Cons: "5 hours late!!!!!! Delta sucks"
Cons: "2 seats and neither tv/entertainment centres worked....unacceptable on a 10 hr flight!"

Pros: "the entertainment choices were adequate"
Cons: "More efficient deplanning. It took us 40 minutes to get off the plane after it landed"

Cons: "My allergies were bothering me due to the airlines allowing animals to travel as passengers, in this case a rabbit. I am very allergic to animals. My breathing was compromised."
Pros: "We eventually got to Atlanta."
Cons: "Delta is flying a lot of commuter planes, which are pretty cramped. We usually fly first class, and the seating is essentially the same as what coach used to be. There's nothing "first class" about it. And of course, the flight was hours late."
Pros: "Flight staff friendly and everything went smoothly."
Cons: "Always wishing for roomier seats."
Pros: "I liked that me and my boyfriend actually got to sit together."
Pros: "The plane was very clean! We loaded in the center which made everything go quicker. I was one of the last on board and there was ample overhead storage. Complimentary snacks were were substantial and service was constant. I hate going to the bathroom on the plane and it was so roomy for airplane bathrooms. The pilot was hilarious!"
Cons: "Only complaint was nothing that can be changes. I had a middle set and it was quite cramped...my computer didn’t fit on the tray or would get smashed when the person in front of me reclined."
Pros: "Food quality was above average (compared to Air France, for instance). On-board entertainment system offers a lot of movies or tv series, assuming it is in working order."
Cons: "A negative point for the entertainment system is the variety of movies - all US based movies. Other airlines mix in foreign movies, Delta is squarely US centric. Also, the entertainment system didn't properly work until rebooted, but flight attendants could not be contacted to get this done timely (cannot call attendants through a non-functional screen). Another concern is the noise level of the cabin, but it's mostly due to passengers."
Cons: "Sat on the tarmac for 20 Minutes, after taking off late. Arrived to my connecting gate 10 Minutes prior to scheduled departure with no delta attendants in sight and watched my plane sit at the gate and pull away with no way to get on board. Now I’m waiting unnecessarily for 4 hours on another flight."
Pros: "Food and entertainment not applicable"
Pros: "Delta employees are a cut above American AIrlines and I have to say everything went very well with the flight. THe last flight I took on American went horribly wrong and it was not even completed."
Pros: "fast flight"
Cons: "Wi-fi sucks"
Pros: "Good flight overall"
Cons: "Although I have priority status -The ground crew in Amsterdam gave me hard time with 7 extra Pounds, and I was trying to take it out of the suitcase to no avail. Eventually the agent I was checking in with got busy, I went to a new agent, and with a flick of a keyboard he approved the extra rate based on my status, without even have my to request it."
Pros: "On time."
Cons: "Late with no information"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Seat 2G Orderly boarding and plane clean"
Cons: "Asked to have all the food (appetizer, main course, etc) served together , as they advertise, but was told that service wasn't available. Ordered dinner, was almost as tasty as a Stouffers meal (it was some type of glop of lamb). 7 hours into flight the menu advertised a warm chocolate chip cookie, asked for one was told they THOUGHT they were out, came back about an hour later said the found one, but it wasn't warm, so I passed (not a real fan of eating food they found) About 8 hours into flight , the attendant said out of the blue that they were sorry about not providing the meal all together as requested, but that the other attendant didn't know they offered that service."
Pros: "A3A"
Cons: "Ĺ"
Pros: "On time. Clean."
Pros: "They went out of their way provide flight and status updates. Had to gate changes in Atlanta but they kept everybody informed."
Cons: "The gate changes in Atlanta, of course. Two gate changes?"
Pros: "Delta agents rerouted me in face of weather problems in Southeast so as to allow me to make my LAX to Sydney flight. Well done."
Cons: "Not enough leg room in Economy. I lucked out on transpacific leg with an exit row seat, everything else tight. Movie choices kinda limited and very US."
Pros: "Everything went well...on time, quick boarding and free gate check of bag."
Pros: "Flt on time, very nice and friendly gate agent and flight attendant"
Cons: "my flight from JFK to Cancun had entertainment (TV, movie screen, headphones, etc). This one did not. Was kinda disappointed."
Pros: "I called ahead to get a seat assigned. I suffer from minor claustrophobia and the lady at the call center was kind enough to seat me somewhere spacious."
Cons: "Snacks could be better. Although the biscoff cookies are excellent and the crew was on their game making sure we had our snacks. I wish that for a flight as long as NY to MIA, they would offer more of a meal."

Cons: "2 hour delay. Got a free bottle of water."
Pros: "The fact that there were no delays!"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Nice crew. Clean cabin."
Cons: "My outlet didn't work and it made it impossible to make the most of the internet I purchased."
Pros: "Enjoyed food and movies.Woul"
Cons: "Would like more comedy or romance movies. Becky"
Pros: "Avg flight"
Cons: "They changed my seat to a worse one without any explanation. I picked my seats on line for a reason and dont like them changed. Older MD series plane from AUS to ATL."
Pros: "Very on-time and fast, respectful crew."
Cons: "The airplane was old and with no entertainment."
Pros: "Pilot almost barrel-rolled us climbing out of JFK, so if started well enough.... Ground assistance (wheel chair) left me with a badly bruised left big toe and I didn't think we'd ever get through the TSA. The pat-down I received was more like a sexual assault and I didn't even get a happy ending. We made it to RDU, so the exercise was a success, but it was a huge hassle."
Cons: "After reading the good things, you need more bad?"
Pros: "gate and plane staff friendly, smiling and helpful."
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats, no cabin service on short flight, no power in seats."
Pros: "Crew was excellent"
Cons: "It was delayed"
Pros: "Everything was just right"
Pros: "When I finally got on a flight (see what I didn't like), the crew was very helpful and the flight was comfortable."
Cons: "When I checked in online, I received boarding passes for the first two legs of the trip, but was told to see a gate agent in Amsterdam for the boarding pass for that flight. It turns out that there was a problem, attributed by one of the KLM staff that I talked with to "a communication problem between Delta and KLM." As a result, I was finally given a stand-by boarding pass. Since the flight was full, I was denied boarding. After hours of trying to figure this out, the KLM staff put me on a flight for the next day and organized a stay at an airport hotel. The KLM staff were very nice, but it seemed to take a very long time to figure this out. They also failed to note that the denial of boarding in the records, which caused a problem in my return flight. The upshot: I missed a follow-on flight to Budapest and had to pay a huge rebooking fee for that missed flight. I also missed a day of my vacation."
Pros: "Flight attendants were very nice"
Cons: "Overbooking flights"
Pros: "The 717 is a decent plane for short haul flights. Seats are comfortable. Delta crew was outstanding!"
Cons: "The general cabin vent (that runs down the length of the cabin) over 13E blows on the side of 13D occupant's head. Since Scranton is humid this time of year I also had heavily moisture-laden air blowing against me which occasionally felt like water droplets. The sound of forceful rushing air is annoying enough but the muscles in my neck were cramping due to the cold air on the first part of the flight. (This is NOT the personal, adjustable vent I'm talking about. I know how to turn them off and redirect air flow). Perhaps there is a a crew controlled adjustment that had been neglected during this flight. Started on the ground during boarding, continued throughout flight."
Pros: "New business class configuration on Dreamliner - love that Virgin gives out pajamas, staff are always incredibly nice"
Cons: "Seats are surprisingly narrow, and lack privacy"
