Cons: "Cleanliness of airplane. Vents and tray tables were very dirty"

Pros: "First flight I’ve been on where United airlines has adequate leg room for a tall person. A newish airbus plane. I’ve been avoiding United for a number of years cause their planes tend to be very uncomfortable for taller passengers. This is the seat spacing that all airlines should have."

Cons: "United shouldn't make access to the in-flight entertainment on planes *without* monitors dependent on the customer's personal electronic devices if they don't offer an intranet link that is available to all devices. For example, not all devices also for the download of certain files to java script which is necessary to gain access to the in flight entertainment."

Cons: "The pilot is inexperienced and did not aware early landing more than 30 mins would be undesirable as the assigned gate is still occupied by another plane. Therefore, we were forced to taxi around leading to excessive delay more than 20mins caausing a lot of conencting passengers had to run. The pilot should be retrained"

Cons: "We were sitting right next to the crew resting area and it was very restricting to us. I had two little kids that I had to keep quiet for about 6 hours out of 8. Even when my kids were quiet, we were reminded twice to keep quiet. It was very restricting and I was forced to walk back and forth with my two year old to keep her quiet so the crew can rest. Why is the crew resting when they are supposed to be working on that flight? The meal quality sucked, I did not finish it, let alone my kids. My kids were prettu much hungry for 8 hrs. Not a very family friendly flight."

Cons: "Our flight got cancelled three times before they finally switched us to Delta. We missed an entire 2 days of our vacation that we haven't got reimbursed for. One of the agents that worked for United Airlines put her hands on my friend that I was traveling with and the police got involved. It was an horrible experience and no one was trying to accommodate us for our troubles what's so ever. I will NEVER fly United again. A waste of time and money."

Cons: "I had to be switched to a different airline, arriving 3 hours after I was supposed to I was late to my grandmother's funeral and had the most difficult time even arranging this, as the rep rebooking was adamant about me getting on the next United flight 12 hours later Then, my $310 luggage failed to arrive and I had no clothes to wear to my grandmother's wake. When it did arrive, my suitcase was broken. I tried filing a claim with United and they dismissed it and stated that they were not responsible - a recurring theme from this entire experience"

Although "comping" a film was a nice gesture, it would have been nice if the films started from the beginning. So it was basically pointless. Woman who sat next to me was a train wreck. When the snack/drink carts came around, I asked for a drink it was completely flat and disgusting. Just an overall terrible experience."

Cons: "This airline is so beyond awful. American has the most janky planes, uncomfortable seats, and worst service on the plane. I had to beg the flight attendant to get me a wine because I was asleep when they came by and missed them by not even a half hour... She acted like it was so hard and it took asking 4 times and finally just asking another person. I was so annoyed. They also have shitty food selections per usual. Who chooses those snack items?! They clearly have no taste. I was miserable the whole flight. I usually am not a miserable traveler so this isn't just me being negative, I seriously may write one review every few months, only if something is really good or really bad. The fact that I'm even taking the time to write this says a lot!!!"

Cons: "For boarding at the gate, attendant scanned boarding passes at one terminal and asked passengers to board next to another terminal across the room. Anyone could have walked onto the plane without a boarding pass, which seems to be a security concern. It felt as if I was seated over the rear wheels of the plane. During taxi and takeoff, there was an irregular bump that made a noise and vibrated the plane every second or so, and sped up as the plane sped up. I was concerned that something was the matter with the tire or wheel."

Pros: "Our names are Steve and Jan Hovde if you have any other questions about our flight concerns. We can be reached by phone at 360-332-8414. We did not call FAA, but still very much a concern. We have flown United other times and many other airlines and many Boeing 737's...we noticed other passengers looking at each other because of the clunking and growling sounds."
Cons: "most important I vowed I would try and call FAA about safety concerns with the plane. Mechanical noises prior to take off , during flight(right fan whine) - could hear it when started engines in SF., Some loud clunking at take off bringing in landing wheels and again letting down for landing in Seattle. When plane came to stop at the gate, again some noises we have never heard before on 737's. Please check out that plane more closely. Part of our concern is that Pilot mentioned before take off that they had problems with scheduled 737 and they needed extra time to locate another 737 that could be used(Why our take off was rescheduled twice and different gate)......it seemed that one that had been mothballed may have been brought out to use......We did mention some of this tactfully to stewardess' standing near exit when we got off the plane(She seemed surprised and wondered what we were talking about. We were so thankful we made it. We just figured that flight crew would be tracking these odd noises and pass along to captain if he couldn't hear."

Cons: "Everything was horrible. The fried noodles that they served was too soggy. The crew was understaffed but it won't justified their bad service. I called twice and noone came to helped. They had a young Asian male flight attendant that was flirting with other 2 guy passengers. But when other passengers approached him he wasn't very nice at all, he had this unpleased face all the time, It was hot and we couldn't connect to the internet. It was just horrible. Sucks paying so much for a very bad service."
