Also, it took over 30 minutes upon multiple requests for the attendant to acknowledge my need for assistance."

It would have been nice if I was informed as soon as I landed so I did not have to wait for an hour unnecessarily. And the paperwork to report the missing baggage was totally Chaotic. Whoever barged to the counter and was aggressive got priority and taking down the details and giving us a receipt. This is probably my 5 or 6 flight in Qatar and it seems that you guys are slipping up as Emirates had done. Hope you don't."

The toileterries provided are not high in desirability quotient and can be improved in at least one leg of the international flights."

After the long wait the first day to be told what was going on, with much anxiety, on the second day there was also a delay boarding. Although it was short, of course everyone was on edge. And BA did not tell us what was happening!!"

We were served a continental breakfast that was filling and healthy with cereal, fresh fruit, Brie, soft crackers and yogurt. I'd rather have something simple but satisfying than something overcomplicated and possibly not that good. The crew was polite and efficient. I did have to use the lavatory at one point and I was happy that it was clean."

Missed an entire day due to AA not having another plain? Or not finding another way to put passengers in other flights."

I have 30,000.00 in cameras and they tried to get me to do this both times saying the bag will not fit. The Flight Attendant each time say that it fits JUST FINE! I'm going to try to avoid American Airlines as much as I can!"

Cons: "I bought travel insurance as I do with any trip. I have a complicated family emergency that forced me to call off the trip. Being that I bought trip insurance, I felt good. Well turns out they make you jump through so many hoops that your travel insurance fee is useless. I sent a letter to Allianz (the company that handles the travel insurance) and blasted them for their insensitivity in a difficult time. Going forward, I will not be purchasing travel insurance in the future. It may sound irrational but if you think about it, travel insurance is the tax on gullible people. You hear travel insurance and one assumes that if you spend the extra money on the insurance and something comes up, you can at least get much of your money back. Don't count on it! It's a 1/1000 chance they will do the right thing so the odds are not in people's favor. If you want to be smart, use the money you would have spent on travel insurance on some pre flight cocktails at the airport bar. Air travel is hellish enough without scams like Allianz!"

When I noticed several seats empty after the plane had finished boarding and asked the head flight attendant if my wife and I might not together, she refused, saying they weren't going to give us a free upgrade. When we went to drop off our bags for the next leg of the flight, from Brussels to Dulles, the bag check counters we're severely understaffed and we waited almost an hour just to drop off two suitcases. This made us nearly miss our flight and required us to sprint through the airport and beg to cut the security line. After boarding, my entertainment screen stopped working, though they did manage to fix it a couple of hours into the flight. Needless to say, this was less then a stellar experience."

Pros: "Your mobile website only asked for first and last name, not middle. Yan was denied boarding from LAX to CAN after she was allowed to fly from DEN to LAX without the middle namename on the ticket. We have had so many problems are are trying to get Air China to refund part of the ticket but they hang up on us frequently. They are almost as bad as Kayak who screwed us over with not having a middle name spot for proceline ticket purchase. I will also be calling you to tell you."

Cons: "Late departure not good with wheelchair disability services"

Cons: "The landing was terrible. I guess everyone is allowed a “opps”"

Cons: "Been a long time since we had to walk down onto the tarmac to board a plane. Would rather not have to do that. Otherwise a good experience."

Pros: "And it was actually terrific. United employees were top shelf at every stop, on every plane. (I did seven flights total.)"

Cons: "Flight got cancelled, stuck for an extra day in Honolulu. United put me in a hotel for the night, but I have to check out at 11am and the new flight doesn't leave until 8:40pm. So now I'm just supposed to sit around the airport for 9 hours? Plus last night they told me all the other flights were full. But my girlfriend called this morning and also checked online and there was an earlier flight at 7am, that would have still got me to Denver tonight. and there WAS availability on it, but since I got different information from different people, time ran out and I couldn't get on that one. So I lose an entire day of my trip, and have to cancel the appointments I had scheduled in Denver for today. Plus the expense of having to find food in Honolulu for a day. So...yay united. Once again, you're awesome."

Cons: "I had a man sit next to me who was in the wrong seat but didn't move. He told the girl to keep his seat and he would stay next to me. He was so big he was in my space and had didn't make any effort to try not to spill over in my area. I had to put a magazine next to my thigh because his body was so hot it was damp! I hated the entire trip. I was cramped up and extremely uncomfortable. This is simply unacceptable to have this happen because huge people can't fit in one seat. I want these obese people to be required to purchase 2 seats because they take mine."

Cons: "I understand sometimes there are problems with gates once a plane lands, but an hour on the tarmac waiting to get into a gate is ridiculous. Pay up to have gates available for your aircraft. We have choices when flying. If you disrespect the customer's time, we take our business elsewhere. Also, having the customer do everything from tagging our baggage and automated check-in at the airport should reflect in the price we pay for a flight. Instead, you make us do all the work and keep prices the same."

Cons: "The temperature was warm and at times uncomfortable making us perspire"

Cons: "I have priority boarding but was last group to get on and wifi did not work half way through flight until we landed."

Cons: "This airline is so beyond awful. American has the most janky planes, uncomfortable seats, and worst service on the plane. I had to beg the flight attendant to get me a wine because I was asleep when they came by and missed them by not even a half hour... She acted like it was so hard and it took asking 4 times and finally just asking another person. I was so annoyed. They also have shitty food selections per usual. Who chooses those snack items?! They clearly have no taste. I was miserable the whole flight. I usually am not a miserable traveler so this isn't just me being negative, I seriously may write one review every few months, only if something is really good or really bad. The fact that I'm even taking the time to write this says a lot!!!"

Cons: "For boarding at the gate, attendant scanned boarding passes at one terminal and asked passengers to board next to another terminal across the room. Anyone could have walked onto the plane without a boarding pass, which seems to be a security concern. It felt as if I was seated over the rear wheels of the plane. During taxi and takeoff, there was an irregular bump that made a noise and vibrated the plane every second or so, and sped up as the plane sped up. I was concerned that something was the matter with the tire or wheel."

Pros: "-Complimentary Snack and beverage -Can pick your seats when booking -Changing Tables in restrooms -Entertainment options -Early boarding for families with small children"
Cons: "-Free Soda but charged for water -Had confirmed seats but then our party with 2 toddlers got split up -Semi convenient( rather small could hardly fit a 1 year old) changing table but then flight attendants threw a fit when a stinky diaper was changed in there. -Had to have special programs on device to even play anything, thought I had everything on for return flight to watch movies but nope still needed something extra Wifi only works for United App and Website -Waiting in the shorter line to preboard with our 2 toddlers only to be cut off by a Global Travel Program(?) family with 15+ people"

Cons: "When I got to the ticket counter my reservations had been canceled by united. Worst part is the flight is now completely booked. I was lucky enough to make the flight thanks to a late flight from vegas where 7 people were connecting from but it was pretty stressful to walk up to the counter to be told the reservation you have had for 2 months was no longer reserved. This was one of the rudest staffed planes I've been on. These guys aren't over worked. I don't know why they can be so hateful. I loved united but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. It all worked out in the end, but I still can't follow why my flight reservation was canceled without me being notified. I shouldn't find something like that out when I get to the airport with my luggage in my hand."

Cons: "Plane was late leaving and you lost my luggage. I had $40 of frozen smoke meat on it that spoiled and I had no clothes or anything until 11:00 the next day and there was only one transfer for the luggage to make plus they had extra time because the plane was LATE."

Pros: "Download the United App (before takeoff! Or you'll have to pay). The App has some good movies and you can watch them free of charge."

Cons: "Three hour Houston delay; I accepted a change in scheduled flights with less delays and $300 compensation, but the offer was withdrawn without explanation. And had to switch seats in the first leg to redistribute weight."

Pros: "Quick, simple, easy to set up. Saved us from spending overnight in Atlanta waiting on Southwest."
Cons: "Nada."

Pros: "The entertainment on board was great. The crew was very helpful"
Cons: "Ticket was sold as Lufthansa but it was a United flight and plane. The United lounge was overcrowded and pleasures poor amenities. We were delayed for 3 hours because of navigation malfunctions, according to the captain. I almost missed my connection in Munich and the staff in Germany was not helpful at all in helping me figure out my options."
