time flying with Emirates, will be the last."
Pros: "I love that I got a cute little bag filled with things like socks, eyemask, and ear plugs. Its just the little extra things that made it better"
Pros: "Space and the fact that everything worked. Food was excellant."
Cons: "I always like Emirates."
Pros: "The in-flight entertainment options were spectacular and the availability of the crew was first-rate."
Cons: "The late arrival from Bahrain (0130) required a 40 minute bus ride to the terminal, which reflects poorly on the reputation of Emirates and the Dubai airport in general. It felt very poorly organized and shoddily run."
Pros: "Delay in first flight which caused me a day. But accommodation provided at Dubai is fantastic. Entertainment system not worked in flight and WiFi Audi not worked."
Cons: "I would prefer to have slightly wider seats in economy for such a long flight they are a little cramped"
Pros: "Excellent all the way."
Pros: "The staff was very attentive and helpful."
Cons: "The process incase of any delays was very slow. We were on the flight for around 24 hours. I would like to request some kind of remuneration for the inconvenience caused."
Pros: "Everything rom booking to boarding to reaching the destination."
Pros: "So so"
Cons: "The first flight was late by over an hour and nobody could tell us why. They also serve food once and you don't get a snack or anything--you don't even see the attendants--for another 10 hours. Then they serve breakfast close to an hour before landing. The crew is constantly telling you to sit as if you weren't allowed to use the toilet at all when the seatbelt sign is on--and it's on the whole time. So you have to be asking permission to use the toilet when you are right next to the toilet door and about to go in because they don't allow you to use it. That's not healthy for someone to hold it."
Pros: "As always crew was great."
Cons: "Disembarking took to long waiting on business class to clear their area. Bottom seat cushions are to hard and flat had to put my cushion down to sit on."
Pros: "I got left alone! I watched movies, and slept most the flight!"
Cons: "Nothing in particular. I just wanted to be out of the plane asap since my "fun" incident in Maldives. Safe to say that emirates has ruined my vision of the maldives for a while."
