West jet couldn’t give us anywhere near the car seat we have and not one that fits in my car."

Pros: "I was in first class this time. The seat was comfortable for the flight of roughly 2-1/2 hours. We were served a continental breakfast that was filling and healthy with cereal, fresh fruit, Brie, soft crackers and yogurt. I'd rather have something simple but satisfying than something overcomplicated and possibly not that good. The crew was polite and efficient. I did have to use the lavatory at one point and I was happy that it was clean."

I loved the page in the mag about seat exercises to keep your leg circulation up. Couldn't bend my knees even. Disgusting"

This seems to slow the process of boarding as know passengers are asked multiple times to check baggage (for free, which is the one nice thing) before boarding b/c the overheads will be too full. Group 6 which I was in seemed like it was just the rest of the plane. Super busy, took me forever to get to my seat all the way in the back. Why don't airlines reverse board? People sitting in the back should board first. I feel like this would save so much time."

While struck on the second leg and speaking with AA customer service about the reschedule I was told that they didn't have the ability to rectify the error because they no longer had control of my ticket and that I had to take into consideration that three was an event in San Antonio that caused delays network wide that added tio the initial issue... HOGWASH! 1) it was another AA issue where an AA aircraft drive of the runway while I was in flight on the first errant leg. 2) if they had just been straight from the outset, I wouldn't have been delayed. I will never fly AA AGAIN!"

Not to mention the time a way from work where I just sat around in the bush doing nothing. On the way home, they lost my bag again. No one ever came to customer service desk and I had to call a number to India who was zero help. Terrible experience. Never fly Air Canada!!!!!"

We could easily have saved 45 minutes in Toronto airport without having to wait for our bags."

Pros: "The food was pretty good for airline food. The stewardesses were nice and attentive, and they provided an ipad for in-flight entertainment free of charge (usually $10) when my boyfriend's laptop couldn't use the system. Air Canada employees at check-in were polite and worked quickly."
Cons: "We had a terrible experience on our first flight from Chicago to Toronto, causing us to miss our connection and delaying our travel essentially 24hrs in total. We were expecting the worst this time around as well, but things went without a hitch. Only complaint is that the in-flight wifi kept cutting out so I had to keep restarting the videos I was watching, almost every 15min or so. My boyfriend's Air Canada-provided iPad had great service though, and access to newer released movies."

Cons: "We purchased tickets for Air Canada, only to find out that it was their budget flight, Air Canada Rouge. No television on a long Trans Atlantic flight - How boring! Talk about "bait and switch"."
Pros: "I upgraded to be in the front for more leg room cuz I'm a tall lady. It was the first time I did that and I was comfy. Definitely doing that again. I also like how discreet the flight attendant was when I requested a seat belt extender."
