Sat in the plane at the gate in SLC for 2+ hours before take off, getting me home nearly 3 hours later than planned.

I was impressed with how quickly the baggage transfers were made.

The Airline Attendant found us in flight and moved us to seats in the front of economy due to the short time we would have to make our connecting flight. We really appreciated it.

For some reason, there was very little volume on the cabin announcements. You could not hear what the pilot or crew were saying.

Carmen was an absolute delight on the flight staff! Everyone was lovely and made it a very pleasant flight.

No snacks not been water was offered I fly weekly and have to select Economy or extra comfort per business rules but will choose American at least they offer mid seat class passengers water. on short flights. The WIFI was awful on the plane as well. The thing I can not figure out is why you treat business class people this way we spend more money that your one trip first class passengers cumulative than others maybe look at the company name of the people flying and treat us better as there are thousands of us flying weekly and choose what airline we want to select.

The boarding agent guy in Lexington on 7/23 that boarded the flights to Atlanta is very rude for working in customer service. I know there were delays but he was dismissive rude and arrogant. Most native Kentucky residents are nice and very cordial he needs to eat a big ole piece of humble pie. I watched him be rude to several people and as much as he could of filled up a delayed flight to save you money and he was so rude to people it was ridiculous. Next no water or snacks on short flights is awful 1st you delay a flight then do not even offer water on the flight.. No thanks I like delta better but I travel ever week and to be treated like this might as well fly American at least they offer water and have better rewards.

The staff was fine. The plane was extremely tight, and I paid for the wifi and it did not work at all. I was actually going to ask for a refund.

Left on time and arrived early this extending our 31 minute transfer. Bags made it also!

The crew was very polite as I have a few handicaps and everything was made pleasant. Check-in was easy as I was brought on board by the wheelchair assistant. One flight attendant did make sure my personal item was carefully stored under the seat in front of me. I was made to feel welcome as a customer as I made my first trip with a few disabilities. Entertainment and wifi worked quite well. The only food service were snacks and drinks. Those were okay. Overall it was a very smooth flight and encouraged me to use Delta again.
