The gate agent (when I got off my flight from Lexington to Charlotte) had dismissed the person who was supposed to wheelchair me to the next gate I waited 10 minutes for her to call for another wheelchair assistant After 25 minutes of saving I ask her to call again as no one had shown up She was too busy talking to a friend and then left and went up to check on the next flight while I sat there I personally flag down three people asking for assistance Finally one of them told me that a person with a clipboard type device would be the one to help me I explained I had had nothing to eat in Lexington my way there because the restaurant closed due to some kind of flooding or other plumbing problem before my order could be brought to me I saw a person with a clip for type of device is actually help me get to the restaurant where I waited in line to get a table This person stayed with me as long as she could before she was called to assist another customer I was able to get something to eat then had to walk to my fly and barely made it onto the flight I have never been treated so poorly as I was in this situation I have a new knee and was in a lot of pain and was hungry I would like someone from American to contact me and indicate what Itgey will do id to compensate me for my time, trouble, and inconvenience as well as pain in his poor treatment of a customer

We were delayed in Charlotte for almost 2 hours because American Airlines didn't have flight attendants for our flight.

There was no entertainment available on this trip ever through there was a screen for each seat."

Flight itself was ok - just a low fare airline that charges for everything from printing a boarding pass to selecting seats on the plane. At the end of the day, I don't think we saved much over Southwest and there was a lot more stress worrying about the weight of the bags - we were over anyway at a cost of $50 (3 pounds over).

So I cancelled and only then did I find out that once I booked it through their site I could not get a refund for the car and I could only get a voucher for use on one of their flights! And only after they take out any fees and costs that was accrued! So angry!"

When it did come time to board, they told everyone in the line that was going to Cincinnati that we couldn't check in until 2 hours before the departure time. Apparently there were some other flights that left before us. If they had told us to keep our place in line and to let other people through, that wouldn't have been a problem. But, they didn't. Their own website says you should check baggage at least 2 hours before your flight and no more than 4 hours before. They took it upon themselves to change the rules on people who arrive early. Then, once they no longer had anyone else to check in, they changed their rules again and start checking in people for Cincinnati about 2.5 hours ahead of time. A little communication and brain power from the staff would have gone a long way. After all that mess, the flight was delayed leaving about 15 minutes without any updates from Allegiant either."

I fly Allegiant a lot, and have grown very tired of the sales pitch for your credit card. All I can think of when I hear it is a barker at a carnival. And the card is not the great deal you promote. The 3% you get back for using the credit card to pay for Allegiant fares is entirely offset by the 3% levy yoiu impose for using a credit card. I am better off just continuing to use my debit card. once. I do like your $29 optional payment allowing one to change flights once. Southwest lets yoiu do this without such a fee, but no other airline even makes the option available."

It'll be three days of not being able to get there because of spirits unethical and subpar customer service. I will never choose to fly Spirit again after this"

I was on line with multiple people who had to pay for their next flight even though there was plenty of time to get to the gate. I will never fly spirit again!"

Instead a got the screw job TWICE. I understand that it is not in their control of the pilot strike. But good service would disclose that information as to not cause additional problems. Spirit airlines is a complete pile of $hit and I will never be flying with them again."

Price ended up the same as other airlines, with longer wait time to check a carry on bag and a damaged bag. Also they charge high prices for any food and drink including water. So if you think you get a cheap price, be aware. This will be only good if you travel with 1 personal item small bag but no carry on or checked bag."

Pros: "The price was reasonable and we were able to secure a non-stop flight to and from Detroit from New Orleans. Boarding went smoothly and flight attendants are mostly pleasant. Both flights departed on time and both arrived earlier than scheduled time."

I think adding a cost to everything seemed a bit excessive. Drinks and snacks were expensive also. Better to bring a snack and bottle of water with you."

Saw another Spirit rep, while in TSA line. she rudely said "no-way!" and walked away.. Finally, I "seriously" begged and cut in TSA line. Ran. Made it to gate for final boarding call!!!"
