Cons: "After a delay of about an hour on a very full flight the gate agent asked for volunteers to check their rollaboard suitcases. The gate agents then allowed those who checked their rollaboards to board before Zone 1,which was fine. However, a bunch of people without gate check stickers on the rollaboards were also allowed to board before Zone 1, which was aggravating. There was a long delay on the tarmac, during which we had to pull back to the gate or to a maintenance area before we finally took off. When we arrived in Vegas there was no gate for us to pull into, which led to another long delay of an already long and delayed flight."

Cons: "The gate agent was the opposite of professional. You might as well get a cardboard cutout. The gate agent was unable or unwilling to explain when and how I would get my seat assignment and with what group I should board with. A passenger helped me. I am a frequent flyer, primarily AA, I will never fly Delta again."

Cons: "We had to get seats at boarding because of the flight delay. She offered us two seats in the back. I knew they don't pushback so I said no. She had given the woman ahead of me two seats in comfort plus. Did not offer that and was rude. There were at least a few empty seats in that area. As a courtesy to us having 1)been delayed in Costa Rica. And then 2) a long wait for the connecting flight in Atlanta it would have been reasonable to offer those seats. Which remained empty"

Pros: "The plane was large enough to be comfortable and to moderate the effects of turbulence more than the smaller plane I was on to NYC. The flight attendant was very warm, fun and personable. I enjoyed being able to watch a movie on my phone through the go go app. It was a late flight so I appreciated the lights being turned off."
Cons: "I wasn't happy with the seat selection being made for me at the gate--I was in the loudest part of the plane in the rear. I wish there had been a better selection of snacks, my flight into NYC had many more options."

Cons: "I was on the way to the airport when I was notified of the 1st delay. I am sure Delta knew there were issues already and should have let me know earlier in the day. The delays kept increasing. We were offered snacks at the gate. That is it. No free drinks on the plane, no free premium movies. Very bad customer service. More explanations were needed as to the cause of the delay."

Cons: "My husband and I although booked together were seated in middle seats 9 rows apart. We atrempted to change our seats online at KLM (not possible), online at Delta (didn't recognize our KLM purchased flight), in person at KLM counter in SVG, in person with THE Delta rep at the check-in gate in AMS...no one could help us due to different systems used for seating for each company that the other one doesn't have access to. Flights booked by one company and operated by another seem common enough that this system needs to be improved. - Silver KLM travelers Also WAY too hot on plane."

Pros: "Crew made flight enjoyable. Lots of Starbucks coffee and food. Can use wifi for free to stream movies to iPad, which is much better quality in picture and sound than onboard video."

Cons: "When I purchased a meal there were elements missing. When I asked the flight attendant for the missing elements, she signed loudly and said "that means I'll have to open every single meal" which any intelligent person could tell you that's not true - just swap out the 1 meal. Then they lost my luggage and was told it would be delivered at my hotel and hour after I arrived. This was a lie and several times I called their hotline and each time I was told they didn't have a status. Then their hotline closed at 10p. I didn't get my luggage until 3am (which was 6am by my body's clock still on EST) and then had to go to a huge annual work event with no sleep, a headache, and nausea."
