Short flight. Excellent boarding and crew. Flight left early and arrived early!
Great flight on the Twin Otter. Early departure and early arrival. Hassle free flight.
Boarded 20 minutes late, dinner and beverages were provided but the "main" of dinner was freezing cold and had soggy lettuce. The seats were wildly uncomfortable! There was in-flight entertainment that you can access via your phone (vs. the TV on the seatback in front of you) but the wifi connection was weak and you could not actually play anything. With that said, the crew was very pleasant and friendly!
Flight crew made the flight very enjoyable as they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Flight time was 3:40 compared to the 4:30 that was captured on our itinerary, so that was a pleasant surprise. In flight entertainment was good with plenty of selection, however some of the choices that my family tried were slow to load and stalled out a few times. We were able to restart and everyone finished watching their movies. Food was pretty basic: croissant, turkey or chicken lunch meat with Swiss cheese and a bag of Lay’s potato chips. Still a bonus considering most airlines offerings which is nothing but peanuts or a cookie.

Food could have been better, and internet that allows texting/WhatsApp and other basics on the phone instead of just inflight entertainment would have been nice.
Simply as follows:- First, there was no vegetarian option for the meal Second, only 2 washrooms for the entire economy class.
I liked the meatloaf the chicken was awful but the plane was on time and got there and the staff was nice.
They were super friendly bumped me up to exit row free of charge, All flight legs were on time
Boarding was quick & efficient; they gave boarding groups due priority; staff & air crew were very cordial and helpful, pleasant flight.
Cops Airlines is fantastic! The level of care and professionalism provided by the entire crew was top rate.
the food served was an embarrassment. No connection for charging the cellphone... What a crappy airline.
The flighr attandants were very rude they ignored me didnt offer me anything to drink throughoit the 4 hour flight i feel i was targeted and ignored because i was a darkskin latino man.
I selected first class expecting excetional service. It was mediocre at best. The food service was cold, meal choices was poor and on one leg they did provide dessert. I did enjoy the lay day seat but the movies were old and nothing current. Boarding the plane is always hot. So boarding is quite warm until your in the air. I took a small personal air fan. Update the meals and movies.
Very happy with my flight. I would definitely recommend it.

They don't make it easy or promote their food options. Dirty plane. Delayed.
Was not able to watch most shows on the entertainment site. They would not load
I miss my flight and they could not rebook me that day because the other flight was full, and for the next day I had to pay a whole new fee again which I think is unprofessional
Amazing food, great staff, with one noticable detail missing ...but no seat entertainment in any of aircraft ...I am not a fan
A cookie and a soda, packed like sardines, will never be a positive experience. Also, boarded a 5:30 flight at 7:45pm

Worst seats I’ve ever had !!! The seats were very narrow and uncomfortable and misaligned with the seats in front of mine leading to bottom of the seat in front of mine pressing on my legs for 15.5 hours !
It was a code share with Alaska - would have been great if I actually made it on the plane, claimed I didn’t have a ticket or a seat even thought I was checked in.
