The baggage process at the gate was terrible. Stay was not friendly at all

My wife has a scooter and they where supposed to send from departure to destination and had it go to connecting flight,not good.Nobody has knowledge of the scooters or the battery's.

They lost my bag on both the going and return flight of my round-trip.

Not to have gotten delayed by 2+ hours for the fourth straight American flight. They're the worst.

Did not get any refreshments. Crew was very nice but limited. Small seats

Wish a flight with more than 2 hours with some snack rather than just cookie/biscuit.

I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.

This was a horrible American Airlines experience, and it discourages me from flying with them again. It may have stemmed from a mechanical delay, but it appeared that the team was unprepared to respond to the delay. After boarding, we waited an hour before finally taking off. After landing at our destination, we waited an additional hour on the tarmac waiting for a gate (at 8:00pm) to be assigned and cleared. The flight crew did their best, but they were clearly tired and also ready to be done for the day. Because of the delay, I missed a connecting flight. It was a very poor experience.

Fantastic! If it had not been for a check-in agent in Knoxville I may have not gotten my passes on British Airways. I couldn’t check-in online because British Airways had messed us the info on my tickets to London & Inverness. AA’s was great! British Airways was a continuous series of delays and frustrations.

Wheelchair was waiting for me,changed to a better seat which was great as it's hard for me to walk

Old planes and rude crew. They need a make over and better staff training. Even business class crew was rude and the hospitality was non existent.

They left a little late, contributing to our missed flight.

Great. Only issue…the cabin was kept as warm as a sauna.

United did a good job of communicating before the flight, but a simple notice about the expected time for the completion of repairs to the broken navigation services (which closed the airport for the day) would’ve helped to clarify our expectations. With so many cancelled flights on the 21st of September, a little certainty about our own departure would’ve helped. Because of the disruption, the plane was quite empty, and at 6‘5“ I was able to steal a little extra legroom from the empty adjacent seat. However, I am still waiting for the day when I can sit in a standard economy seat and simply straighten my legs. Cabin crew were amazing. Great attitude, and moments of fun with passengers.

Lufthansa was great. Crew on board excellent. Frankfort passport control horrible it took about two hours to get through. After waiting in line for hours there was a discussion with the passenger in front of me that was taking forever. The couple behind me had a connecting flight to Turkey in 30 minutes and asked border control officer of her situation and the control officer told the couple in a nasty tone if you don’t like it you can go to another line which would have surely made her miss the flight. Border patrol officers were not helpful. Finally made it through I had to exit and reentry for security check for my connecting flight which Lufthansa changed gates and I had to run to get to A60. Which it seemed 2 kilometers to get to but I made it. If i fid not have 2.5 hrs layover i would have missed my connecting flight to Milan. Not sure if I will fly through Frankfort in the future.

We exited from a plane from LAX TO MUC containing 853 passengers. Passport control was packed and very slow as they fingerprinted and photgraphed everyone. After finally getting though we ran to the gate listed on our boarding pass. We made it just as boarding was suppost to begin. No one was there. We started running again and found a Lufthansa gate open and spoke with them. We were told the gate had changed and they called the correct gate that we were coming. We started running again, but needed to wait for the train to get to the correct terminal. Running again we made it to the gate. The plane was still there but they said it was too late. So we went to the Lufthansa help desk, they told us it was our fault for missing our flight and that if we didn't buy a new ticket from them for €256 each our return trip to the states would be cancelled. Needless to say this was very disapointing to find out on the day before Christmas that we had to pay an extra €512 to complete our trip we had already paid $3344 for. We were left with no choice. No Christmas spirit there. Unhappy custumers.

Flight from Washington to Munich it was disappointing. I do not get the seat for what i pay. And the crew were rude with people which speaks other languages than german!

Slightly delayed but still a more comfortable experience to take a real airline instead of a budget one.

This was a terrible flight. Crowded flight. Difficult boarding. Our bags were lost and never made it to Budapest. Here with no bags, and unsure if we will get them. Terrible flight. Will avoid Lufthansa and Frankfort in the future.
