Cons: "It is ridiculous to have elderly passengers made to carry heavy luggage up and down multiple steep stairways. This happened in Dublin, Edinburgh and of all places, Heathrow was the worst. There is no excuse not to have level walkways and Entrances to these large planes. Totally unacceptable given the prices we pay to travel."

Cons: "We had a horrible experience in boarding BA both in Chicago and returning from London. In both instances, our seats were held back, told the flight was oversold (we booked 90 prior to the flight, and almost didn't get on the flight returning home. Our confirmed flight was meaningless. I'll never use Kayak again."

Cons: "Ridiculous last-minute gate change with no notice in Frankfurt forced us to go through security twice and throw away our refreshment purchases. US Customs and Passport Control at Seatac was disorganized and downright surly. My spouse and I were separated on the flight and there is no room for adult bodies to sit with so many seats across without being pressed uncomfortably into strangers for nine hours. It is nearly impossible to sleep under such inhuman conditions. Shame on British Airways for putting profit over service and comfort."

Cons: "Horrible lie flat seats with absolutely no stowage room. Seats are super cramped with 8 in a row you feel like being transported in a cattle car. Crew was most decidedly unfriendly. We were boarded on time despite the fact BA knew the flight was delayed and sat at the gate for an hour. Food was equivalent to hospital food. U must be crazy to fly business in BA. Never again."

Pros: "Crew were lovely, although they never came back to do a second drink service and didn’t answer call button, so anyone in PE had to walk back through Coach to get a drink. Not great. Food was tasty."
Cons: "Premium Economy barely worth it and not as advertised - no amenity kit, in flight service identical to Coach (except for upgraded meal), seat super uncomfortable with an awkward footrest and a non working headrest."

The " system " would not allow my baggage to be sent to the final destination forcing me through the long arrivals line and then back through the lines for screening a second time for the day. That is not at all customer oriented !"

Cons: "My first leg flight was delayed and I booked through kayak on two different airlines and the first airline did not communicate with the second airline so 5 passengers ran to make the change and arrived 1 min after the jetbridge to get on the plane was pulled away. It was incredible frustrating and could have very easily been avoided with communication from the airlines"

Cons: "Boarding badly organised ... signs telling you where to queue are double sided and depending which side you see first direct you into the wrong lane... Left a bit late but arrived pretty much on time. Baggage didn't arrive after a 2 hour transfer and this is the third time in four times over the past few years. I strongly do not recommend BA as a domestic UK connection after an international arrival."

Cons: "Extra charge for items traditionally included on trans-Atlantic flights, entertainment choices dated and limited, assigned seating clumped travelers together instead of spreading them out among available travelers."

Cons: "Although it was clear already around 9:30 that this flight (scheduled to depart at 10:25) would be severely delayed sue to fog in CDG and LHR, the local British Airways staff adamantly refused to assist in rerouting us either from Paris or from London to our final destination in Chicago. Their complete lack of cooperation was stunning and quite offensive. A different tune was played by the airport staff for international connections who helped us expeditiously and kindly to be rerouted on an United Airlines flight."

Cons: "When the ticket was issued it never said anything about who the subsidiary operating airline is. That caused so much confusion that I missed my flight despite of arriving at the airport almost 3 hours before departure. Then on my way back I asked for a tissue she threw one on the table with a snarl and said they are in the bathroom. Then the plane was standing still in the tarmac for good 10 minutes and I needed a tissue again - the same stewardess was extremely rude in telling me to go back to my seat - I advised her to be calm and speak appropriately. I was only trying to get the tissue paper from the toilet."

Cons: "This was a connecting flight for us and was delayed causing us to miss our flight home from London to Los Angeles. There were no flights back to Los Angeles until the following morning (18 hours later). We had to stay in a hotel near the airport in the meantime. My boyfriend and I were forced to miss work an additional day causing stress and inconvenience to our lives."

Cons: "The flight was being run by Iberia, not British Airways. Iberia has a policy which did not allow me to check in without proof of a return flight. Unfortunately, my travel partner had booked the return flight and did not share the details with me. I was not able to reach my travel partner and, as such, was forced to buy a new ~$2,300 return ticket on the spot in order to provide the necessary proof. This was an extreme inconvenience, as I nearly missed my flight. If Iberia or British Airways made its travelers aware of this policy in advance of their check in. I have no intention of flying Iberia ever again."

Cons: "Never landed in Coruna, we landed in Santiago, and I received one one piece of my luggage, hope I may get the rest pretty soon, very desappointed."

Pros: "Flights were fine, normal, typical. No leg-room but that's the case on all flights these days."
Cons: "Flights were fine but connection time in London AWEFUL! They gave us just one hour to connect and you absolutely can not get from one terminal to the other - a long distance apart even by bus - and then go through security yet again, in just one hour. Then, as everyone is in the same boat, you wait in line for a couple of hours to be re-booked. Terrible! It all turned into a fiasco - 11 hours of travel, turning into 24. Awful. We will NEVER USE HETHROW AIRPORT AS A CONNECTING POINT AGAIN - EVER!!!!!!!!!"

Pros: "Helpful staff at BA Heathrow and crew onboard BA287. Great luggage delivery speed at SFO relative to other cities recently visited."
Cons: "Lost my wife's reservation for return trip. Thus, lost the extra luggage reservation and payment as well. Seems Aer Lingus failed to input her ticket properly into BA system. That's what BA claimed, anyway. It had been a mystery as to why we could not check in on line so we knew something was wrong. Could not easily pick up phone to correct while in UK. FINALLY, BECAUSE OF LATE CHECKIN, SEATS WERE MIDDLE MIDDLE in a giant airbus jet and quite a bit less desirable than we usually get by checking in early and arriving early. Overall a disappointment, tho we arrived safely and nearly on time."

Pros: "I was very appreciative that the cabin crew went through the cabin prior to take off to check that everyone was wearing a mask properly (covering mouth AND nose). I flew United a few weeks ago and had to politely ask the person next to me both on return and departing flight to make sure the mask covered thier nose. A lot of people in the cabin weren't wearing masks properly and the crew didn't seem to care."

Cons: "They claim to be cleaning these planes but I find that hard to believe when there is Gum on the window sill. We were also delayed quite a bit in the boarding process. Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."

Pros: "I was in first class this time. The seat was comfortable for the flight of roughly 2-1/2 hours. We were served a continental breakfast that was filling and healthy with cereal, fresh fruit, Brie, soft crackers and yogurt. I'd rather have something simple but satisfying than something overcomplicated and possibly not that good. The crew was polite and efficient. I did have to use the lavatory at one point and I was happy that it was clean."
Cons: "The entertainment system was down, but it wasn't American - it was gogoflight or whatever it's called. I ended up listening to my Audible so it turned out alright, but on a 2+ hour flight, it could have been frustrating."

Pros: "They seated my husband and I together. The flight was smooth."

Cons: "Flight was late, so we were late for our connecting flight. We made it but our luggage didn’t. Now we are on vacation with non of our stuff. Also, it wouldn’t allow me to check in on line, so we were in one of the latest boarding groups."

I ran from the one set of gates to the other, but I missed the boarding, even though the plane was still there. I was extremely disappo"

Cons: "After flying in Delta Comfort+, American’s forward economy section is just nothing."

Cons: "The plane was so small no roller bags could be accommodated. All bags were gate checked. Retrieving all those bags while on the jetway was difficult"

Cons: "It would have been helpful if American Airlines would notify passengers when they have selected a window seat where no window exists. I am very broad shouldered and that extra 3 inch well the window creates is crucial for me. Terrible 4 1/2 hours in a very uncomfortable position."

Pros: "Would’ve loved if the flight from Louisville to Charlotte weren’t delayed 2 hours for mechanical reasons!"

Cons: "The seat I have had 13C for the last 3 flights to and from Miami on this plane has the controller broken where it does not stay in place and pops out. This time a soda was spilt on the seat, and the steward had to change the seat out for a clean and dry one.this plane has no entertainment displays other than the general cabin ones and this one is out of focus and the colors are blurred."

Cons: "I paid $70 for a seat upgrade, and it showed on my boarding pass as “EXIT” (exit aisle) with 6 inches of extra legroom when I purchased the upgrade in London. By the time I arrived in Dallas, the “EXIT” indicator on my boarding pass disappeared. When I boarded the plane there was no extra legroom and row 16 was not an exit row: rows 14 and 15 were. I endured a less comfortable trip, and now have to go through the pain and effort to get a refund. Good luck to me..."

Cons: "After being delayed without any explanation, I was told that I would not have my purchased 1st Class seat. To add to that I received no service In economy."

Cons: "I don't like the fact that American Airlines try to get me to put my small carry on bag below both ways in the cargo area it is against FAA to have batteries down there. I have 30,000.00 in cameras and they tried to get me to do this both times saying the bag will not fit. The Flight Attendant each time say that it fits JUST FINE! I'm going to try to avoid American Airlines as much as I can!"

Pros: "My flight wasn't completely full, so I had a row to myself. The pilot was excellent; takeoff and landing were very smooth."
