Cons: "Had to hop to a couple different counters because no one knew who air Brussels subsidiary was at the cincinatti airport. I didn’t think to check ahead so also on me for poor planning."
Cons: "My husband was rerouted through London because they said he didn't have an ETA to go through Canada. But he does have one. We have the number and Brussels Air was the one that got it for him on his outgoing trip! When I called the airline to get his route details they said he does have one and they saw that he did. So what's up Brussels Air staff? We hope you will offer some recompense for the error and the trouble."

Pros: "The airline insisted I check my bag because it was 2lbs over the weight, but it was an empty flight. We had a transfer in Brussels where some how the tags on the bags were not there and we were without a luggage for 5 days. I feel that the Venice airport claim was horrible as they seem to misplace luggage alot and on our transfer flight they fave us the wrong carousel. The service on the plane was great. But that was it."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 4.5 hrs. The check-in process was not smooth. After additional security screening at the gate everyone was left on the jetway until everyone had their tickets scanned. They were late loading cargo and food."

Because my previous connecting flight with Brussels Airlines was delayed, I didn't have a chance to get something to eat in the airport just in case. As I suspected my Vegan meal was not there. I had to wait until Business class ate to see if they had any leftovers."

Cons: "- No order to the boarding in Brussels. I am used to boarding in zones so things tend to be less congested leading up to the jetway. - This may or may not have been something the airline could have changed but sitting in the plane for 5 hours waiting to de-ice was unacceptable. The entire food service was served in this time so no food was available for the 6 hour flight to Accra. Had we been able to wait in the terminal, passengers could get their own food and the food for the flight could have been saved. Also, they ran out of chicken dishes by the time I was served and I was left with fish only. Had I been a vegetarian, this would have been unacceptable."
Cons: "When I got to the airport my airline informed me that it was a standby ticket, which it never told me when booking and I can't believe it wa a standby ticket because it wasn't cheap."

Cons: "Rows are very close together. We were packed in like sardines. Stewardesses prevent people from going to the toilets in the back when they are serving, and do not allow access to the toilet in the front. Not "user-friendly"."
Pros: "I'm not certain this will get to where it needs to go, but I want to give a special thanks to my flight attendant on Brussels Airlines flight SN2712. I don't know what her name was but she was the younger of the two flight attendants and she provided the drinks in the main cabin. My girlfriend experienced sudden and traumatic pain due to the pressure change on the descent and so I hit the call button and when the flight attendant came over and saw what was going on she knew exactly what to do: she ran to the back of the plane to gather some cups and fill them with hot water-soaked napkins then sprinted back to give them to my girlfriend to show her how to hold them. She was so fast, so kind, and so effective. I wish I knew her name so I could tell her thank you one last time. Please pass this along to her if possible!"

Cons: "Had to change a tire on the plane - they checked us through at the gate but didn't allow us on the plane - which makes sense. However, they should have NOT checked us through at the gate. Dozens stood for over a half hour waiting to move forward. They wouldn't let us back into the gate area to sit. Poor planning"

Cons: "I was unable to check-in online, Lufthansa said see Brussels Airlines and Vice Versa. The check in process at Dulles was very poor (this was the Brussels Airlines desk) Chaotic would sum it up best. The meal on the flight was very poor, even the staff apologized before I said anything, they were quite embarrassed. Hopefully the flight back on Lufthansa will be a huge improvement !!"
