Pros: The check in counter personnel was VERY UNHELPFUL. I was running late to previous Delta flight baggage delay. The counter person would not let me check in even though I still had good 45 mins before take off. AND THE PLANE WAS DELAYED BY 40 MINUTES ANYWAY! I never made the flight, had to take train.
Cons: The entire Delta customer service was a nightmare. Delayed flights, literally lying supervisor who escalated a dispute, absurdly poor service. ASSISTING A PASSENGER WITH A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DELTA FLIGHT AFTER THE FIRST ONE WAS DELAYED IS "NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE". Seriously, it is basic courtesy!

Pros: Delta worked with us on rebooking a flight after we messed up. Onboard the staff was incredibly friendly and the free snack selection was decent (even gluten free treats). Boarding was an orderly process.

Pros: The gluten-free dinner was amazing. There was even gluten-free bread! Also, I always appreciate the free Wifi for messaging!! Also, despite there being a lot of turbulence, everyone did well. I prayed for safety and for the pilots and crew; the turbulence stopped after that and our arrival wasn't all that delayed.
Cons: The gluten-free breakfast was extremely disappointing. Yogurt, a tiny cup of fruit, and veggie sticks??? What about a gluten-free English muffin with egg instead? The boarding was a little confusing. I was one of the last to board in my group because I couldn't see from where I was sitting - I thought priority was still boarding, but group 2 was already up. Also, please be more kind to baggage.

Pros: The seat in Comfort+ was comfortable. The crew was very professional and also friendly and pleasant. The flight departed on time and arrived early.

Pros: I enjoy being a Gold SkyMiles member, which gives me the perk of being in priority boarding. I also enjoy seating in Delta comfort, especially on long flights such as the one to LA. Delta has greatly improved on keeping their passengers entertained by having the latest movies to watch, as well as, satellite television. Additionally, the mobile app is excellent since it allows you to check in and track your luggage.
Cons: Delta needs to improve their food and snack choices. The snack choices (cookies, chips, fruit, pretzels) wasn't horrible but could be better. As far as food to purchase, Delta's menu is extremely limited and not worth the price of purchasing.

Pros: We purchased economy tickets in Delta. With these tickets you don't know where you are sitting until you get to the airport. Well, we lucked out and got the Plus seats! We got free alcoholic drinks, and big plush seats! We left right on time and got there early! Overall a great experience!

Pros: The flight was early to arrive. There was also a rather frightening bit of turbulence, and the pilot explained why it had occurred, which I found very reassuring.
Cons: The food was definitely below average. It's virtually all carbohydrates.Other airlines provide you with a printed description of the menu options, so it's easier to make a choice. "Chicken or pasta" doesn't give the passengers any idea of what they are actually choosing. This time the chicken dish was served with pearl couscous, so it was basically pasta as well. The salad I was given was brown and wilted, and while the cabin attendants were kind enough to give me two salad that were in better shape (after meal service), I just think that quality control should have prevented a inedible salad from being served in the first place. I am also extremely opposed to American Airlines Transatlantic luggage fees. Since I was moving abroad rather than taking a short trip, I was not pleased about paying 100 USD for a second bag on top of an already expensive flight.

Pros: Boarding was good only because I skipped to the head of the line to get all the way to the back of the plane without having to wait in the aisles for others to get situated or hold anyone up (as no one was going further back than I). Staff was pleasant, did what they could with what they had. I was very happy that the back of the plane was not very full and I was able to lie down on the floor to nap for a couple of hours.
Cons: Entertainment was miserable. Not much to look at on the screen and the sound quality was so miserable that I could not enjoy the decent classical selections. I was frustrated by the merry-go-round visual of our plane en route to our destination and wished I could have gotten the simple clear images that were being shown at the front of our cabin. I am sorry that the only vegetarian meal is Asian, as some Asian spices give me a belly ache.

Pros: The flight crew was professional, friendly and competent. They served the dinner as early in the flight as possible.
Cons: This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight.

That made it difficult to reserve my seat in advance, and impossible (literally!) to reserve a special request meal. Online request wouldn't work so I called Iberia. They said they couldn't reserve the meal, I needed to call American. So I called American, they said they couldn't reserve the meal (even though the plane would be catered by their contracted food service-go figure THAT out!) and I should call the travel agent. Called the travel agent, who said I needed to call Iberia! Apparently no one could (or would) be responsible for my satisfaction. So the message here is: Beware the Code Share!

They finally showed up, but didn't mention that we'd be delayed (which I eventually found out thanks to a KAYAK alert). Kept telling us the flight would be 62 minutes, but it ended up taking forever. Probably not Allegiant's fault, but they acted like they wanted to hide the fact, rather than own up to it and apologize for the inconvenience as if they valued all of us as passengers.

Cons: I knew my comfort would be cramped so that was expected. My only complaint was we couldn't understand the boarding instructions at the gate when they were calling zones. The microphone stunk! So because we couldn't understand,, people got in line who shouldn't have yet, and others didn't get in line that should have which seemed to really annoy some mouthy jerk in zone 5....who then had to turn around while boarding bc he forgot his phone, lol. Karma. So, that was my only entertainment and it was pretty great.

Pros: I have never experienced this before. You stand in line to get a tag for your bag. Then you stand in line to check your bag. Then you stand in a Disney style HUGE line just to get to the escalator to take you to the second floor so you can go through security. Thank goodness for TSA precheck! That line was long but not very long like the other line.

Pros: The flight was delayed for almost 4 hrs, but the staff was excellent. From the check-in agent, the gate agent, the flight attendants and pilots - everybody was upbeat and helpful.
Cons: Just the continual delays, but the mobile notices were so helpful in not coming to the airport for a delayed flight. As always, the fact that the seats don’t recline makes the trip more uncomfortable.

Cons: No room for overhead bags near my seat. I paid $25 to sit up front and $35 for a carry on. I paid extra with the goal of deplaining first. Crew refused to allow me to stow the bags in the front bin, had to place it 10 rows back. If I didn’t run to my gags as soon as Wen landed would have been the last to deplane. If allegiant is going to charge so much for carry on, they need to find a way so front passengers are not squeezed out like this.

Pros: It is hard to beat the price of tickets for this airline. I love the price; that the flights are direct & almost always on time; that the staff, from the flight attendants to ticket agents, all seem professional, helpful & friendly; and that the planes are clean and seats well cushioned & comfortable.
Cons: I don't like that the seats don't lean back & that they are very close together with little leg/knee room. Altho the base price for the flights is cheap, they charge for "extras", including making your reservation by phone instead of online, printing out your boarding pass &choosing your seat. There's a fee for carry on's as well as regular size luggage. If you don't prepay for your luggage or if your luggage weighs more than 40 lbs, they charge $50, instead of $25. They not only charge for food, but also for water or any beverage. If you are prepared for a no frills flight & are willing to sit separately from your travel companions, etc. then this is a great way to save time (direct flights) and money. I will choose to fly with them again, even tho My husband & I prob. won't get to sit together. If you know what to expect & plan for it, it is a great way to save.

Cons: Cheap plastic "mass transit train" style seats. Poor legroom. Borderline exorbitant fees for baggage and carry-on. Also weight on checked luggage was only 40lbs per piece while industry standard is 50lbs. Makes it difficult to share one suitcase between 2 people to save on baggage "fees".

The lady behind the counter said I could not check my luggage that the only way for it to get on the plane was to take it through the TSA checkpoint. Cons: The flight was over 5 hours late. We were supposed to leave at 6:06 PM and didn't leave until about 11:10 PM. We were supposed to get into Asheville at about 8:00 PM, but finally arrived about 1:00 AM. I fly this route frequently and Allegiant has a terrible problem with on-time flights and communications with passengers waiting for their flights. I am not certain what the problem is, but it is a significant issue with them. Captain was "bubbly" and upbeat without properly managing the passengers' expectations. Bad public relations.

Pros: Well, it was a somewhat inexpensive flight out of a convenient terminal.
Cons: I say somewhat cheap, because by the time they ala carte everything, it's not so cheap anymore. As in no longer cheap enough to justify the bare bones service. The flight attendants are basically candy salespeople. I typically need help putting things in the overhead bin, but the flight attendant actually told me it wasn't her job. That indeed may be the airline's bad policy, but she also thought her way of expressing it was appropriate, which it is not. That has to come straight from the top. Also, what kinda janky airline doesn't serve complementary water. Probably the biggest deal though was that my flight was delayed for 2 hours both ways due to a maintenance issue. I know air travel is fairly safe, but given the track record of both Allegiant and Airbus, I was a little worried during the flights. Even though this particular route is convenient for me, I'm going to avoid Allegiant.

Pros: Everything was super easy with Allegiant. This was our second time flying with this airline, and even though you feel like you get nickeled and dimed to death, the overall price is still much lower than any other airline. The plane was clean and the crew, both ways were awesome and in-tune with their passengers. Don't be fooled by the pricing, this is really an outstanding airline, we will fly again with Allegiant!

Pros: The price, found a round trip from Albuquerque to Austin 3 weeks ahead for 74$. I couldn't believe it

Cons: The LA to Eugene leg was delayed in departing, but this was an improvement on the cancelled flight from Eugene to LA. Arrived at the airport 2 hours early per their instructions to find the flight was delayed. Thirty minutes later they cancelled the flight and then provided no information concerning the new flight the following day.

Pros: I liked the price. Crew was very efficient getting everyone on board. Flight was on time. Your crew for the most part was very attentive. I fly between Albuquerque and LAX at least 2x a month. This was my first time with your airline. I am definitely going to use you again.
Cons: A couple times staff was a bit inattentive. The elder lady in my row spilled her drink all over - on the tray and her lap. I had to ask 3x to get a napkin or something to help her clean it up. After the 3rd time she responded she was getting something but it was after she talked to someone and got a bottle of water for herself. It was unfortunate but overall I found your crew very nice and helpful.

Cons: I had booked seat 16C and checked in with that seat. It wasn’t until I was boarding, when I was informed my seat assignment had changed. I asked for my original seat back but was told by the gate agent that it was taken, for unknown reasons. It turned out, 16C remained empty for the entire flight. Flight crew said they did not know why the seat assignment change. I suspect it was done so that the passenger in seat 16D would have the row to herself. I would be very hesitant to fly United again after this treatment.

Cons: This airline is so beyond awful. American has the most janky planes, uncomfortable seats, and worst service on the plane. I had to beg the flight attendant to get me a wine because I was asleep when they came by and missed them by not even a half hour... She acted like it was so hard and it took asking 4 times and finally just asking another person. I was so annoyed. They also have shitty food selections per usual. Who chooses those snack items?! They clearly have no taste. I was miserable the whole flight. I usually am not a miserable traveler so this isn't just me being negative, I seriously may write one review every few months, only if something is really good or really bad. The fact that I'm even taking the time to write this says a lot!!!

Pros: Flight left and arrived on time. Good service on board.
Cons: For boarding at the gate, attendant scanned boarding passes at one terminal and asked passengers to board next to another terminal across the room. Anyone could have walked onto the plane without a boarding pass, which seems to be a security concern. It felt as if I was seated over the rear wheels of the plane. During taxi and takeoff, there was an irregular bump that made a noise and vibrated the plane every second or so, and sped up as the plane sped up. I was concerned that something was the matter with the tire or wheel.

Cons: See above comments. This was the trip back. The starting trip SFO-Frankfurt-Vienna-Yerevan was extremely unfortunate for repeated delays and constant changes of flight which resulted in stress, running, catching a cold and ruining the overall goal of the trip. I wrote a letter with details and mailed to LH Customer Feedback.
