Cons: "One flight attendant yelled at me for switching seats, even though I had asked permission to move seats. Another flight attendant clumsily kicked me when leaning over to serve another passenger. After living in Japan, it's pretty rough to see the low bar of American customer service."

Pros: "Although we had to get a replacement plane due to fuel leak on the original, Delta accomplished the switch quickly and efficiently. The Captain came out to greet us, and the flight crew was pleasant, courteous, and professional."

Pros: "Crew was nice. The tv/movie technology was fantastic!! Huge selection of movies that made the time fly by, and very easy to use as opposed to my other flight over. Food was good. I love that you get tons of food and drinks (more food than I could eat actually)."
Cons: "I couldn't get both of my boarding passes printed in London so I had to get it from an agent in Minneapolis. I hate that it's so hard to get a seat assigned and a boarding pass before the trip."
Pros: "Delta crews are very friendly and helpful. Seats are 'good' on the E175 plane - better than the cramped CRJ200 on some other short flights. We boarded early, left a little early and arrived early. Nothing to complain about, except maybe a crying baby behind me, but that's not Delta's fault. :)"

Cons: "Denver airport is far too large for there to be such a small security check therefore it took forever and I missed the flight. Delta tried to charge me $1000 for another ticket to Albany and I decided to fly with another airline for half the price instead"

Cons: "The crew member that handled my stroller roughly and tore a hole in the canvas. The canvas was also black with grime from the bottom of the plane it appears. The stroller canvas was expensive and brand new."

Pros: "With all the competition among airlines and the cutbacks we suffer as customers Delta manages to make you feel like you matter still. Timely boarding, actual help with finding seats making boarding efficient (not just hurrying you along), updates from the cockpit that you could hear and understand, multiple choices in snacks-one even a healthy option, staff that was friendly and interested in making it a good experience not one that seemed bothered they had to work."

Cons: "The plane got delayed on the runway and the shut the engines off so the plane got super hot, but even after we got up in the air it never cooled down. Normally I’m freezing on flights, but I just sat sweating this whole flight. It was terrible."
Pros: "Boarding was fast and well planned. The pilot was talking to the passengers politely, was updating about the flight every time when it was turbulence. The crew is very smiling, sweet and nice. The snacks are good and fresh. Very clean airplane with a good fresh odor. Good job! You are fantastic!"

Pros: "Seems like people that work for Delta are too old and too comfortable. Don’t want to work nor do they appreciate customers. Gate agent in SLC complained she was the only one there and could not help. Tried to send me tohelp desk which would have made me miss my flight. Flight attendant couldn’t move my back pack in bin did not tell me she had a bad shoulder. She should not be working then if she can’t lift a small backpack. Omg"
Pros: "The exit row seat on this leg out of PHL to SLC did recline! No need for Delta Comfort+ unless you want to get off of the plane ... faster."
Cons: "For some reason, the pilot couldn't figure out how to adjust the cabin temperature for the first hour or so. This made the flight (and I was sitting in an exit row seat, right by the door which is usually cooler) uncomfortably hot and muggy. Food? No food. Thank goodness for Delta Lounge (even if it was the one in PHL). Just snacks make this a poor option for many. I don't know what is up, but the USB charger on the two monitors didn't work and neither did the outlet between the seats. And I have two different sets of cables "just in case" and they're the 3-in-1 so I can try to charge multiple devices (Apple, Android and Samsung) but nothing worked."

Cons: "Did not appreciate Aeromexico/Delta changing my flight times after I booked, giving me a more than 7 hour layover."
Pros: "We have been on 6 flights over the last 8 days, all with Delta and we have already started telling people how wonderful the service was. Sherry on this last flight was amazing, working so hard all by herself as our flight attendant. We were very impressed. And the pilots all came out to say goodbye and thank you. All very nice...esp for me who needed some wheelchair assistance. We will certainly fly with you again in the future."

Cons: "My one complaint is the bathroom layout of the A320. Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

Cons: "The plane was late to JFK and then we had to wait for them to deboard and prepare for us to get one. Now we are in DCA and we can’t even get to our gate for another 10 mins"

Gate staff unaware of new terminal 3 to TBIT airside shuttle nearly directed us to leave domestic and requeue for international security. Will like skip Delta connectors to long haul international flights and just fly direct from SFO."

Cons: "1- 2 hour delay in Atlanta, 2- Missed my RJA international connection from JFK, 3- My luggage was not delivered to me by Delta in New York. 4- Had to spend one night in a NY hotel, and pay $185 for it, and I was told that Delta doesn't pay for the hotel because the delay was caused by New York Air Traffic Control. 5- After Delta re-booked me on Air France the next day, I made it to Amman, Jordan a day late without my luggage; which arrived another day late."
Pros: "The crew from SYD to LAX was absolutely excellent! The food is always plenty and hot, and I really appreciate being given a whole bottle of water. Also, thank you for leaving snacks out for us especially those who sleep through the meal service. Very satisfied with the airline so far!"

Cons: "Flight attendants need to enforce all policies. It makes no sense to enforce a seat being leaned back a 1/2 inch but allow a Face Mask be worn as a Chin Guard through the entire flight instead wearing it properly!"
Pros: "I was in first class this time. The seat was comfortable for the flight of roughly 2-1/2 hours. We were served a continental breakfast that was filling and healthy with cereal, fresh fruit, Brie, soft crackers and yogurt. I'd rather have something simple but satisfying than something overcomplicated and possibly not that good. The crew was polite and efficient. I did have to use the lavatory at one point and I was happy that it was clean."
Cons: "The entertainment system was down, but it wasn't American - it was gogoflight or whatever it's called. I ended up listening to my Audible so it turned out alright, but on a 2+ hour flight, it could have been frustrating."

I have 30,000.00 in cameras and they tried to get me to do this both times saying the bag will not fit. The Flight Attendant each time say that it fits JUST FINE! I'm going to try to avoid American Airlines as much as I can!"

Pros: "This is a old 767 I was on. No individual TV's. The reading lights never worked. I chanced it on buying the wifi for $19 dollars which turned out to be super fast and I was able to stream movies. Meal and drinks and beer were included. But no way to charge your phone with out a car charger. This plane had no AC ports."
